This was not a good experience because of the financing. Of course to me this is the most important part. It was screwed up in the beginning, I feel I was misled, and I am still dealing with all the problems 50 days after the purchase. Enterprise has never tried to help solve this problem. I think they were just happy to sell the car. I have bought rental cars before but not from Enterprise and never had problems like this.

Great experience. I found my dream car on line and had a great price. I filled out all of the paperwork online and my car was delivered to my house the next day. It was beautiful! My car purchase was not a positive experience. The sales contract was not written up per the preapproved details provided by my CU which led to a lot of back and forth to get it corrected. I discovered a coolant leak within 2 days after purchasing the certified car, which leads me to believe their certification procedures are lacking. The sales manager Shaun told me to take the car to a local firestone shop to get it looked at. A day later Firestone stated it was a warranty item and should be taken to the manufacturers dealership. Enterprise then had me to take it to a Nissan dealership only to be told by Nissan they do not work on Infinity Cars and that Enterprise should never had the car taken to Firestone as that it could void all warranty on the car. Enterprise then had me take it to a local rental shop and leave the car there to pick up a rental. All follow up was done on my part, Enterprise was not proactive in any communication as far as what the issue was with the leak or how long it would take to repair. 8 days later I was notified the car was repaired and they drove it from the dealership to my house. Thankfully I decided to test drive it before letting the sales representative leave because upon driving it the steering wheel was now making a loud clicking noise every time the wheel was turned in either direction. The sales representative then took the car back to get this new issue looked into. Again not much communication from Enterprise so I called the Infinity dealership directly to find out it needed an entirely new steering column (very odd part that would need replacing). 2 and 1/2 weeks after purchasing this car Enterprise finally got it back to me but I did have to request the service reports from Infinity to see exactly what was replaced and have record for warranty purposes. This was the 1st car I had bought myself in 16 years so it was a big deal for me and can say Enterprise did very little to make it a positive experience. I would not recommend purchasing from them as their certification process isnt up to basic standards in ensuring the customer is receiving a reliable issue free automobile.

Enterprise Car Sales [so far] rates a C -or- 7 out of 10 Grade;Because, although customer service team is excellent, it is somewhat understaffed, and has neglected to provide everything I purchased, in particular installation of Lo-Jack on my new vehicle, and an operable 2nd key. Given their 50 minute distance from my home, this makes resolving the trade-in problematic. i would use them again, but with much greater diligence in closing the deal.

I recently purchased a dodge caravan and it was a very simple transaction. I did everything on line first so when we got there the sales rep. Was very nice and went over the van and then let us take it for a ride. We got back and loved it. Gave me what they quoted me on.line for my trade in. The Concord location had very kind and helpful sales staff. That part I did enjoy. As we shopped as a family we ended up purchasing 2 vehicles. When we got the second vehicle home for my mom she didnt drive it right away. It sat past the 7 day return policy then we went to take it for errands. I started feeling something on my legs.. itching then biting me. Then my arms, then my moms legs. We couldnt believe her new car was INFESTED with bugs!!! When I called KERRY AT ENTERPRISE and asked what we should do to handle this problem, that this bug problem was serious!!!His answer was to get bug spray and then air out the vehicle!!!Being that we had just purchased 2 new/used vehicles from him that were previous rentals that were supposed to be Covid -19 cleaned!?! This car had a BUG INFESTATION, unbelievable!I brought it to Kerrys attention before this review to give him the chance to make it right...but he didnt! Very poor customer service, and not a good way to keep your clients happy! They took the money and ran. Disheartening and dishonest! Sorry for the long read but thanks for hanging in there! I was recommended to go to Enterprise by a friend who just recently purchased a car and they were very satisfied. So, I decided to go in and they were able to work with my situation pretty well but I did not have the amount down needed so I need to come back in a week. So, I come back and the cars that were initially offered had changed. The down payment was slightly more as well. I can understand this to a degree because this is a dynamic business. Overall, I am moderately satisfied with the experience. The people are nice enough and they try to work with you, so I appreciate that. The only area of opportunity for Enterprise is ensuring that you are completely transparent during the financing stage of the journey. I feel like I was forced to take a warranty and gap insurance in order to make the deal work. This added thousands of dollars to my principal balance and about 50 + dollars to my monthly. This is a business first, so they need to make a profit but I feel that this needs to be more carefully balanced, leaning more towards the customer that max profits. A good thing about the financing part was that the interest rate for Capitol One was fair considering I don’t have good credit. In the end, they did what they could.

The worst experience in potential car buying Ive Ever encountered! The salesman KERRY was not professional to say the least! he lied upon making my appt to view my 3 SUV choices... he said he had 80 SUVs and upon arrival they only had 2 and neither was the ones he knew 3 days prior that I wanted! He tried forcing one on me (Chevy Traverse)even though I told him I wasnt interested and where were the 78 others hed claimed prior??? Long story short... I went elsewhere as of 12-28-20 and purchased my Chevrolet Tahoe LTZ fully equipped and it was one of the most pleasant car buying experiences ever... as it shouldve/should be👍👏👌🎶😎😁❤
