I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt But I hate liars so I have to write this review. After two days of them breaking appointments she finally came clean and told me the fridge I ordered didn’t work and the stove I requested was gas and not electric like I needed. I gave them ample amount of opportunity just to tell the truth and she would not . Lied to me every time telling me they’re on their way instead of telling me it was a problem in the first place. Why would you lie just to lie? The truth is a hard pill to swallow sometime but it’s better to just tell the unpleasant truth right away. They were supposed to be here two days ago and I’m still waiting. But that’s what I get for not listening to my partner he told me just buy them. Why lie if you don’t have to. The truth is much more effective.

Dominic the store manager is a fraud. Her laptop was not compatable with my schools program so I had to return it. I did not want a different computer, I wanted a refund. She told me my money would be returned on my card with in a couple business days. Today I called to see what was going on with my refund and why it hasnt hit yet. This lady told me she handed me cash. What a lie! When I ask for camera footage to be shown, she refused. It is a shame that even in a global pandamic, this woman cant hold any morals.

EXCELLENT SERVICE! The Couch was too big to carry on Elevator and Tracey and Daniel went above and beyond by carrying my Couch up 4 flights of stairs without complaint. Thank you so much for having such Great Employees in your Store. 🏆

Worst experience Ive had with a rent to own place. Was suppose to have a Maytag washer and dryer delivered on 3/6/19 was told they needed to reschedule for Saturday. I couldnt wait till Saturday I just had a newborn baby and have a 18 month old. Like my clothes need washed. I told them no Ill just go somewhere else just to refund the money. She didnt want that to happen so she said it would for sure be delivered the following day on 3/7/19. Around noon. (12 a.m.) it still wasnt here I had my husband call see what was up. She said it would be delivered between 1 and 2. Still wasnt here at 2:45. And to top it off they just now started calling our references. You would think they wouldve had this already taking care of. I am disgusted with the customer service here and wouldnt recommend it at all.

At this Rent-A-Center location to have one of the best teams in the city great service and good product...

Why are these places always located in the poor neighborhoods is a question that I cant help but to ask myself.
