Have to say I had a good experience going through Rav Motors. I sent an email one night about a car I was interested in and the next morning when I woke up they had already emailed me back, giving me all the info on the car that I asked about. I stopped by that day to check out the car and look at it with a buddy of mine, who is a mechanic and he was blown away by how well of shape the car was in, other than one or two little things. We had went to look at the car just before closing and Mike(who I would recommend you ask for when you go there, super helpful) was in no hurry to get us out. Very polite and helpful, telling us what had happened to the car originally. I had then went back the next day to test drive it and there was no hassle. Just a yup no problem, here are the keys, take it for a ride. After my test drive I was interested in the car and we talked about banks and options. Fast forward two days, I had all the paper work ready and we sat down and got it all figured out, and I drove away with my new car.+1 star for politeness, +1 star for keeping all the encounters professional, +1 star for keeping me in the loop on everything that was happening, even calling me to keep me informed, +1 star for a nice car, +1 star for a overall great experience.I would 100% recommend this place to anyone.

I recently started my own company and needed a truck ASAP, I’ve heard of Ravmotors before and that they have a great selection of vehicles. I looked through their website and found a Ford F-150 that I really liked. I stopped by the next day to take a look at it, and in no time I was driving home with the truck! Mike K. Started off great, ended up being a messy. Sold me a truck missing the front 2 body mount bolts. Have your vehicles inspected when buying from this place. I love the truck I got, but if I didnt install a bull bar Id have never known about those bolts. They offered to pay for the bolts...how noble. I declined. I’m very happy to report that I’ve had no major issues so far! I love my new car and I got it for a fair price. I would recommend getting a pre-sale inspection if you shop here, as each car’s history is unique and it’s good to know the condition of it before purchasing. The shop I brought my car to said the car was repaired very well which gave me confidence to purchase a car with a rebuilt title.I also enjoyed the buying experience at Rav motors. The salesmen were not pushy but gladly answered any questions. We were able to test drive multiple cars and even take some time to go home and think about it. I would highly recommend shopping here- especially if you are on a tight budget.

A really great place to buy a car. They have a good selection and very good prices for used vehicles. I have been looking for a used Mazda C-5 and everything I found had 20 to 30 to 40 to 50,000 miles plus. I found one here that had less than 5000 miles. It had been an accident he assured me it had been fixed correctly. To be sure I also took out an insurance warranty policy for 6 years. It was all right into the price of the car. After over one month of driving it feels like I have a brand-new car (its a 2018). So far everything has been great. I dealt with Roman I can say he is a great salesperson and this is a great place to buy a car.

The whole process was the easiest car buy Ive ever done! Test drove 2 cars Saturday. Gave us liberty to drive without the pressure of a sales person. I was interested in a 2013 Subaru and searched the VIN. The last owner totaled the car and the miles advertised (a photo of the odometer was displayed on the ad) were considerably lower than the actual miles. This dealership scams you. Do not go here.Responding to Roman’s comment below - I did call about the 2013 Subaru I was interested in but didn’t give my name. I requested the VIN through a Facebook marketplace ad and paid carfax to look it up. Either carfax is wrong or the dealership was advertising two different cars and using the picture of the odometer with the more favorable mileage.

Purchased a 2018 Cadillac XT5 here. The history of the vehicle was clearly explained and the previous damages that occurred. I drove the vehicle to our mechanic and was told that RAV Motors did an amazing job of fixing those damages and I decided to buy the vehicle the next day. Have been driving the vehicle for the past few months and have only great things to say about it. RAV Motors has really good staff that know what theyre talking about and are always open to help.

Poor experience. I have the right place. My husband called the day before and ask about a 2017 ford f-150 with low miles. The truck is not available yet but is in your lot. The sales man said it was going to sell for about 26k. So my husband and I went today and he went I side ask your sales guy If we needed an appointment or if he could helps us without an appointment his reply was no appointment need first come first served my husband said okay I will send my wife with drivers license and insurance to test drive the truck. When I went inside the sales man said the truck was not for sale yet and it was 29k not 26k. And we couldnt test drive or see the truck yet because it was not for sale and to next time make an appointment. If you have a vehicle in your it should be ready for customers to see. If customers cant see it or buy it DONT PUT IT IN YOUR LOT.!!

They were very nice and helpful but make sure you have a mechanic look at the car before purchasing. I bought a used car there in January and have spent about $4000 in repairs since then. Battery, headlight, air conditioning compressor, front and rear brakes, front and rear axle, ball joint and tie rods.

I want to first say that the staff at Ravmotors crystal are nice, helpful, and kind. However, I would never choose to purchase a car there again.In the first year of having my car I have had to replace the battery, tires, ac clutch and compressor, and the control module.My A/C does not work, there is a crack in the windshield fluid container, and the engine noise became significantly louder about 2 months after purchase. My car also only came with one key, and it is over $300 to get a spare. If you think you are getting a deal, you aren’t.
