I ordered some invitations printed through Staples, but I was not satisfied with the quality. They called me back and we’re so kind and so sincere, wanting me to get the best experience from them. They offered to reprint my invitations, and I was very grateful. Their customer service deserves 6/5 stars.
I will never go back to this staples the employees are very rude and no one could help me with my simple problem and gave me the run a round when they just could have told me how much it would cost me to pay them to do it ....if i could leave no starts i would
I spoke with Brad, the manager, he was so kind and super helpful. I wanted to make a good review for him because when I called Paxton Ave Staples location they literally hung up on me, disgusting! This location was a night and day difference from the Paxton Ave location. Thank you for treating me with kindness!
I would never ask anyone to patronize this store. This store must be a company tax write off. The copier center employee, this morning cashed me out at the register, when I asked her about my order she gave me a very sarcastic response and after she finished ringing me out she did not say thank you, come back or is there anything else in the store you need? This is not my first time experiencing employees at his store who seem like they would wish customers would just shop somewhere else....
Literally just walked in here. Was trying to find one specific item that their website said they had in stock and leave. But I couldnt find it. Over five people were working. Saw me and my boyfriend obviously frustrated because we couldnt find something and ignored us. At one point the woman who looked like the manager and a guy working the register came out looked at us and then saw a middle aged white man and both ran up to him to help him. Then when I finally gave him and went up to the register where four of the employees were standing checking out that same guy, no one still offered to help me so we just left.First and last time coming here.Also almost all their employees were either wearing their masks as a chin strap or under there nose. Idiots
Furniture section is a mess. No prices on half the chairs and no office desks at all

I went to this location and upon entering the store, a worker saw me and didnt speak or ask if he could help me. He just kept walking. Anotherworker came near, and I thought he would say something to me, but he also ignored me. Its convenient for me to go to that location, but.because of bad customer service, Im not sure if Ill go back.
The printing people here are always very helpful and the prices are reasonable. It is a great feeling to go to a printing store and talk to a real person. This staples sets others apart.
The employees at this Staples are quite literally the best out of any Staples Ive ever been to.
I just got back from the Reading Road Staples and I had a great experience. I walked in after looking up a Microsoft mouse on sale online. However, at the store the mouse was not marked down. I asked a sales manager about it and when I showed her the item on sale online on my phone, she happily assisted me in getting the mouse for the online sale price. She also said they will match prices on anything else that you find as long as it is the same item number/model number. Overall a great sales experience, I will be going to back to make any other electronic purchases I have.
Ran up for printer ink. Looked all around for several minutes but they seemed to be out of stock. One guy eventually asked me if I needed anything and when I said I couldnt find my ink he went to the back. I thought he was looking through the stock, but he never returned. Another salesperson saw me waiting and asked to help, but informed me they had been out of my ink. The signs say they have an in stock guarantee, but the salesperson didnt mention that- just sent me to another Staples across town.

I wanted to buy a tablet. Never had one before - didnt even know how to turn it on. I called the store and asked - if I bought this - could somebody show me how to operate it? The representative said they were short-handed right then but if I could wait two hours before I came in, he would walk me through it. And he did. Sold me a cheaper model - he saw I didnt need any extras. Nice guy - good at explaining - didnt try unload the pricey stuff.
Copy and print center is completely incompetent and the store manager has no authority over her employees or knowledge of the equipment and is very rude and unprofessional. I live 3 minutes from this Staples, but am now driving the 25 minutes to the Kenwood Staples, which is awesome with friendly staff. The extra gas money is worth not having to deal with them at this location.
Must improve 100% customer orientation skills in employees and management. They overprice with a lot of condescension and speak down to older people. Only two employees are well trained the rest are a challenge to interact with. There are other businesses that you should try before having a funny experience at this store. You would get a better product for half of price. Please dont give them more than two opportunities. You are wasting your time and resources. Go to Fedex in Hyde park not Staple.
I was able to find the inks i needed for my printer.
I went here just to get some color copies, so I went to the copy center which had no customers and one person managing the area. I wasnt acknowledged and said I need to make some color copies. She said I needed to e-mail them first. I pointed to the computers and asked if I could use them to print. After she acknowledged this, I logged into the $0.30/minute computer and saw that color copies were $1/page. I asked if there was a cheaper way since I needed over 100 pages, but she vanished by that time.The only good thing I can say about this store is that they have useful goods on the shelves that you can purchase without experiencing their absurd customer service.

I get a lot of prints for work and for myself, personally, through Iven and Collette. Both of them always go above and beyond. Whether its a $3 order or a $300 order, they always make me feel like a priority. Theyre my go-to for custom prints!

Employees dont know what their doing and despite plenty of employees and no customers every time I go theyre so busy. Hard to believe to re too busy to help when employees out number customers 2:1. Management clearly is incompetent.Avoid this stables unless you like incompetent service and long waits for no reason.

Cramped with limited selection and nearly impossible to get to because of its location. Pulling into and out of the parking lot is a nightmare. The staff were friendly, though.
I have observed that their prices are 130% of the Hyde Park Plaza Location. Just skip this store and drive up to exit 6 and save a lot of money. What a display of greed.
