One of the worst experiences Ive encountered. No staff avail at guest services, 2 workers left the front desk for a order pickup, I can understand 1 person but why does both guest service workers have to leave for one order??? Aside from that, we bought a table and chairs that was on the shelf with 3 of the same items priced at 49.99. When we checked out, it rang up 89.99. We went to guest services to get this fixed and the manager said we cant cant have the additional money taken off due to the price difference. Though we understand this, there were several other of the same table and chairs at the price, 49.99. We asked for the store managers, Christi or Sarah and of course no other managers were available . Unlikely. Sp we returned the item and suggested they get some staff to move the items to correct place. Will be going to Walmart.
I had a pick up, as well, during my return...the young man handled both and was pleasant, polite and professional- I just wish I had remembered to get his name to give him a shout out!👍
Ok but seriously.. why is there only ever one employee working at the Starbucks? Every time I try to come here there is a ton of people waiting for their drinks, a ton of people in line to order, and only one poor employee running around like crazy trying to keep it together. On top of that, you dont even allow them to receive tips?! Do better, Target.
Target online ordering is Fast, easy, and convenient... was able to place order online to be picked up within 2 hours of placing the order. There is no requirement to pick a time slot. I got a notice within 1 hour of placing order that it was ready for pick up. I noticed that I accidentally placed order as an inside pickup but I was easily able to change that on the app to drive up. I arrived at store and had contactless, friendly service within 2 minutes of checking in online. I noticed 4 cars arrive when I did for pickup and all 4 had a store clerk coming out to bring their items within 2 minutes. Hows that for being staffed and ready for busy times of the day ! Great job!
I love this Starbucks location!Always accurate, prompt, and friendly.Very clean!Amy always suggests new drinks (which she knows I am all for!) and always delivers on what I like!Shes very friendly, happy, and makes me feel a lot better after visiting!
Get rid of those AT&T sales people! They sure know how to ruin a shopping experience. One followed me all the way to grocery. Ive been buying all of my electronics at other stores because those phone sales people try to pounce on everyone like used car salesman.

Guest Services at this location was wonderful! Friendly, positive interaction and my issue was quickly resolved. Target guest services is always very helpful.
This is a great place but people are bringing their carts home and leaving them on the street that we live at I have had them hit are car and nobody will do anything about it

A pair of earrings rang up higher than the clearance sticker. The cashier told me that the sticker was wrong. I asked if they would honor the price on the tag.....which was only a $2.50 difference. She told me that she didn’t know who put the wrong tag on the earrings and refused to honor the price that was on the item. #VeryDisappointed

When I placed my order on line it said to wait until the order was complete then go to the app to switch from Pick up to Drive up. I was not able to that and had to call and ask how to get it switched, which the nice lady who answered the phone had to do for me.

The cashier at the food shop, and the lady at Starbucks station and the checkout cashier was very friendly and helpful. Their were smiling and doing great at their job.

Target is easy to navigate and has most things needed
The wait time was about long. We were second in line and they closed our register. In my opinion, Target should have served the customers in line (only a couple) and then closed.

The store was very clean and I had no problems finding the merchandise that I was purchasing. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. Checkout experience was great. Thank you target for not rearranging everything in the store its so much nicer going shopping when you know where things are instead of them being moved around every few months.

I’ve come here two or three times in the last month due to last minute holiday craziness. While I’m not always able to find things in stock, you can always order and pick up here. I think this just speaks to how busy this location can get.But I was very pleased with service at the returns and pick up desk. They are super quick at what they do. Not to mention friendly!
I have shopped at this specific store in the past -this particular evening - I spoke with a few employees regarding questions and help needed and every employee was very helpful. Two of the employees provided fantastic assistance in making sure I found my items (the name of one employee was Monica - but I did not get the name of the other employee).
It was really clean and organized. The staff were very nice, and it made for a quick afternoon shopping trip
Shout out to AMY who dropped everything she was doing to help me and another person get an electric blanket on clearance! It was a pain to find it but she didnt give up! This was the second store Id been at trying to find this while waiting for HVAC service during COVID 19. AMY, YOU DESERVE A RAISE!!!

Great experience at Target yesterday! I needed to ask for help, and though the associates were busy with the BIG TOY SALE, every single associate stopped to answer my questions.I found a great supply of holiday garments for my senior doggie (in a renovated pet section) and was very impressed with the way the Christmas/Holiday shop was setup. Everything was neat and clean (and NO clutter!). I was able to find what I needed at a great price. My cashier was professional and courteous, also helping me with my questions. Thank you, Target!

Clean store and a pleasant shopping experience. I bought a high ticket item that was in a small bag and actually forgot it at the electronics counter! The entire crew was honest and made sure it was held for me until I came back when they could have easily stolen/kept it for themselves. Good character, reasonable quality, and decent prices make this particular target a pleasant shopping experience.
This Target has the best skincare section!
Went to target Tuesday and one cashier was there, while a manager was just standing around looking at the 15 customers in the only lane open.. chastity was the name of the girl working the register. I felt so sorry for her. I wont be coming back to this target anymore. Get it together target!!!!!!
I looked online for a game for my son for Christmas and I seen that it was in stock at the fields ertel location which was 4 miles from my doctors office. I asked the guy in electronics about the game around 10:30 am and he preceded to tell me that they were out or it was probably in the back and they havent had it in a week. I showed him on my phone that it says in stock but he continued to be rude so I left. I called the Western Hills location and Donovan was very pleasant and held the game for me while I made the 35 minute drive from the Fields Ertel location and also gave me the price of the item. Everyone that I came in contact at the western hills location were very helpful including James in the food area and the ladies at customer service. They made my day better
Love Mrs. Vicki at target optial. Any time my family need our glasses repair or adjusted. She goes out her way. Even when she really busy.
Target is the most convenient store for any family. The store has everything. I can grocery shop, pick up household needs, great pet deals, a new makeup section and even Starbucks!
12/23/19 430pm I had a bad experience at Meijer today so i came here. The employees were nothing but nice despite being so bus busy. The girl working Starbucks by herself was so kind and proficient!

My daughter and I like going there for clothes and for movies and BTS stuff and food and snacks and the employees are very nice and friendly
Very good. Had two young people help me today. A young gentleman in toy department and young lady in check out. Could not have been any nicer. Made my shopping visit very pleasant. I thanked them both.
Nice place to shop. Always end up spending more than I intended to, but not in a bad way, I just always find so much stuff I love here. The staff is almost always friendly and their bathrooms are usually clean. Theyre pretty good about keeping their shelves well-stocked and clean as well.

HR is stupid. I got the job 3 weeks ago and was advised that I would start Wednesday. I advised them of my work schedule and they schedule my orientation at 9am. These people are incredibly incompetent.
Worst Target in the city.Treat their employees terribly. Most of the managers circle jerk and let the low levels handle everything.
This is all in all a great place to shop! The store (and bathrooms) are clean and kept in good condition, staff is helpful, and is a pretty convenient place to get an item or two.
Its like Target doesnt really want to take your money. They had 2 registers open when I was there, and one was with her last customer, getting ready to close down. After I cried too much, she stayed open for me, and I stood there as the employee told at least 5 additional customers that she was closing the register. Meanwhile, 6 self check out registers were available and empty. Target - no one wants to self check out! Were trying to shop, not do the job of your employees. Or people should get an employee discount if they have to use the self check out. Same with Home Depot, Kroger, etc.
The product I ordered ahead and paid for was not ready when I got there, even though I was sent an email several hours earlier saying it was ready for pickup. When I got there to pick up my item the associate had to go to the shelf and find the item and bring it back. Then he forgot to take the security tag off of it so when I left the store the alarm went off.
Easy ordering process, quick pickup. I would definitely use this service again.
Employees are very nice and fast
I shop here regularly and I usually enjoy my experience. The cashiers and people on the floor are always very friendly. Unfortunately, they dont seem to have enough lines open recently. On several occasions they have had two lines open with 6 or 7 people in each lane.. kind of a Wal-mart feel. I.dont.do.Wal-mart. Hope theyll hire more students over the summer and remedy this problem. Otherwise, their ratings will definitely drop. Other than the length of checkout, this store is awesome. They always have exactly what Im looking for.
Went to Target today looking for a tension rod. No one could take me to that dept. The young lady said: do you see that sign up there that says bath? Its over there. WOW

Rude employees, you can’t write a check over a hundred dollars, and the Western Hills store is always dirty and the shelves are empty and the merchandise is open the store has bedbugs.will never go back. You have lost a customer, and Walmart has gained a loyal customer.

As far as targets go its a really nice store. However the electronics employee that waited on me was quite unfriendly. He was very knowledgeable but he was rude. He treated me like my questions (a search for information) were an insult to him and I felt bullied, trust me I am no victim and I will not go back other than to return the item he pushed me into buying.
Item selection is always great and store is usually clean. I wish theyd invest a bit into the parking lot as theres always a ton of trash and potholes.

There was a minor issue with picking up an online order and the manager used a bit of judgment and went out of her way to substitute to get me what I needed. This would have been a lot of extra paperwork and hassle in a different retailer.
Today I was at the store to buy Christmas candy. I got in line behind a women trying to purchase clothes. She was using the Cartwheel app. It had clothes for 25% off. The coupon would not work so the cashier got a manager named Monica. Monica was extremely rude to the customer. In the end the lady was in line 15-20 minutes with this rude manager and left without the discount. This also made her late for church. She asked several times to speak to Monicas boss and she would not call him. I know this because I was next in line. I went to another line in the end and then heard Monica and two people who turned out to be managers bashing the customer after she left where I could hear. I went to customer service and requested a manager. One of the people participating in the conversation about the customer said she was a manager. I was astounded and asked her why she would talk negatively about a customer where other people could hear. She apologized and a asked for her boss. He came and I told him everything that happened right in front of the manager in question. I told him I would never be back. What a disgrace to talk about your customers that enable you to have a paycheck!
I purchased an item from store pick up in Florence KY. They said they could not full fill my order but that they had spoken to an employee at Western hills and they had my name on the item. I called to double check and was told by a young lady that indeed the item was there with my name on it.It is an HOUR drive for me to get to this store. I arrived and was told the doll was not at guest services. A manager comes over and says they had made a mistake there wasn’t a doll in the store. My six year old was devastated. They at first were very nice and offered to give her a soda and a gift card. I tried to refuse it understanding things happen.Then I see what is really going on. There is an irate woman in the cafe screaming about the same item that was being held for me. She was rude and unkind to the staff demanding they find her the doll. Low and behold I hear them say “Oh he has a box.” Thinking surely they will come get me. Nope. They took the rude woman and tried to “covertly” check her out with the doll. Needless to say I am appalled how things were handled. You may think people aren’t watching but they are. I thought you were kind decent men and I was wrong. I hope you feel ashamed for reducing my daughter to tears because you didn’t have the courage to stand up to a rude woman.

Theres plenty of stuff you can get at this Target and its pretty nice inside, making it a great alternative to Walmart. The staff is pretty unwilling to help if you need help finding something though, often just pointing in a general direction and walking away. Every once in a while youll find someone whos super friendly and goes the extra mile which is always awesome. Overall they can be hit or miss, but I still recommend it.
The cashier didnt give me one of my bags and when I went back for it, the manager implied I was lying and wouldnt replace any of the items. The missing items were all scanned in a row on my target app receipt. I had to repurchase the (overpriced) deodorant Id just bought.

Good target location! Wish they were open 24 hrs but rarely do I need something past closing time. I had an excellent experience at this location after being unable to find an item on the shelf, an assistant manager Jamie personally helped find more stock in the back.Friendly staff.
