I called to get a quote on an entire home theater and golf simulator design and setup (probably a 60k or more job). One of their design folks came out and I spent over an hour going over the plans and he told me he would have a quote to me in a few days to get the project started. After multiple emails and no response, I went into the showroom to try to get things sorted out. The staff in the showroom were friendly and told me theyd make sure hed get back with me. Over 3 weeks later and no response at all. If you like wasting your time and getting no response, you should definitely give these guys a call!

I have one of the best High-end systems in town. Not one item from Hanson. I recently called and asked to order a couple McIntosh MC901s. After waiting 2 weeks for the simple quote, I drove to Chicago and bought the amps from another McIntosh dealer. I called Hanson today and asked where my quote was and the associate apologized that she had not gotten to it. I then asked if I could get a quote for the power conditioner I had requested and she said she should be able to get it out to me this week. Really. I suggest getting employees that care about customer service. I will also be speaking with McIntosh about Hansons lack of interest in helping McIntosh customers.

I’ve reached out to Hanson twice about products. The first time they told me that they didn’t carry the product. So I reached out to the manufacturer and was directed back to Hanson, but this time their custom installation team. Andres was generally helpful with the gear I was inquiring about but was pushy to get the entire project. Hanson doesn’t carry all the brands for products I was interested in. Get over it, I’m going to have the system built that I want. I’m not going to limit it to any one vendor’s portfolio. In all fairness numerous others also took this approach and none of them received any business from me. The store I went with asked, but was fine with working with other systems or audio shops.The second time I reached out for automated blackout shades. I went into the store to inquire about options and the prices. Again I was connected with Andres and was extremely put off by the response I got. Without even talking to me about my needs, coming to see the job, or even asking me for pictures, I was given a general cost per shade (fine) and then given an estimated cost for the project. It was then stated if “I was comfortable spending $15K before tax and labor, then we could move forward.” I will find another solution or option and Hanson is likely to never obtain any of my business. It’s a great shop with great products, but the don’t offer anything that can’t be found elsewhere and at a significant price break from sources discussed on forums.

Great place to go and shop for home audio they have some seriously amazing demo setups. The staff was very kind and passionate about audio and Benjamin did a great job showing me around.

Quality organization who stands behind their products! Knowledgeable, responsive, and friendly personnel. I primarily dealt with Eric Miller who was great. I bought a demo Plinius Integrated Amp from Hanson AV and had to have it shipped. The unit experienced damage during shipping. The problems showed up a bit later and UPS was of not helpful. Hansen offered to repair or refund for the unit. The quality of an organizations customer commitment gets tested when things unfortunately go sideways and I can state clearly that Hanson went out of their way to make sure that I was satisfied with the purchase and things were corrected.

If you are in need of high end audio equipment in the Cincinnati / Montgomery area, do yourself a HUGE favor and go to Hanson Audio. Avoid Audible Elegance like the plague it is. Hanson for top shelf equipment and service /expertise all the way.

I called for an appointment and walked into the store. I wanted an Epson projector and an 11 foot screen. I could have purchased online but wanted to support a local retailer. I asked the lady for a price and was told that someone would come to my house and figure out the right products for me. This was odd because I was ready to purchase. After a lot of phone tag, I was able to get in contact with that person and he was baffled as to why I needed him to come out. I told him exactly what I wanted and he then pointed me back to the store and told me they can quote it. A lot of hassle and wasted time. Really nice store but I ended up buying online.

Great service! They took over an existing system and over hauled it by cleaning up unneeded wiring, and components. Very flexible with assisting with new technologies that they hadnt done before and very easy to work with. Highly reccomended!

This is one very nice place to visit for the audiophile.I inquired about the Sonus Faber Venere line of speakers. 10 minutes later they had 2 different pair set up in a listening room for an audition. Very personable and knowledgeable.

Got to listen to the new anthem str amp that was very nice, especially compared to a not so good sounding, to my ears Macintosh 252 tube amp which is what I went to hear (a good set class A design).

Spent hours with me in there show me all the equipment places amazing
