Called to inquire about a replacement screen for a TV. The guy who answered the phone was a complete jerk and smart***. Very condescending throughout the entire conversation. He graciously offered me $20 off of a used TV if I gave him my TV with a cracked screen. Just another person in this world that thinks everyone else is beneath them. Really dont understand why its so hard for people to be decent. He made a Best Buy shopper out of me.

They are pretty bad. I went to take my 17.3 laptop to there store and charged us $40. But when they said the motherboard was being corroded and that they would charge us $800 to fix the laptops with labor there not even thats a lot of money just for a motherboard its self. One day I load of my pc and find that it turns on but my SSD is not working it says Your hard drive is not connected. They didnt find anything wrong with my ssd then I call them back about it. They say we can take a look but you need to pay $45 to do it. What a Rip off and then they wanna take your computer if you dont want it to be fix or let it go so they can rebuild and sell it for more money. Also, they found nothing wrong with my SSD so they didnt see anything wrong with it, they want me to go back there to get it fix and they also said there certified better than microcenter but they are better on prices by $5 and are more certified then these clowns.

I keep returning because of their honest and reputable business and professional dealings...… I have become friends with Alan and Will and have always been treated great. I cant recommend this place enough than by saying that they are indeed A-HI and number one.....

I spilled water on my computer and shortly thereafter a screen appeared that I was unable to remedy, even with a Google search.I needed to find the best and most reasonable. I spent a couple days looking at options, which included refurbished laptops.As the days passed and I got further and further behind, I decided to do one more search for computer repair.This shop came up I made the enlightened decision to call. $40 for a diagnosis,yay, and if mine was not repairable, that money would apply to a new or used laptop.Their goal is always to put existing equipment back into service. Which I totally respect 💯.They said it would be a minimum of three days but after only 2 days I was able to pick up my repaired laptop.It cost considerably less there any comparable used, refurbished or new options. Plus the hard-drive they put in holds twice as much as my old one.They organized my desktop and installed free virus protection. I am super pleased!Be forewarned, its best to call to let them know you youre coming. They own the whole building and are often not in the repair shop. They provide a phone number for you to call to alert them to your arrival.In this day in age of everybody and their brother claiming they can repair a computer, I say dont waste time or risk it.Take your items, yes they do most electronic equipment, to this shop.

A-HI gets two thumbs up and five stars from me. I have an old Admiral turntable from the 60s, that had been in the family since new, but wasnt working as well as it should. This company cleaned, serviced, and even found a replacement cartridge for it. The unit works good as new. Alan and team are very professional, very friendly. I will definitely return next time I need a repair. Thanks!

Alan was EXTREMELY helpful when my turntable stopped working. He took the time to teach me about how the turntable is supposed to work, so that I can fix it and take care of it in the future to get the most use out of it. Highly recommend if you have anything that needs fixing!

I was having trouble with my computer graphics card and caked them to see if they would replace it for me. They recommended that I try reinstalling my drivers before spending any money on fixing it and now all of my images look like normal again! Thanks to you guys I saved a lot of money!

Alan and Will repaired a broken power connector on my Lenovo laptop, as well as repairing a crack in the case that Id noticed but forgotten to mention. This is not the first repair work they have done for me, and every time I do business with them, they are professional, efficient, friendly, and get the job done to perfection. A-Hi is the best place in Cincinnati to have any type of electronics repaired, bar none.___________________UPDATE 08/25/20: Alan and Will once again did a superb job of repairing the power jack on my laptop. Were moving to NY in one week and have already started having this conversation:How will we EVER find someone like Alan to work on our computers?Alan & his crew are extremely knowledgeable, trustworthy, and fair. Weve been using his services for many years (6 or 7, I think), and have never once felt like wed been treated with anything but courtesy and respect. Alan will tell you if your equipment is at a point in age where its not worth fixing, but I welcome that kind of honesty and wouldnt consider it to be rude. I dont know what was involved with the poster who left the rude comment, but it simply is not true. We have 3 heavy computer users in our family and weve all been extremely satisfied with his work.To Alan ~ would you consider relocating to Nyack, NY? ;)

I took my gaming PC to A-HI when it was having problems. Im glad I did, because the service was excellent. My computer was fixed in 2 days and the price was very reasonable. Everything about the experience was positive and I will definitely be going back if I run into any future issues.

I didnt actually get my TV serviced at A-HI, I just called them on the phone. On Sunday. At 7:30 PM. And the gentleman was incredibly friendly and eager to help me diagnose my problems. I was very impressed. If I were to get my tv serviced, I would definitely do it at A-HI.UPDATE: after I posted this review, I continued to tinker with my TV, and I could never get it working. I decided to take it to A-Hi and he fixed it right up. Saved me a bunch of money on a new TV. Very excellent service! Would definitely go back if I had a different issue.

Great techs, they can still work on CRTs and do transformer swaps, etc. My first choice for any PC or display repair I cant or would rather not deal with myself.

I had a great experience here when I needed computer repairs. They were very friendly, very reasonable, and very quick.

BEWARE !! They came to my home in North Avondale to fix my TV but could not. Charged me $60.00 and said they had to take it in. I called them 2 weeks later and they needed $200.00 more money to fix, so I paid them. I did not hear back for 2 more weeks so I called them to see what was taking so long. They said they would need 125.00 more !! I said forget it ! I want my money back. They refused and kept my TV ! Now Im out 385.00, my TV, and I have to go buy another one ! Im a single mom and they totally ripped me off !!

A couple of months ago, my Harman Kardon 12 inch subwoofer started having some popping sounds that were concerning (thought it was going to explode). Tried to contact Harman Kardon and per the Internet reviews, it was a hopeless endeavour to find somebody to fix it. At Best Buy they told me it was so old there was nothing to do about it (Bought it in 2008).By chance I ran into A-Hi Computers. Though they took some time to diagnose and repair it, the end result has been great. My Harman Kardon is back to life (and I put my 10-inch Harman Kardon subwoofer to its box) and I can keep enjoying my surround system.Highly recommend this place.

I had terrible experience with this business; I kept paying for repair and it seems it was never enough for the owner. He refused to provide any refund after, under warranty I had in writing, he stated that parts are not available anymore.

He is a joke I bought a labtop from him and he said there was a warranty but when the crap messed up he said it was my fault and tried to charge me to fix it and he wont help anybody my friend went to him to soldier two little wires and he has bought a flat screen and 2 computers from his sorry butt and he was a prick and told him that he was going to charge him 25 dollars now you tell me is that right
