I have to say I like shopping at best buy. They usually have what Im looking for and the staff is mostly helpful and friendly too. Their online shopping is awesome as well.
We went to best buy last night to pick up an item we had ordered for curb-side pick-up and could not have been more impressed by the service. Each employee was unbelievably kind even though they were clearly stressed and busy beyond belief! With all of the online shopping, many items that show up online as being in stock are already out of stock in the stores and the systems are not set up to be able to process this change in real time yet. Therefore, when we showed up the item we had ordered was already gone. However, the man who helped us went above and beyond to get us a similar item and to make sure we were satisfied. I unfortunately forgot to remember the name of the employee who helped us but I believe it was a manager. I hope that everyone can be understanding and appreciate the hard work that all of the retail employees are putting in during this very different holiday season. It is more important than ever to be patient and understand the hardships that everyone is facing! Thank you Best Buy!
I chose curbside pickup. Safe and easy! Overall a pleasant experience, the only problem was I should have recieved my items the same day but I had to wait until the next day.
I had a laptop computer to pick up - the whole thing was a mess.They have spots out front where you can park and they will bring your item out to you - sounds great.But the email they send to let you know the items ready has links that dont work.But the text they send to let you know the items ready has a link that doesnt work either.The sign on the special parking that says to call the store? Guess what?!?! that number doesnt work either.If you google the store and call that number....I think you know - it doesnt work!So I go in. And they say umm..yeah. the phones arent answered here and they shrug. They obviously dont care you spent $1000.So I stand in line to get my item. There are 2 people ahead of me.The first one? they cant find his order, and its a washing machine. I didnt know they made stealth washing machines that hid themselves.The next guy has a TV. Care to guess?? They couldnt find the TV eaither.I figured I was screwed on my laptop - anyone who cant find a washing machine and a TV is going to have trouble finding a laptop.But hey - they knew where that was. Nevermind it looked like the box had been dropped a few times (the computer was fine inside)So that was nice. Except the part where it should have been a 5 minute pickup was now a 30 minute debacle.

I bought a laptop from best buy in June. I immediately had issues with the sound and it constantly went out and my computer would crash. I sent my laptop out to get worked on and when I got it back the laptop started glitching, exiting out of my tabs, and it is lagging (which it has never done any of these things before). Also, when I got it back, the bottom part of my laptop was not in the same condition. There were two black rubber strips at the bottom of my laptop, that would keep the laptop from sliding, that are now peeling off. Although I haven’t had issues with my speakers since I got it back, I am having other issues, because they did not take care of my laptop while it was sent out.
Busy as usual but it was easy to make the exchange we wanted and to get out. No hassle and we found exactly what we wanted.
Today I went to return a $65 iPhone case. I purchased it with my Visa card and wanted it back on my Visa. After standing there for 15 mins in the exchange line because the employee for some reason had to get a manager to do the exchange, he doesn’t wait for the manager and hands me a Best Buy gift card and says “here you go I just went ahead and put it on this.” Thanks Best Buy for effectively robbing me out of $65. Also 2 people behind me in line left because it was taking an unacceptable amount of time. And this was around 12:30 pm when the store was not busy at all.
Nothing on the shelves and its been this way for a couple years now, just hear this location is closing in March, looks like those in power want to finally kill off western hills for good.

I had an appointment to drop off my computer for repair, fortunately it was only a software issue. The Tech not only identify the problem, but also repaired it within 5 minutes, and I was out the door. The computer now works great. A very pleasant experience (and attitude from the Tech who helped me) from Best Buy!
Ive been to many Best Buys, I like the service at Western Hills, it seems to be really well managed. Once I was sold an accessory that was inappropriate for the sale, I got an email from the store and a quick and fair resolution. Of course Id love to see a mahagony show room, I have to drive about 25 miles for that. Overall, I have usually bee very happy with Western Hills Best Buy.
Joshua and Martin were great and so determined to solve my problem which they did convincingly. I applaud their excellent customer service and will return to that particular Best Buy for my future needs.
Not very happy with the Westwood location they say they’re monitoring the doors but monitoring the doors means monitoring the doors that means controlling the flow of traffic there is no control of traffic there and there are not enough associates to handle the traffic that is coming inDisappointed in the inventory ended up taking two sets back the third time I just ended up not even dealing with them and return get my cash and purchase somewhere else
After leaving verizon very frustrated because the phone I wanted wasnt in stock which wasnt a deal breaker but when I asked about payment options they wouldnt let me pay for the full amount of the phone or pay for it in cash. So I went directly to Best Buy where they had the phone in stock, cheaper and let me pay the full amount in cash. Not to mention the customer service was absolutely excellent.
Waited 10 minutes in front of cabinet that had the Samsung Galaxy live buds i would have bought but no blue shirts anywhere. Walked around for another 5 minutes trying to find somebody. No one. I stood in front ofthe greeter and it rook him a couple of minutes to recognizeMe and ask if i needed something i said yes and he said it will be about 20 minutes and i was on the list. Thats bs should have been told that instead of wasting my time like that to give them money.
I like this best buy bc youre not hounded by sales people yet they are still available if you need any help. Their knowledge and willingness to answer all questions I had (regarding TVs) was awesome. I cant remember the guys name in the TV department and wish I did but he was there last week during the day and was absolutely amazing.
It was the day before Dads day and I was able to select something for my Dad and something for myself. A truly awesome experience at the Westwood location, keep up the good customer service. Hope to be back soon for a much needed scanner-printer with fax.
Horrible customer service. Employees were more concerned with stocking than assisting customers. I hate shopping on the westside of town. I will drive the extra miles to other locations for better customer service.
The associate who helped me with my online purchase was great. The other employee who sat on the phone, did not acknowledge my existence not so much. Also the store showed they had an item but once inside they were put of stock. This is my last time shopping at this store.
They dont stock CD music anymore or music Blu-ray DVDs and their other devices are too expensive.... me and my son were looking for a drone we found one drone thats it and thats it for Best Buy
We went to the Colerain store for a phone charger, it was out of stock.Salesperson said Western hills has 11.We drove their only to be told those 11 were ordered by others.
Ordered a laptop online for store pickup. The website gave me a pickup date for a week after the order was placed. On the pickup date, i received an email that the laptop isnt available and pickup has been delayed indefinitely. Wouldnt give me a new date or ability to change my order to another available laptop. Had to cancel my order and order it off of amazon for guaranteed delivery.The online customer service was good but they couldnt help me with anything in this case.
The gentleman that helped me provided excellent customer service, unfortanetly I was not able to find what I needed in the store.
Unorganized, absolutely terrible. Called ahead to verify inventory on an item I was looking for. When I got there, it couldnt be found. Their website and the app also showed inventory at the store. Exact same situation at the Florence store. Besides drastically reduced inventory in the stores, they are generally understaffed and unorganized and no one seems to care.

I didnt like the fact, it was my mothers birthday last Sunday (May 31st) we had scheduled to come in to look at electronics. Weve received a call from one of the employees stating, When you come-on sure to wear gloves and masks for safety reasons due to COVID-19. We respect that, NEEDLESS TO SAY... upon getting there, a female employee who sat there, ignoring us for over ten minutes decided to stop us at the door after watching her allowing whites to go in and HAD THE NERVE to ask why we were there. We expressed that we had scheduled an appointment along with it being my mothers birthday-we had to be somewhere. She was rude and I DIDNT TELL YOU GUYS.... EVERYONE ELSE WHO SHOWED UP..... WHITE. NO MASKS ON. She didnt have a problem with them, but with us. We had to wait another 15 minutes ONLY to be told were not able to come into the store but they can search for products with their mobile device at hand. BEING AGITATED I ASKED A WHITE COUPLE IF THERE WAS A COURTESY CALL EXPRESSING TO WEAR GLOVES AND MASKS. They told us nothing of the matter. Theyre surprised we had ours on. If we knew they were going to treat us like this.... we would have never came and could have been on our way. Ill never go back there EVER!
Ordered some stuff online said it would be ready in a hour. When we got there is was not they had a back log of orders. The manager was very calm and explained everything and helped pull orders for people that were there for pick up. So we got our order in a timely manner and had no issues.
I was there several minutes before anyone came to offer assistance. I was looking for a phone case. The phone cases are not in any kind of order and it took a long time to find one. We never found the one I wanted, even though it was in stock. Sorting cases by phone brand would certainly make this task easier!
The guy was quick to help my son he informed him what he needed and why it was the best option and also help him with other stuff that had nothing to do with his purchase

I went to pick up a phone with contactless curbside; was waiting way longer than I should so I left. Im going to cancel the order. This is the second time Ive had this issue with this best buy. I dont usually have issues with other locations. I wont be coming back to this location.
I purchased an open box item online for $384.99 and the store sticker had $349.99. Store Manager Ericka stated she would not adjust the cost as the sticker was old. The sticker was delivered to me with the product and on the shelf for $349.99! In my mind that is not right and poor customer service! Not a good way to maintain a satisfied loyal customer base.

I called the store 2 days ago and was told they take old console TVs for recycling. I show up today with my TV and Im told they dont recycle console TVs.
Not really anything bad to say about the store itself. Its a Best Buy. You get what it says on the box. However I was in the store a few days back for about an hour and never once was asked if I needed help from any of the sales associates. There were plenty of them on the floor but whenever you would get close they would turn away quickly almost like clockwork. I would definitely avoid this Best Buy.

Very clean and organized place I was greeted immediately upon walking in the store. The sales representative that came past me asked me if I needed any help if I was able to find everything that I was looking for I went in looking for a traditional fire stick and they showed me directly where it was felt like it was for a good price and there was not a long wait at the check out line. My parents were in the market for a new TV. Best buy was having a sale, so we headed over there. We were helped by John. He was nice and super patient as my parents asked all of their questions. John was taking them from one television to the other explaining the difference.After my parents chose they TV they wanted, John explained all the deals thoroughly.Only snag was when they went to pick up the TV, John wasnt there, so they had to deal with other employees that werent as friendly and helpful as John. But, the TV is up on the wall and my parents are enjoying their new purchase.
Just walked in to get remote start for my car, greeted at door by simeone sitting down in their phone, but pleasant. 7 people standing at the front desk talking. Everyone looked away from us except young man with an earring. We told him what we wanted, he said he could walk back with us or call someone.....he called someone who never came after waiting 10 minutes we left. Walked past the same group of people standing at the front desk. No good bye, no were you helped. We went down the road and spent $639. Bought a nice radio and speakers too.

Paid to have my screen protector put on and there was a bubble and it wasn’t centered, had management call me and they scheduled me in that day to have it reinstalled, they said they had the product ready for me. When I arrived for my appointment they searched for 10 minutes for the right glass and couldn’t find it. Told me to come back on Thursday, incredible waste of time.

I had an issue with my laptop (not Best Buy related) both times I went in I talked with a tall white man named Martin. This was the best customer service and experience I have had in this store. This store wouldve gotten three stars from me before but because of one employee Im giving it five stars. Two take aways from this review... 1.) As a company it matters who you choose to hire. 2.) Ask for Martin!

Very friendly and patient employees when I was trying to pick out a radio for my husbands truck. Item was shipped quickly, although it was my third choice because the first two were out of stock. I prepaid for installation services. My husband later scheduled the installation, in which they told him was three weeks out. Jump forward three weeks: they called the day of, to cancel the installation and rescheduled for the next day. My husband left work to drop off his truck, and to his surprise he was not on the schedule, someone didnt pencil him in SO he got put on the tentative schedule for the following day. He finally got it installed a few hours later. The radio works, but now the overhead light in his truck does not come on when he opens the door, so that sucks.*I will amend my review if the issue gets resolved. He will be calling in a day or two, to get it figured out.We finally got the lights fixed and also had additional items installed (steering wheel controls for the radio). It was a bit of a hassel to schedule and at a location that was further than we wanted to drive, but after our previous experience and the lack of readily available scheduling, we chose the location we did.Overall they seem to be a bit short handed and the stock of available items is lacking. Best Buy seems like they may need to update their brand. Not very impressed with the overall feel of the store or experiences.

Had a car stereo installed and they helped me to save money on the installation costs by upping the stereo to better one that had no installation costs. I saved money and got better stereo.
Stopped by to look at after market radios with cd and blue tooth fo my older Jeep liberty. Found a great radio that actually is nicer than the one in my brand new Honda pilot. Makes the old Jeep feel brand new again! Whole lot cheaper to treat yourself to a nice upgrade than to go in debt on a new vehicle. Service/Installation department was great too. Dropped off at the scheduled time and was done faster than I expected. The unit looks like factory installation. Very happy with the entire process!

Good store for the kind but one has to work a little to find the employee who knows the answer to your question. Oh he is there alright but you have to kiss a few frogs to find him/her. Still the best place of it’s kind and has reasonably good selection of popular electronics. Not great but reasonable.

Very dissatisfied. Online order was supposed to be available for pickup, went to the store and they didnt have my order. Apparently it had been cancelled because they were out of stock. So they attempted to order one for delivery but, no stores in a hundred-mile radius had any so I didnt get my item and cant get one. The staff was unhelpful and wasted my time.

This Best buy does not have the best selection. This is the only local Best buy on the west side, and they have a surprisingly small selection. The staff is friendly and knowledgable, however they are lacking in other ways that make me not select 5 stars. The location and parking is alright, and it is easy to find someone to assist you, however, if you need something specific I would call and inquire first.
Always a pleasant experience. Recently had laptop serviced at GEEK Squad., They were prompt friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to diagnose and repair my laptop in less time as scheduled. and gave advise on tip and additional care of my system.
