For this review Ill be leaving 3 star. Its not due to anything bad theyve done but the fact that nothing was done.I went there to purchase tires as Harley Davidson of Huntington Beach was unable to help me because of the year of my Harley. Del Amo jumped on that with such a professional manner, the two gentlemen from the service department that helped look up what I needed, contacted the necessary people, things were awesome... spent nearly 1k on new tires and labor for installation (paid up front to insure there were no hiccups). Parts were to arrive the following week.Heres where things take a twist.Called a week and a half later parts werent in. I was told by someone that they showed arrival for the following day and that theyd call to schedule me in. Never heard anything back. Three weeks later I call inquiring about the service to be performed and was told that the tires were never sent out and that theres no definitive date as to when it would arrive. I went back to Harley Davidson and they sent me the information for a company called Wheel Works in Garden Grove. I have them a call and serviced my bike that same day. Called Del Amo back and canceled my order. The gentlemen were still polite after canceling the order. Very professional chaps.Also, while my fiance and I were there the first time, we put a down payment on a new dual sport so were waiting on that to arrive.

Austin and his team are exceptional! No hassles no last minute Bs...I advised him that I already had financing... Prior to pickup he asked my rate and offered their banking... Not only did they slash my rate they also had all the paperwork ready to go when we arrived... If you have time and money to waste go elsewhere... Im pretty sure our family will be using Austin Dial Amo Motorsports from now on. Thanks again Austin!

Had an amazing experience at Del Amo. Austin was a great help and always keep me posted on the statuses of my Rebel. Walked in wanting go with a CB300R but he walk with me through all the pros and cons, ended up going with the Rebel500. Couldn’t be more pleased with my purchase.

Worked with me on getting the best deal for my bike. They go over everything on the bike with you making sure it works before you leave with it. Didn’t pressure me into anything. The manager there is awesome as well since he was the one that approved the deal on the bike. Only took an hour for the paperwork and everything. One thing I think they should do is add the fees that they automatically charge on there website though so your not shocked by the price. Great place I’d buy from them again in the future!

They have great service, knowledge, and multiple locations. Absolutely numerous options to purchase, from motorcycles to off-road vehicles. Each team member is outstanding. They have only one flaw that really kills the dream: 2k+ dealer fees. I can totally understand 500-1k for all the time and care. Just when a bike is listed for 9,949 and then comes out to 14800 is pretty extreme. Almost 5k more than the price advertised. Definitely a place you can find what you want, though not at a price you could consider fair.

I was just looking for a new dirtbike thought I would call in to get info Jeff picked up told me to come in and that they would take care of me. Andrew help me out found the right bike for me and got me on it made sure that I got everything that I needed for the bike and Gabby in finance made sure that everything was great explained everything to me on my way out would definitely recommend buying from them great customer service.

The dealership could improve the delivery process by starting the bike check-up a day in advance. Consider what down payment is needed to reserve the bike and pre-start the delivery process.

⚠️ Warning⚠️ Make sure you check items purchased from the parts department before you leave the store. We purchased oil, an oil filter and four sparkplugs from the parts department for our Yamaha WaveRunner. Unfortunately, when we got home we realized one of the sparkplug was used and broken. When I called Del Amo to notified them of this they advised the item was Non-refundable/Non-returnable. They stayed we could purchase another sparkplug or speak to a manager on the damage item. We decided to take a loss since we are 20 minutes away. However, we expected Del Amo do to the right thing and take responsibility for selling a defective part.

I really enjoyed my spending experience at Del Almo Motorsports yesterday. The staff was extremely friendly knowledgeable and, helpful. Felipa made me feel comfortable while answering any and all of my questions. While getting my bike serviced, service department were very professional 👌🏿 as well. I was and am so pleased with the service, I will continue to do all of shopping, repairs and service at your establishment (Orange County). 1st time buyer i had no previous knowledge and walked in not knowing what i wanted. After 3 visit Cole was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and took his time explaining differences and what my best options where. He was very patient and worked his A$% to help me. I love buying thing but hate the process i dont like pushy sales people and i am not very patient. Cole never felt like a salesman at any point because he did not make me feel rushed but instead he made me feel comfortable and confident in my purchase.

I’ve purchased dirt bikes and jet skis from 5 different dealerships within the last year and this dealerships is, by far, the worst and most disrespectful buying experience I’ve ever had. Please read my story to ensure this does not happen to you.When I originally put my deposit down in august, the day the super jet was released, they told me I would have the first one out of all of their locations. They reassured me on this several times throughout the next couple of months. They received two in November, one of which they sold online to someone without a deposit, and the other was sold to someone else even though I was first in line and had put my deposit down. They apologized but refused to admit fault.They dragged me on for another 6 months until June, then when the ski arrived they charged me $2000 for setup when all that had to be done was for it to be taken out of the crate. Set up fee should be only $300, according to other dealerships, and no assembly is even required on a super jet.Then after I complained about the set up fee, they told me I don’t have to buy the ski and threatened to sell it to another customer. When I received the ski, they made me sit around for over an hour doing nothing. No one would talk to me or help me.Upon receiving the ski, it was covered in grease smudges and oil marks. THEY DIDN’T EVEN TAKE THE TIME TO CLEAN IT.I compete professionally worldwide in jet ski competitions and will make sure to share my experience with everyone in the jet ski community.I do want to mention that the only nice person I encountered at the dealership was the younger lady who was in charge of the DMV/registration. She was very nice.

The service provided was good, but I feel I got taken on the price.I went in for an oil change, chain service, and asked them to check the brakes and if the pads needed replacement, do them. The counter person said the less expensive way to do that would be the 1K mile service which would involve those. I agreed and signed.It ended up being over$400 for an oil change and chain service. (The brakes were fine.) There is no way a simple oil change, chain service and looking at the brake pads should be $360 in labor, but I was told doing the 1K mile service, with all the other inspections, would be cheaper.I signed for it, I paid it, but I feel hustled.

The entire team is amazing! From their Sales department to their financing department to their service department.The entire process of purchasing a new quad was very enjoyable!I highly recommend Del Amo Motorsports if you are looking to purchase any outside recreational vehicles, quads, atvd, motorcycles etc.

My pre approval was so quick and easy. I was able to do straight from my phone. Everyone was so great from sales to finance I came in 5 days later and bought another bike!

Just bought a $32000 rzr 4s and was charged $5000 for a set up fee! Got the car home and doing my checks because Ive worked in a few dealership and own a shop, found my car almost a qt low on oil and tires set to 30psi factory recommended 16psi and rear trans/diff low on oil as well! As far as the sale went well but dissatisfied with the service department

The service was definitely top notch, the first bike I wanted to buy the finance company wanted a little to much for it. So we tried again, this time it was a 2021 Kawasaki ZX 6R. Mitchell Cass and the rest of the sales support called in some favors and made it happen. Honestly when I went in to see the final numbers I was already prepared for them to be to high just like they were for the R6. But I was pleasantly surprised the numbers were a lot lower than I thought they would be. So I took my new bike home that day and could not be happier. If your looking to buy a bike I highly suggest you give these guys a visit because you wont need to go anywhere else!!!!

If you dont know what motorcycle you want to buy, they have them all so its an awesome place to go to and see which you like best!! Mitchell was great to work with and Rosario was the most knowledgeable person I have ever dealt with in the financial department. Cole was absolutely amazing, he was patient and kind. He took time to talk us through multiple bikes over multiple visits. My 17 year old daughter and I are both new riders, and Cole was exceptionally encouraging, he was able to hype her up a bit and calm me down as we looked at sportier bikes. It was an incredible experience and when it comes time for another bike I will be headed straight to Del Amo OC, and I will be looking for Cole.

I knew what I was looking for when I walked in. the Staff were gracious, welcoming and wonderful. It was a decent deal on the bike that I chose, And it didnt take but an hour to get through the paperwork. I was rolling off the lot in 2 hours. The only issue I had was they didnt have writing gear that I was looking for in my size in my size... But all around a great experience.

Had a previous encounter trying to buy a bike from them in 2018 that didnt work for me. No shade here. Yesterday, 5/26 redemption was served up. Rear tire found a nail in it on the way to work. Took the bike in at 2:00 and they got the skin mounted and did a chain lube and adjust. And ready by 5. That was awesome! Appreciate the fast work and done right. Ill be back for sure. I have had my Vandhall Carmel for 7 months now and had to take it back two times for body issues, which I think I shouldnt have had to with a new vehicle, I am pleased that Del Amo Motorsports has taken care of me with my Carmel issues, but the Vanderhall company took a little to long in looking into the issue and providing the parts for Del Amo Motorsports.

Had a great experience with my bike purchase, and Ken helped through the whole deal. He provided great customer service and answered all my questions with the bike. I will definitely be returning here for future purchases!!

I called Del Amo Motorsports service department due to a factory recall notice for my 2014 Yamaha FJR brake module. I spoke to Shelby on the phone. She was very friendly and said she would order the parts necessary for the recall service. A few days later she called me back stating the parts had arrived. I scheduled my service for the following week where I got to personally meet Shelby who was my service writer. She had the same friendly and helpful demeanor in person as on the phone. Three hours later the work was completed and my motorcycle was wheeled out to me smudge free and working fine. I do all my own maintenance but if I get another recall notice, Im coming back to Del Amo Motorsports.

Ken is kind of a clown, but every other person I interacted with was fantastic! Would absolutely recommend this place and have heard their other locations are awesome too.

I used to work for Del Amo in the Redondo store about 13 yrs ago. I went in to buy a new RZR Turbo S 4. Told them I had worked there before and to please not play games with financing and pricing. If they were fair and honest, they had a buyer. First, I have over a 750 fico score. They first came at me with 8.75% interest. I ended up at 7.45% which I still believe they took me for. Then they said they were hooking me up with a $500 discount on an extended warranty from $3,500 to $3,000 with Aegis. I believed they were taking care of me like family as an ex employee. After bringing the car home I joined a Polaris group on Facebook and ask the question about extended warranties and if $3,000 was a rip off or not. Everyone overwhelmingly said I got taken for a ride (pun intended). 2 sales managers from competing dealers said that dealers pay about 800-900 for those warranties and a good retail price is from $1,200 to $1,900 for a 5yr. Upon picking up the car they really don’t do much to show you everything. It doesn’t feel like they really care about you once they’ve made their money and the sale is done. Disappointed but then again, many of these dealerships don’t really care about the customer. I did get a free particle separator valued at $400 so that was cool but they probably made a ton of profit on me so maybe I paid for that anyway.

Had a great experience here getting my first bike. Ken helped me order the bike that I wanted from another location and was able to get it shipped right away for me. Definitely was a fast and easy process, the staff was so nice and gave my friend and I shirts. The facility was very clean and everyone was being safe. Definitely appreciate all that they do during this time and I appreciate Ken for giving me my dream bike.

Excellent experience. From the first phone call to walking out the door with 2 new Honda generators the same day everything went perfect. Very professional and helpful staff. The Sales rep and negotiation process went very smooth and fast . They were communicative and followed up with phone calls when I left and even after the purchase. Once everything was paid for however is when the process slowed to a crawling pace. It took nearly 2 more hours to meet with the Finance department and sign the final documents. They should consider having another staff available in the Finance Dept during peak times as it is an obvious bottle-neck in the process. Makes the entire experience bad right at the end. Also makes it hard for their staff to do the final maintenance policy up-sale as a I only wanted to leave at that point.Happy with the bike...not so much with the out-the-door process.

Good service but but not happy. called in a month ago to schedule a recall repair appointment. Turns out that when you schedule a recall appointment, the part isnt ordered for your recall... If I would have known that, I would have called in before my appointment instead of finding out at the service counter that they dont have the part I need after a month of waiting.Come on Del Amo Motorsports, Do better!

My older sportbike was having electrical problems and despite multiple attempts with multiple batteries, multiple rectifiers and trying in vain to fix it, I was baffled.I called up and spoke to Tyler who told me to bring it in for a diagnosis. I told him all the things I tried and I knew it wouldnt be easy to fix.I brought it in....the bike immediately wouldnt restart...which was the problem....but they set about checking everything.Tom, the service manager called me back, waived the diagnosis fee after installing a brand new battery and it worked....They will have my business for life.Got a pretty good tip too....if you dont ride often, grab a battery tender and just keep it hooked up...do not disconnect it.Learned that from Tom....a great guy.

Amazing experience! ken huynh is an amazing sale guy and know his stuff and will walk you through it step by step on everything all the way up to the bell ring and picking up your bike, 10 out of 10 and will be going back forsure. even though its a 2hr drive but very well worth every mile. then the inventory they have a very good selection between pre owned and brand new. but I highly recommend go through ken for you salesma.

I had a really great experience at Del Amo Motorsports, the only motorcycle shop that will ever really get my business in the future. I needed my 15k tune up (minus the oil and air filter changes which I had already done), and the price was ridiculously low compared to anywhere else. While performing the tune up and change of park plugs it was discovered my rear brakes had a problem and needed fixing sooner than later. So for less than $100 they completely fixed the issue and also found 4 different recall parts that had not been done and ordered those for me right away. The dude that helped me Tyler (coincidentally the same name as me), was really awesome from start to finish. He helped me set up the appointment on the phone, gave me the great quote before doing so, and helped when I got there with everything I just mentioned. That guy needs a raise, super personable, nice guy, and very very helpful. Thanks man!! I’ll write another (great) review once my recall parts come in and are installed. I highly highly recommend Del Amo Motorsports to ANYONE that rides! There are 5 shops on the way to it but I’d rather ride 10 miles out of my way to go to DMS than waste my time/money anywhere else!

I went in today on a rainy day not expecting to buy anything. I was there with a friend who was getting a bike. I was however interested in a bike they had, a left over 2019 Kawasaki Z900. Just recently purchased a 2021 KLX 110 RL with Del Amo Motorsports of Orange County. My experience with this purchase was top notch. Isaac Bower was my salesman and he went over and above in helping me and answering any questions that I might of had at any time. Had to wait a few to get the bike due to this is one that everyone wants. Isaac always kept me updated though. SUPER KUDOS to the Service department at Del Amo Motorsports. Especially Steven, Tom, Tyler, and extra special to Ray !!!I came in last minute 4:10pm with a rear tire losing air fast. They close at 5:30pm and still had people working and didnt think they could fit me in. At first they said I would have to leave it overnight.But, they all stepped up and especially Ray who said he could do it.1 hour and 15 minutes later I was on the road.I want to thank everybody again for their help and attention they gave me!!!Again, a special thanks to everybody at Del Amo Motorsports !!!

Great place with a big collection of bikes. Reasons for 4 stars: For a 2017 Ninja 300, price for the bike is 2947, but the actual out door price is 2947+ 1490（dealer fee）+tax and other = about 5000I am really confused about the huge amount of dealer fees.

I got a 2019 used Xmax 300 with 159 miles on odo here. They charged me around $700 for a dealer prep fee, i asked what that is, Kirk told me that is to prep and make sure the bike is in perfect condition before releasing it to me. Yes for a used bike. At home i found out the steering handle is tilted to the left. Bottom right panel is missing a bolt. Top left windshield screw is broken not holding the windshield. In the under seat storage there is bunch of dried leaves. The bike was wiped off but is still dirty with dirt. I texted Kirk he said will get back to me the next day but tilll now 3 months no rep. They just try to rip people off here.

Called to get prices on a couple bikes, Ken was the guy to help me out. Lowest price I could find within 200 miles of me in every direction. Had drive 2 1/2 hours one way to get the bike so I was in contact with Ken the evening before to make sure they still had the bike because I wanted to be there when they opened the next day. Ken even helped get the bike loaded. Gabi and Rosaria (hope I got their names right) were the beautiful ladies that helped me out in financing. They like to laugh and joke which made the process go by fast. Best experience Ive had financing anything. Ill be back to pick up the crf110 when they get some back in stock, hopefully soon.
