Attendant Allison was very rude and needs customer service training. Bought my phone 2 years ago and she was rude back then, not sure why she is still there. A man helped and checked my phone....he did my order for a replacement phone under warranty. Got a message stating that my phone was ready for pick up. I go to get it and they tell me to delete and wipe everything out. After i did that they tell me unfortunately i can not get the phone i need to do a insurance claim. So i was without a replacement phone and no contacts!!!
Allyson was great! I was foaming at the mouth frustrated when I came in and she fixed a problem I had going on for over a month with my Apple device. She needs promoted.

Clean store. Walked in with my partner. Barely greeted, woman was rude, did not introduce herself. Felt like I was bothering her so we left the store.Left T-Mobile and switched to Sprint that day. Thank you for helping us decide who to go with!!!

Went in to setup a data package only (no calling or text) for $10 a week line for my in-laws visiting from Turkey. Had no problems and the staff were very patient with our unique setup.
I walked into the store, the store manager looked right at me (i knew who he was, because i had talked to him once before), but everyone was busy, so i waited for someone else to open up. A few more people came in behind me. They finished talking to all the people that came in before me, then started calling people that came in behind me. They skipped right over me, even after i had been waiting for about half an hour. I love T-Mobile, but I do not like this store, and i will not return to it. As of right now, since i couldnt talk to any of the reps, im still an AT&T customer; i went in with the intention of switching back to T-Mobile, but walked out with a bitter taste in my mouth.Also, they DID NOT have a sign in sheet out, so that was not the issue.
I entered this T-Mobile Sunday the 28th 1hour before close,upon entry I see 2 workers sitting down playing on their phones which is ok because the store was pretty empty. Out of the two the taller Caucasian male approaches me no hand shakes no hey my name is nothing all he said was WHAT DO YOU NEED HELP WITHβ . I Begin to explain to him that I ordered an iPhone but I never received my esign form to finish the process so I was never charged. So I asked him to pull up my account up he said why ? I said because I want to see what I need to do to get the iPhone. He looks at me and says but why do I need to view your account ? I was irritated so I begin to just walk out. My plans where to just buy a brand new iPhone cash I just needed to know the price basically and he didnβt give me a chance to even buy anything. I own a company my self and customer service is key it helps with sales and itβs crazy how he didnβt want to make a sale ? I donβt want him to lose his job but some one needs to sit with him because what if I was a Secret Shopper. Thankfully I called 611 and bought the phone over the phone with customer service but I would have bought it in store
It was just a quick trip for a freeby on T-mobil Tuesday. But the store was clean, not busy and the employees were helpful and not pushy.
Perfectly fine store...service can be slow if they are busy.
