Christi Vennie was absolutely wonderful to work with. We live about 3 hours away from the dealership and we called everywhere looking for a car. Christi took our info and said she would call if something became available. A few hour later she did. She had found the perfect car for us. She shot about 12 videos of the car to insure it was the perfect car for us and when we arrived at the dealership she had it detailed and ready to go. The e-sign option for all the docs made the whole process easy and fast. Weve never been able to get out of a dealership in 45 minutes but Walser made it happen. This has been the absolute worse experience I’ve had with any service team. My car buying experience was good when I purchased my vehicle 3 years ago but the service I’ve had in the shop is unbelievably horrible! I’ve had my car looked at because of several issues witch they can never seem to figure out and when they fix something other than what I’ve asked them to fix my car is STILL not right. I’ve had work done several times for the same issue and I’ve had to go back because of the same issue. EVERY SINGLE TIME. They talk to you as if you don’t drive YOUR car every day and they really don’t listen to the details you are telling them as far as what to look into. For example(just one of many), I’ve had a performance issue with my car for a long time now and they have now replaced 4 or 5 parts witch weren’t all done at once but different appointments every time because when I leave I’m still having the same exact issue. Every time I bring it back they some how find something else that should have been found the FIRST time if they knew how to do their job correctly. I will never ever have service done there again and I will never suggest them to friends and family. This has been a nightmare that I can’t wake up from!!!! Absolutely HORRIBLE!!!

We had an easy and seamless experience buying from Tony Schutz and Walser. We inquired about a vehicle online and Tony immediately responded and was very helpful and professional (but not aggressive or too eager). He spent as much time as we needed with test driving and reviewing the cars features - we felt very comfortable working with him. The paperwork needed to complete the purchase was almost all done electronically which made it SO easy and much quicker than most car purchases. Shout out to the coloring books and tablets to entertain our 3 young kids during the process !Walser offers a great power train warranty and for a reasonable cost an extended bumper to bumper warranty.All in all this was a very pleasant and easy experience and we would recommend Walser and Tony to friends and family.

I worked with Ryan Pettipiece who responded to my initial email over the weekend when they were closed but still scheduled to see me that Monday.The process was quick and easy. I wanted to value my trade in before test driving so we didnt waste both of our time. He scheduled both at the same time, by the time I was done test driving the new car- they had already test drove and valued my trade in.All the employees were very personable and friendly. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. I received a call shortly after dropping the vehicle off that other maintenance needed to be done (multiple fluid flushes and posts on one of my wheels had broken and needed to be replaced). When this was explained to me over the phone I was under the impression that there were 2 fluids that needed to be flushed and replaced, and it was relayed to me that this would be about $150 each. With that, the oil change, and the wheel issue I estimated approximately $500. The gal assisting me told me she would text me an invoice so I could see all the charges. I never got anything. I only received a message stating my vehicle was done and I could pick it up. When I arrived I was given a copy of the invoice and I was told I would be able to leave for approximately $850. I was dumbfounded at this because I wasnt expecting that amount at all. I asked the new associate that I was now working with what exactly I was charged for. At this time I was told that there were 3 fluid flushes and refills, one of which was actually $300, not $150. They also did not have the Oil Change and Tire rotation deal on the invoice that I mentioned when I scheduled the appointment. Unable to afford this I had to put in on a credit card to deal with later. I will never have any maintenance not covered by my warranty done at this dealership in the future. I cannot afford unknown charges when having my vehicle fixed.

I went to Walser Nissan to get a white Nissan Maxima SR. As expected, there were no matching vehicles at the dealership or nearby. The sales associate said I was out of luck and that Nissan was not accepting factory orders. I was told I could place a deposit and hope that the car I want coincidentally shows up in the next few months, but there was no guarantee. He also said they would not be able to take my vehicle as a trade in because there was not some sort of agreement in place with Mitsubishi. I went to a competing Nissan dealership and was in a new white Nissan Maxima SR within a month. I was disappointed with the service provided by Walser Nissan and I dont see myself returning.

I was texting with Andrew I believe and made an appointment for Thursday after 2 pm. I was able to drop it off early, but they said that they didnt see my appointment. They found the paperwork and confirmed that they could still get the truck in. I asked them to do the ECU/TCU update and an inspection. They update didnt get done and the person that called me had no clue about it. The paperwork didnt have anything with the findings from the inspection. Also, there is a question to when my warranty is over. The autocheck from the dealership says 5/23/2018 for a purchase date and the person at your counter said it was 2017. Can someone help with this?Thanks

An issue I identified was not fixed. Had an issue with a tire that I have to fill every two to three weeks. Was told tire was fine - might be some corrosion from the aluminum alloy. They put some soapy solution around the tire stating nothing was visibly leaking - ah, yeah - if its a really slow weak because of a seal issue then you wouldnt notice it. If I had taken it to Discount Tire - they would have removed the tire, cleaned the rim and I would have left satisfied - guess thats where Ill have to go. Next day after my service I got the low tire indicator on my dash - checked my tires, had two at 52 lbs and 2 around 32. I then filled my tires for the indicator to go away and to even out my air pressure.

Terrible service. New truck broke down 15 miles away from home and it was under warranty. They said “nothing we can do.” We told them about the red light on the truck that was popping up before and the service team there shrugged it off. Now we are waiting on the side of the road for 4 hours….because the company they deferred the warranty issue is non responsive. No one there or at Nissan takes any ownership of anything. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. This is the worst service I have ever experienced.

I loved my new-used Nissan Rogue that I purchased from Walser Nissan Burnsville.....Until only just under three minth of driving my vehicle I came to find when I had my vehicle inspected along with an oil change that the two front balk joints were shot!! I contacted Nissan and it wasnt covered under anything! The best they could do was get the cost down to $800 from like $1500. What!? Had to put it on my tires plus card and get it fixed there for just about $800. Absolutely blown away! I mean way to encourage me to want to purchase my next vehicle from you guys! You couldve gained a customer for life and now I guarantee I wont be back for anything. No trade in, no services. I wont be encouraging anyone to go there if they are looking for a vehicle. I might even go as far as to discourage many from even considering your establishment as an option. Definitely not pleased with the end result and anyone who is a Consumer would agree with me in absolution that I got screwed in this purchase.Unfortunately the distributor didnt care enough to make it right. As always, Eric Olsen took very good care to make sure that my experience was the best, and he succeeded. I went in for an alignment and oil change but less than 1 mile before I reached the dealer, I heard my right rear brake for the first time. The rivets on the pad were virtually gone. During the inspection they confirmed that my brakes were virtually gone. I didnt have the money for a brake job but Eric setup financing with Sunbit, which saved me because I could not have driven my car any further with the old brakes. I left the dealer a very happy man and my car felt like it was brand new. Eric has always exceeded my expectations on every visit. He would make a great Service Manager because he has integrity and he genuinely cares about the people he helps.

All of the people I worked with through my process were great. They were friendly and knowledgeable. However, I rated it a 4 as I had asked for the inside of the vehicle to be cleaned before delivery(there was either spilled pop or juice in the all of cup holders, smashed chocolate in set of cup holders, and visible dark surface dirt on light colored handles and surfaces) and it was not cleaned. I spent a few hours going through and removing and cleaning it myself after I arrived home.

Walser Nissan was not the only dealership we visited yesterday, but it was, by far, the most impressive. Kudos to you, Walser Nissan of Burnsville: it was obvious from the moment we got on the lot, that your staff genuinely liked their product, their coworkers, and their work environment. There wasnt a single employee I encountered who wasnt smiling and pleasant to talk to, and that, in my opinion, goes a long way for customers. Best of all, I got to work with Narin Sok, who was FANTASTIC. He had so much patience for me (and my family) as the plan we walked in the door with quickly morphed into a completely different plan. This was my first time buying a car and Narin was so easy to work with. There was no absurd pressure to get any deluxe packages or anything outside of what I wanted or needed. It was such a smooth process. Special shout-out to Narin and the woman working the front desk ( both SO SO SO SO NICE AND HELPFUL!). I was able to quickly meet with Brady Vixayvong, do a test drive, agree on a price and buy/drive away with my new Rogue. Brady was extremely helpful in arranging our loan and preparing the paperwork. For the most part, i worked with one person and no haggling

I brought my car to have the A/C fixed. First hot day of the year A/C is running lukewarm, at best. Service advisor said I have to pay to have it looked at again. You didn’t fix the problem in the first place! Have emailed and left numerous voice messages for Dan the GM with no follow up. I need my problem addressed ASAP!!

Overall, the experience was very good. I would have liked to complete the purchase quicker. I arrived, took a test drive, and indicated I wanted to purchase. From there it was nearly two hours before I could walk out with the keys on a cash deal. I was also surprised as I was leaving that they were only giving me ONE key fob for the vehicle! Ive never purchased a car before and received only one key. That was a surprise too.

We had a wonderful experience working Narin Sok. He made the entire process simple, transparent and straight forward. He let us drive multiple vehicles to find the vehicle we felt most comfortable in. He never pressured us to buy. We ended up leaving with 2 new Sentras!
