I reached out to Dennis looking for a rare part for an older TV that I wanted to repair and not throw away. Not only did he have the part, but he charged me a very reasonable price compared to what Id seen online. He was very responsive and even delivered the part same day. Super guy!

I took my TV to Best buy and wasnt there five minutes before they charge me $120 plus tax only to tell me to throw my TV away! They told me I need a new back lights and literally told me to throw my TV away! I took it to Dennis and he not only replaced the back lights, but he replaced every nook and cranny in my TV! New power supply board, new main board, new t-con board, new IR remote sensor, new Wi-Fi module, new power button / p jog switch, new speakers, and brand new wires and ribbon cables to connect everything! I literally went and picked up my 60 inch Samsung that was restored back to brand new! To top it off, the TV was only a year old when the lights went out and now Im leaving this review almost two years later and my TV is still working great! He told me that he not only replaced everything, but he replaced the back lights and power supply with brand new remanufactured versions where the defect had been fixed! Apparently every one of these models end up having the same problem because of a defect! He even gave me a 2-year / lifetime warranty! Yes, I literally have a receipt that state I have a lifetime warranty! So if anything happened within the two years, he would have fixed it and replaced it for free! When the two years is up, he stated that even if its 15 years later oh, he will fix it for free and I just have to pay for parts! You cant beat that! I was skeptical when he told me that he started his business to help people, but became less skeptical when I heard his price and no skepticism whatsoever left at this point! My family and I will forever be thankful to Dennis at multiple personalities!

Ive had nothing but the best quality 24 hot a day personal customer service from Dennis that I have ever experienced! The best man at my former wedding owns a PC repair shop, and hes got nothing on Dennis, and I tell my friend that too! I would recommend him to anyone I know! TOP NOTCH!

He took care of our Samsung 55 LED in a great turn around time. He guts out the old parts and gets your tv ready and primed!! Were locked in and thankful for his services!! Trusting him with our sound bar here soon to see if he can fix it before pitching it. Great competitive pricing as well.

You will not find better prices or customer service anywhere! That i can guarantee! You wouldnt believe what Ive had done and how much it cost me. He tells you he centers his business around helping people and of course most, like me, will be sceptical! But he will prove it in the end!

I am not kidding when I say he is done pretty much everything for me at one point or another! But there is no one else on the planet you should take your TV oh, Fire TV devices or Android devices too! I bought an Android box off of him over 5 years ago and didnt take it to him to get updated for almost 5 years! Some of the stuff was non-existent, but most of it was still working just fine! So not only is he better than anyone else as far as the content you get on your streaming device( I know for a fact cuz Ive dealt with at least a dozen different guys for this stuff) but it also stays up-to-date! Over that 5 years Ive also gotten a few 4K Fire Sticks and recently his new Fire TV bully boxes! So if you need a TV fixed, call him! If you want to quit paying cable bills and Netflix bills and Amazon bills and any other bill as far as entertainment, go see him! I have every channel in the world including all the movie and premium channels! I watch live pay-per-view events and I watch them live for free with no issues! I have literally sat around hours trying to stump the device but literally not a single movie or TV show in existence that you will not be able to find! concerts and past sporting events, audiobooks! Nothing whatsoever do you have to pay for any more if you go to him! I almost forgot the best part, none of that buffering and freezing! he deserves his asking price and more... But he will work with you As well! the other guys not only have garbage compared to his content, but they charge to keep it up-to-date and a lot of them charge monthly! He will literally send you a video on how to load his set up on your device for absolutely free before you let you go and get ripped off by the other guys!

It only took me 3 or 4 minutes at best buy/geek squad for them to charge me over $120... Just to tell me to throw my TV away cuz i needed new backlights and it wasnt worth fixing! I brought it to Dennis at MP and he not only replaced my backlights, but replaced the entire guts of the TV making it brand new again and my total was $140! Less than 20 more than what the other guys charged me to tell me to throw it away! This has been over a yr and 1/2 ago and tv already lasted longer than it did from the time i bought it!

A friend from out of the country sent his TV motherboard to Dennis to be repaired. FWD months and months, and my friend contacts me to ask if I can help because Dennis said the board was returned to him after he shipped the repaired board, and asks if I can get it mailed to me. I contacted Dennis to do this, he agrees, I buy a shipping label, then he just ghosts me. No way to do business, and why bother getting me to buy the shipping label if you arent going to send it. Similar reviews on other sites saying they paid for jobs that were never delivered, and hes been kicked off trading platforms. Many rave reviews mention personal details so they are clearly from friends and family. Try save a buck and risk it, or rather go to a shop that has a reputation to uphold.

I was looking for a fire stick to do some streaming and Dennis educated me about Android box and I have been loving it had for 6 months now and it has paid itself over and over again, thanks Dennis

Dennis has my business for the rest of my life! Plus I will make sure all family and friends know about him and use his Services if needed! He picked up my 70 in TV and had it back to me the very next day better than new! On top of all of that good stuff to say about him, I only had to pay $25 or so more than what everywhere else said they would charge me just for a service or diagnostics fee! When he tells you hes guaranteed to be the cheapest in the world, he means it! You do not want to take your TV anywhere else! Last, but not least, he walked me through one of his streaming devices when he bring my TV back. I called and canceled my $300 cable bill as soon as he left the house! Now all I am paying for is internet. $140 for a device that allows me to watch any live TV channel, find any movie or TV show that is ever existed oh, watch live pay-per-view events for free and much much much much more! I cannot come up with enough nice things to put on this review for this guy! Top-notch service! Very informative! Very helpful! Puts your mind at ease! Most importantly, saves you money! You know youre saving money when you give him my $100 tip and youre still spent a quarter of what you would have spent anywhere else! I will call him for any service or product I need in the future because if he doesnt have it or if he cannot fix it oh, he says he will send you to someone who is cheaper than anyone else! Very special thanks and appreciation out to Dennis at multiple personalities premium TV repair. Im only sorry that Im just now giving him a review after fixing my slot machine! Over the past year to year and a half, he has fixed three or four TVs for me, replace a screen on my daughters laptop and recently repaired my slot machine. He is always very polite and informative! Beware, he is a talker. LOL! But I give him two thumbs up, 1000 Stars all around and any more appreciation I can show! Thanks again Dennis, youre the best!
