I bought a 2018 Chevrolet Impala Premier from here last week. The process was quick, yet thorough. It helped that I knew what car I wanted from the start and that there were only 3 Impala Premiers to choose from. I was given the full history report of the vehicle that I wanted. Zach helped me get to know the car better & Jeff was great on the financial end. They were both helpful and I felt comfortable the whole time - there was no pressuring from either of them. They were happy to answer my questions.Even though the car has roughly 12,000 more miles than the average Impala, the car is overall in great shape. I bought this one-year-old souped-up vehicle for roughly $18,000, which is at least $3,000 less than the comparable ones that I saw on Enterprise. I brought the car in to my local Chevrolet dealership and it is internally mechanically sound. I know I am only a week into my purchase, but I am pretty sure I will buy another car through Hertz again in the future.

I was scared as a first time buyer, but Craig at Minneapolis Hertz answered all my questions accurately and in a way that didn’t make me feel bad for not knowing the answer. We purchased a vehicle over 2 months ago, and they still have not processed the title. We get no support from the office, or the main Hertz sales phone number. Though you may get a good rate, dont expect a title, or any customer support after the sale. We get the same poor excuses every time we contact them. We sell over 3000 vehicles per month, so they take a little while to process. In my opinion, if you sell 3,000 vehicles per month, you should have a good idea on what it takes to process them. This is not your first rodeo, and the poor excuse is totally unacceptable. If you go to a normal dealer, you will have the title the next day.

While Im glad I got a good price on a car, the experience was less than pleasant. We phoned in for an appointment as required, they had our loan application. It should have been easy, but there were documents we needed to bring that we werent informed we needed to bring. Our loan options were not fully explained to us. The interest rate we were told was well above what our bank had quoted. We were handed from one sales who was rude beyond imagination to another who either was new at his job, or filling in for someone else.Again...we saved a ton of money, but the experience left a lot to be desired.

We just bought a car from Hertz on Friday, and had a wonderful experience. I LOVED that the staff didnt push us to buy a certain car. We also were there with 4 kids under the age of 5 for about 7 hours, and drove from an hour and a half away. It was definitely a long day, but the staff there was very nice, and we got to test drive about 6 cars. Craig and John were both very nice to talk to, and Craig was the one we purchased a car through. He was very patient with us when we had an issue with a cashiers check, and ended up staying after hours about an hour to get us the car we wanted. We are very happy with our purchase, and would definitely come back in the future. Thank you Hertz!

My experience with Hertz Car sales was quite nice. This was my first time buying a car and my sales guy Craig was just great to work with. He provided me all the necessary information I needed to make the process run smoothly. When I got the car we had noticed the coolant level was low, called Craig and the next day I was able to bring the car in to the dealership and get that topped off. I’d recommend

This was my first time buying a car through a dealership, and I would say that my experience here was amazing! Also it was $2,000-$3,000 cheaper than other dealership prices, so no brainier for me. Shawn helped me and he was amazing! Great customer service with him and he did not push me into buying a different car than what I came for. They reduced their hours because of Covid19, and I work during the hours they are open, but Shawn and the fiance manager stayed an hour later so I could buy my car! Super thankful for that! I definitely would recommend this place.

Great place to get a vehicle! Craig is awesome, no pressure just there to help you review available vehicles and provide insight. We were able to test drive and purchase a vehicle the same day without an appointment. The no haggle approach and array of inventory got us what we were looking for quickly. Less than three hours from the time we got to the lot we were driving away with our purchase, on a busy SATURDAY! Would recommend you check this place out and ask for Craig.

I rented a car from hertz back in june 2020, now come November 2020 they filed a claim stating a i damaged thier vehicle. First and for most if i damaged it i would have taken responsibility. What i would like to know is why wait 6months

Even though I ended up buying a car elsewhere (due to finding an odd-ball good deal due to a dealership mistaken listing price in my favor), I would highly recommend this dealership. They were very accommodating and put up with my wife and I test driving about 6 or 7 cars. I would have purchased here because they had the best price and a great selection. I also tend to believe that rental car fleet vehicles are maintained according to manufactures specifications and I can get one certified to also (Sedans and family cars only. I would not buy a sports car from a rental agency because they are most likely abused by hotshot rental drivers - just my opinion). Kudos to Zach Pierson who was very gracious and helpful.

Have tried calling multiple times for 2 days and no one answers the phone. Have tried emailing and still no answer. Left a voicemail and no return call. If this is a sign of your customer service then I suggest taking your money somewhere else!

We purchased a 2018 Toyota SUV last weekend. Overall, we had a great experience. Craig G. was very helpful. He was very professional, answered all of our questions and made the purchasing process easy! I would definitely recommend this location.

The car is great and at a great price. Less than satisfied with the dealership. On the first day Zach was great and helped us quickly. We did the online part so it was easy, we made a purchase agreement. I come back with complete financing and it takes over an hour, probably an hour and fifteen to get helped because only one person could finalize the paperwork. He finished with his previous people, which took an hour, took another fifteen to get us. This was with scheduling a time to come in.I understand new staff and turnover and such, but this was not a good business model and a very frustrating experience.

I purchased a car with Craig. The car inventory all appeared to be in great condition and repair. The entire purchasing process felt painless and there was zero pressure. They recommended a few upgrades to service like body insurance, but accepted when I said no to every offer. The car prices listed were all fair, and purchase price included a one year full drivetrain warranty which was a great surprise. The car has had zero problems after leaving the lot and drives like new, despite being a few years old. Thanks for the great purchase experience, Craig and team!!

Dont waste your time! Absolutely disappointing no returned calls, was told to come test drive on Monday vehicles were not there and when asking for help salesman stated he has enough sales for today. I was ready to purchase and had all documents. Spoke to me and my mom very belittling.

This place is amazing! They ran many financing options to fit my budget! So friendly, they dont push you to buy a car/ force you into anything that you dont feel comfortable paying/having.
