Best experience I’ve ever had At an automobile dealer. My service advisor knew the problem and got it fixed immediately. Another service advisor got in my car when it was finished. My car was washed and clean. They provided me with transportation home and back. They were excellent.

When you need work done on your car it may get stressful at times…But not really if you go to The Collection!- And even less likely if Gerardo is your Service Advisor.-In my case I had an ashtray broken, couple of the windshield jets clogged, one tire had to be replaced and regular maintenance had to be done.Due to the issue with the tire I did not have time to schedule my service in advance. Nevertheless, Gerardo (like always) was there to help.It is impressive (specially considering today’s shortages in all industries) is impressive how they got all parts I needed in stock (friends of mine have had to wait couple of weeks for one tire at other dealerships). Working with Jose and Brandon was a wonderful experience. They were both responsive and enjoyable to deal with. Brandon kept me up to date on the delivery and delivered the car to me at the dealership. He new the car inside and out and explained the electronics very well. He helped me set up my phone, the radio, the seating, the climate and walked me through many of the other workings of the car. He seemed as excited about it as I was. It’s rare to enjoy dealing with most car salespeople but Jose and Brandon were both the exception and I couldn’t recommend them or the dealership any higher.

Although the place seems extremely busy the service was good. My Service Advisor Dari was excellent. Everything appears to be in order regarding the performance of my car. My only complaint is that this is the second time Ive had my car in for service and both times loaner cars were not available. Ive owned BMWs, Lexus, and currently a Tesla and rarely have they not had a loaner for me. The dealership provided transportation via LYFT for drop off and pick up but this is inconvenient for people whos profession require them to be mobile. Quite frankly it is unexpected and disappointing as a Porsche owner. I wound up having LYFT take me home to get my Tesla on a day when my agenda was full. It is frustratingly inconvenient and almost embarrassing to speak of.Imagine having to explain to a client or a colleague that the dealership you took your high end sports car to for servicing didnt have a loaner to give you but provided a ride via LYFT. Not a good look.

Unfortunately the prices and labour hours are overcharged, I have had 3 Porsches 911 for almost 15 years, although this is my first experience in USA, there is not many options for Porsche services in Florida. So basically we facing a Monopoly, take it o leave it. They didn’t clean my car at the time of handover, when I requested again the car to be clean, it wasn’t done properly. This particular detail makes me doubt m about the quality of the mechanical service. Clearly thinking twice before going back to do any maintenance program service. Mixed feelings with my last service. The car was not ready at the time promised, but Dari Antonio was fast to get me a loaner so I could finish my day with a car. The next day my car was again not ready when promised and I had to wait for over an hour for it. I had requested Dari to see if she could help me get the spare key that was not given to me when I bought my vehicle a year ago. She got my key later that day and went out of her way and took the key to my house. So in conclusion, great job Dari! not so good for the rest of the experience.

My car was towed to this dealership as it was the closest Porsche dealership. Multiple calls and left voice messages I received a call back that the car was complete. They were set to drop off the car the following day and after 6 hours of no returned calls again, I had to get a ride to get the car. Very unresponsive and unprofessional.

Excellent attention and customer service but the car was not perfectly aligned

These good reviews have to be fake. Service department is very poor quality, lack of organization between service manager and service department. They try to play you for a fool..everyone I know that has used them, goes somewhere else. I know they are not anything above a 3 star.

Three stars on overall experience - lots of quirky things happened during my purchase.I reached out late April to see about test driving a Taycan so I could learn the difference between the base and 4S. I reached out on a Wednesday morning and was told more models would be coming in over the weekend, and invited to come in the following week. I ended up driving to West Broward who invited me over same day. I would have expected the dealer to at least invite me in and not push me out, so that was a negative off the bat.After West Broward dropped the ball on following up on my request to put a deposit on a 4S, I decided to come by here on a Saturday AM in mid-May with no appointment. I was immediately greeted and walked through available models and discussed purchase vs lease options. All the staff were very nice and helpful. The initial person I spoke to over email wasn’t available so I was left with another salesman. Very nice, but frustrating when i asked some basic questions (is this the bigger battery, does it have the onboard charger) to which I was told “there’s only one size battery and there isn’t an onboard charger”. I knew both of these things weren’t correct so a bit frustrating to not have staff that are fully up to speed on the product. There were also some issues with the negotiation and price attributed to a “human error”, at which point I walked away from the deal. To their credit, they did honor the deal they “misquoted”. I came back and signed the papers with the original salesman, all an efficient process signing contacts on the iPad, done in under 2 hours which was very much appreciated.The last part of the experience that was frustrating on my return, though truly an accident, was the valet crashing the garage door into my Trade-In. They took responsibility, but At this point I had more or less had it with the dealer and didn’t really have an option to take my car back without a damaged title, which was annoying if I wanted to change my mind. At the end of the day I leased a nice taycan 4s, I appreciated that they stood by their misquoted price, however I will probably shop around before using / recommending this dealer in the future.
