WOW! I cannot express how much I loved my experience at Fresh Thyme Market today. It was my first time in, they were the only store in the area that sold a specific product I wanted so I made the 20 minute trip. I wasnt sure it was worth it, but finding this gem of a store was worth every minute.The staff was incredibly kind and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. The store was well organized and tidy. All the natural products youre looking for at decent prices for the high quality. They seemed to have some great deals on produce as well. The cashier was friendly and patient when a problem came up with a coupon I was using. She resolved it quickly without making me feel like a burden. I cannot recommend stopping in enough!

Food is really fresh and the staff is helpful and nice. The prices are high but this grocery store caters to vegan and health conscious customers so it was expected for me. I saw a product that I had no idea what it was and someone who worked there explained what it was, what kind of flavor it had, and the foods it was best used on.

Tonight was my first time visiting this location, the man working was extremely friendly, I worked in customer service for 15 years so this is very appreciated. I will return.

Terrific place to shop for a variety of fresh food. Great choices from seafood to pizza to bulk. The staff is very friendly and hospitable.

This is one of my favorite grocers. The produce is always fresh. The folks in the meat & seafood department are very informative. Whenever Ive had a question on a product if the associate Ive asked doesnt have the answer they find someone who does.

This is by far my favorite grocery store. I always shopped at Fresh Thyme when I lived in Chicago. Now that I moved to the burbs, there are SO many grocery stores to choose from. I go 20 minutes out of my way weekly not only because I love the fresh selection and great products, but because of the amazing customer service I always receive at this location specifically. There is an employee named Tammy who is an actual Angel on earth. She makes a genuine effort to connect with every customer she helps and is not only friendly, she pays attention to the items being purchased to ensure you are getting quality, fresh food. She makes something as mundane as grocery shopping a nice experience. Will be back to shop here every week!

Found some hard-to-find ingredients. Meat department wasn’t very helpful though- basically pointed to the shelves with a “if it isn’t there, we don’t have it.”

This review is based off an employee not the store itself. I’ll start off by saying I love the products they offer. They have things I cant find at my normal grocery store. BUT! I was shopping there with my mom and she was looking for a cosmetic product. After choosing the product she wanted she unscrewed the lid to make sure it had not been tampered with before she purchased it. An employee came up to us pretty aggressively asking if the products had seals. She then reaches over me invading my personal space aka. NOT keeping a 6ft distance and opens up the products beside it, making us feel like we were either stealing or tampering with the products. She continued to follow us in the isle until we went to another part of the store. Being one of the only hispanic families in the store it made us feel extremely uncomfortable. Regardless, there are better ways of approaching a customer. Do better next time.

Great place for meats, fruits and vegetables! I love that they have ground venison, bison and elk. If you are looking for healthy choices, this is the place.

Bought food here and three times found food had been already opened and spoiled after getting home. Way too expensive for food that goes bad quickly, produce is not good. The employees are either rude or the cashiers seem unhappy and move incredibly slow. The only convenience of going here is that the store is always empty, but it will take an hour to check out due to the spacey cashiers. Going to Petes Fresh Mart now instead.

Not quite my style, but a cute market!

Super nice and clean store with a great selection of produce and organic products. The barn burner deals are always exceptional and give you a chance to try new things or just eat a different variety of produce. The wait is never very long for checkers and we love all of the healthier snack options we can find here as well as the prepared meals.

This isnt my regular grocery store, but more of a specialty store considering how I eat. But I really like this place. Great option for the health conscious. Excellent yogurt selection. Produce department has very good quality produce when I go. Cant say anything stood out as overpriced when compared to a whole foods. I would consider them their closest competitor based on their stock of healthier foods and products. They have a decent selection of non-food body and health care products. I would recommend this store to someone like myself that shops kinda healthy but not completely strict as more of a supplement to the marianos type stores. If you are a little more strict with your health and food intake then this could be a great first choice.

One of the best things is that Fresh Thyme is well stocked with healthy food, yet its a manageable size-- not a warehouse--and well-organized Good organic produce at a decent price, excellent grain and nuts, limited meat and fish counters, but good quality. The aisles are full of tasty discoveries. Bakery a bit pricey. All staff have been pleasant and helpful. Grocery shopping is actually a relaxing experience.

I love this store! Its not huge but it has all you need at reasonable prices. Its pretty similar to Whole Foods or Trader Joes, however the prices a bit lower in my opinion. The store is always clean and well stocked. The folks that work there couldnt be more friendly. Great customer service will keep people like me coming back😊

Love that this place is locally owned and operated. It is clean, well organized, they carry high quality foods that are mostly organic, their fruits and vegetables are always fresh and seem to last when brought home. They have a ton of gluten free things for people that have gluten issues. The bulk food area is really nice when you just need a pinch of something that would otherwise be sold in large quantities that go to waste. It is so much nicer to shop here than the larger chain grocers that carry lesser quality foods.

I love this place

Great products, produce, deli and ready-made meals always fresh. They even have staff on the floor greeting folks and able to ask questions of. They take customers seriously, when I go to the mega grocery stores, it is hard to find anyone to assist, then I have to scan and bag my own groceries because they only have one or two lanes open. Fresh Thyme values my time and rarely have I seen more than two people in line.

I love shopping for my bulk items here. Especially their oils and vinegars. Store is clean but small. Staff doesnt usually say much but they are nice at check out.

I Loved going there today. A Gentleman was making about 5 different samples to taste. All were Great and I got an idea from one for a dinner party Im going too. The Gentleman then gave me some tips, told me all about the ingredients and even showed me where to find them in the store. Thank you!!!!!

One of the better places for FRESH PRODUCE around here. Dont forget about $5 Sushi Thursdays !!!! The best lunch you can find for the price, plenty of Maki Rolls of all flavors - they even cater to Vegetarians with some tasty picks! Me... I usually pick two - very tasty & only $10 + tax where are you going to beat that price?

My friend lives a couple blocks away from this store [lucky her!]. We go there and always manage to find something new. You can make fresh rolled oats using their machine, grind your choice of regular or organic coffee beans in a variety of flavors, or turn peanuts of your choice into peanut butter! The bins of snacks, ingredients, and other treats are seemingly endless, and they have a great variety of other natural foods and household goods. Stop in here if you get a chance!

Terrible quality produce here (at least the organic). Berries were super sour, potatoes brown inside, mangoes stay unsweet and not juicy even after letting ripen and soften. Not a coincidence either as it was over a couple weeks. You need to change suppliers and at the very least sell normal, acceptable quality items.

Just ran in for something on sale, but want to check it out... Soon!

Great store, veggie prices are great (better than other local grocery stores by far). Quality of foods is excellent. They also make their own fresh squeezed juices!

Was my first time going and loved it. I will definitely be making a weekly trip here for my fresh fruits and vegetables. Store is clean and has great prices.

Fake sales. Especially on meat and chicken. If you come in early the first day of the sale they will tell you the item you want has not arrived yet. If you come in during the sale they will tell you they are all out and will not be getting more. If they do have a sale item they may only have one or two packages but no more in back. This happens about 70% of the time. Driving here is a waste of time. The staff behind the meat counter are rude. They seem to take great joy in telling you they are all out! The deli and check out people are generally nice. Decent produce but not worth coming back for since they never have what they advertise. The Fresh Thyme Market is no different. It must be the company policy to under order and advertise sales for products that they do not have available.Shame on them!

The staff that work here are friendly and helpful. I come here weekly, they have fresh fruit and vegetables and great deli selections. I also like the health section where you can get essential oils and multivitamins.

The sale prices are amazing! Ive never had a product go bad before its expiration date, either. If you get the chance, definitely try the honey roasted peanut butter!

Amazing prices on organic produce and chicken. Their produce is always fresh and they have great variety. Their double ad Wednesdays are great because you get to shop the current and next weeks ad prices on the same day. Jewel is over priced, Caputos quality is lacking, and surprisingly Marianos selection didnt impress me. I also love that its a smaller foot print so you can get in and out quickly.

Store is very clean. They have a variety of great products. Staff friendly and helpful. I went today for two specific things that they had advertised on sale (sale had just started yesterday) and they were already out of two products. They had an organic option of one of the out of stock items but they were already wilting and turning brown.

Live entertainment on Labor Day weekend was great!Got to hear an awesome local teen band while grocery shopping!
