Great place to shop, you can find what you need easily. Customer service could be a tad better but overall I love it there !

The Wal-Mart on Redbank is a lot nicer - cleaner and better stocked than the Eastgate location.

The pharmacy is outstanding, five stars. I was disappointed that their only brand of malt vinegar was Heintz. Its a pretty good store in terms of convenience and being able to get almost everything you need in one place, but Im only giving them three stars because I hate the corporation and the corporations culture.

Ok... look, who doesnt like Walmart? If you dont go here its because you think your above the people whom have chosen to spend their money here and some memes have given you a sour taste about being there... I get it.. but get over yourself.. they have good deals just like everyone else.. actually.. they have better deals. Five stars. 😉

What ever you do, do not could on them for paint at the paint counter. 😅 I stood there collectively over an hour, had 6 people try and get someone over to the counter, went to customer service, called customer service as I was standing there (so I wouldn’t have to walk all the way back again), they call for someone over the intercom 5 times also. Only to finally have a little old man (who had to walk with the help of a cart) come over and tell me there all out of paint. 💀 That was probably the worst experience I’ve had at any Walmart. I have 3 employees even tell me how bad it was and how only a few people that even worked there knew how to work the paint counter. Not to mention, other employees that walk right past me. I know there probably understaffed, but waiting over an hour it’s pretty sad.

Im here at Walmart now been here since a quarter to seven waiting in the service desk to open it is now 725am and the service is still closed. A young lady by the name of Tiffany just showed and stood at the counter and said nothing. I had to literally walk up and put my items on the counter and ask her was she open. She said nothing just started scanning my stuff she didnt apologize for being late or anything. I was going to replace the items I brought back but after being treated so poorly by her and a few other cashiers that just stood around and watched me standing there I decided to spend my money somewhere else. There was one cashier that tried to be nice about the situation but all in all your store failed at good customer service!

When I arrived at Walmart to pick up my order. I called the number and told the young man my name, my order would be out soon. I waited approximately 5 minutes and he came out with 3 of the 4 of my tires. I let him know I had 4 and he said yeah, they sent one to your house!! I was confused as they never did this a couple weeks ago. He stated they do that with tires for some reason. So I am waiting on one tire to be delivered to my home!! I ordered them all at once so not sure if this routine or nit but I ordered tires a couple weeks ago for my daughter and they were all delivered at once to the store. Overall the young man was very polite and very quick.

I got everything I wanted any employees treated me real good and I was able to check my stuff out at the check line by myself and I kind of like using them computers cashier now and I think Walmart is great place to shop and I wouldnt go nowhere else but there

We go to this place a few times every week. Always clean and well stocked shelves although after 9:30 pm the checkout lanes get closed and you must go through self checkout registers

Everyone was very kind and helpful. I love coming here to shop. They always have their items pretty well stocked. Always greeted by a friendly greeter. Only thing is I wish more lanes would be open. Lmao. Love to shop here!

Have to admit..i dont usually even consider the functionality of a wal-mart, much less the selection or quality offered. This location however, was so surprising i realized for the first time in my life that i had actually been caught sleeping on a Wal-Mart! The Eastgate location was surprisingly nearly immaculate so i did my best to maintain the aura and pay it forward.DEF show some love to this location and lets see if we can raise the bar!

Had very great service from the electronics department today. I needed to buy a laptop, the woman working asked what I needed and did a ton of work to find the best deal for me within my budget! She also found me a great computer bag on clearance.

Do Not Work Here For Asset Protection. They Do Not Train You Properly Then Move You To A Door Greeter Due To Their Poor Training. If You Want To Work Asset Protection I Recommend Trying Another Store. Overall The People You Work With Are Friendly.

Curbside pickup is spot on as long as you dont have young lazy people that are dragging to do their job. Older employees they are on it in curbside delivery. You check in before you get there and then they can see you on GPS as you arrive and your ETA. Several times they have been waiting at the door with my curbside items. Meaning as soon as I pull up less than a minute and theyre out the door loading my trunk. That is unless it is Young lazy people. Then you have to wait 10 minutes or so.

They did not have the item I was looking for and the story was kind of empty and messy. Nevertheless I found other items I had been looking for at several other stores today. So it wasnt a total loss.

I had to leave a written review this time because I have never been treated with that kind of disrespect in quite some time... Visited eastgate location around 7 am this morning and greeted the works, they did not greet me back and on top of it started giving me really nasty looks as if I were not supposed to be there... Not to mention if you need to use the bathroom while at Walmart dont. Womens theres 2 stalls that do not lock and its always dirty

The workers are more into talking to each other and never do there jobs. The checkout line. There is really only 2 or 3 open too Check out. Ill never go to the Ferguson store ever again

Tons of inventory, lots of helpful staff, very forward thinking.Went to pickup my new glasses from the vision center after getting my prescription done up.The vision center alone is a safe haven of awesome. Friendly, personable and studiously quick service.Overall, best walmart Ive been too in years.5/5 would shop again!

I wish I could leave zeros stars. A elderly associate working today looked horrible and so sick, she immediately apologized for her area being slightly messy, which it wasn’t. She informed me she’s been very sick the past 3 days WITH A DOCTORS NOTE and Walmart told her if she missed one more day she was being fired. I spend hundreds at Walmart weekly and hearing this makes me want to not spend a dime there ever again. Shame on you Walmart. Absolutely pathetic.

Store was extremely messy. I was looking for a picture frame and it looked like a tornado had gone through. What little selection they had was a mess. Turned around and left. I went to the one in Milford. It is great. Clean. And always in order with a great selection.

You I know that there really is a difference between the Walmart in Amelia and Eastgate.. Eastgate is getting worse I prefer to drive all the way to Amelia to do my shopping there at least the people are a bit more friendlier theyre helpful seems like they hire a bunch of grumpy old SOBs at Eastgate

The store itself isnt bad and so far in my experience. The customer service is pretty efficient. My only complaint is that they really need to staff more cashiers. The lines are almost always full and there is never enough registers open its seems. In my experience of course.

I was there to get 2 tires and related services. They had a good selection and range of prices. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. They gave me a good estimate of the time of waiting and repair time.

A store to find about anything at a good price, but really needs some more employees to take care of the store.I do understand that finding help these days is hard when the government pays people 700 dollars a week to set on the couch.

This is my preferred Walmart. Its a little out of the way for me but it seems more open than the others. You got room to move around without 205 people trying to be in the same spot. Now dont everyone be reading this and going there now. Plenty of other Walmart around.

After trying to order my George stretch Summer shirts come to find out that Walmart is no longer going to provide the shirts very disappointed in that you cant even order them online it says in-store purchase only and theyre not going to order anymore

Its your typical Walmart not enough cashiers but they carry almost anything you need the self checkout is simple and faster anyways. If your looking for help inside id say youve got a 6 out of 10 chance of finding someone better odds than most happy shopping!

The number of people not wearing masks, or improperly wearing their masks, was absolutely dumbfounding. Definitely wont be going back here anytime soon. At least not until weve achieved herd immunity status for COVID-19.

Everything I was shopping for was in stock except one. The main complaint that I have and pretty much always have with this store is help. The checkout to be more specific. They have very few lines open no matter the time or day. This is crazy! I had to wait almost 20 min just to check out. I did go and speak to the manager who neglected to even look up at me, she stared they are short handed at the moment and that someone would open up shortly. No one ever did. I waited another 10 min at the self check out. Best to go bright and early in the morning and avoid Sunday if possible.

This is a well run store with easy parking and good prices. It is clean, neat and well stocked.

It really is just ok. The store is pretty clean compared to some places. The staff has always been friendly. Unfortunately, you have to check yourself out though. Ive been to this walmart all times of the day/night and the only thing opened are the self checkout. Ive seen maybe 1 or 2 lanes but that is rare and only during rush hours. Whenever I check the app for an items location I have been able to find it (or its empty hanger) where it says it is on the app so thats nice. I tend to find that a lot of things are out of stock or this store simply doesnt hardly stock any items. Personally I prefer the Milford location.Updated September 2021:Still an ok store but Ive noticed its went downhill the last few months. Way less stock than other Walmart in cincy. If given a choice I would pick Milford, hands down, over this location.

Needed to grab two items before close. They stopped be from entering. All I needed was cheese and chili powder. It wouldve been out before close. I was turned away at 10 55pm. That is bs.

I had to ask two different Walmart employees to help me and they could not give me the answer or help me find the product that I needed and I dont understand why you will sell a black light bulb with no thing to put it in to actually use it that makes no sense I know that you guys have it but neither of your employees could ask me and I got really frustrated and I gave up because I have other things to tend to my life and other responsibilities so I will go to Meijer instead next time

Never stocked on items and Im not a fan of the receipt check BS at the door personally. I dont prefer to spend my hard earned money where Im being harassed about if Im actually spending that money or stealing..

I dont go inside much any more. Its too convenient to use their app for a pick up order. They offer substitution that you can accept or change (within a time frame) and usually you get a larger quantity or same quantity in a different brand. Easy to use and saves me time. Since I am high risk it also allows me to reduce possible exposure

This location seemed very understaffed, at least when it came time to checkout. I noticed plenty of workers strolling around the store but there were only 2 cash registers being operated by staff. I suppose theyre leaving it up to the self checkout and ourselves.

Shelves are poorly stocked. Associates are friendly but store is poorly staffed and associates or customers are under appreciated. Company is going in the wrong direction to fatten their bank accounts at the executive level. Its not about the bottom line. Its about store level employees who make u the money,truckers moving the freight, warehouse workers loading. They operate the company not the executes. Try working in their shoes and then see about how much money u can put into your bank account and sleep at night. If u do then u are a coward and heartless. Show them the respect they deserve. All customers need to shop elsewhere until we all get what we deserve. This company doesnt care if their workers dont know where their next meal is coming from or how to keep from being evicted from their homes. This is nonsense! Change for the better or get out of our way!
