I would like to share our buying experience with Enterprise Car Sales in Burnsville and Koffi Tchalla. My first impression of Koffi, was that he was a good man. I thought that when he first called me. I don’t know exactly what it was, perhaps his tone of voice or how he handled a mixup I had in the vehicles location. But that was my impression. This was reinforced when we first met him in person, and even more so after the sale was complete.We have been looking for a full size SUV for several months now. We have spoken to a dozen dealers, and sales people. NONE displayed the exceptional professionalism, attention to our needs, or willingness to answer our many many questions the way Koffi did. When would looked at cars the salesman interviewed us to find out what we were looking for in a vehicle, Very personable and professional . He found a car in another location for us to look at. When we went to look at the car and purchased it we found the price had gone up from what we were told and they could not change it, Mildly disappointing . Overall it was a pleasant experience .

I only post public reviews after giving a company the chance to respond 1:1. Well, after three attempts, I have received zero responses. The manager here seemed very responsive to others in public reviews saying, we appreciate it when customers tell us about their experiences. However, when I gave feedback to an individual salesman and their care@enterprise email, that was notmy experience.The salesman called me multiple times a day even after my email responses letting him know that I work full time and have 4 kids, so email is the best way to reach me. I figured he was busy and not able to read emails. When he pressured me to come in as soon as possible, I told him it would be awhile before I could make it in. He responded by telling me if reliable transportation at a good price wasnt important to (me), no sweat (he) has 40 other customers right now. He said if time was an issue for me, he could have any car I wanted there in 30 min and have all paperwork done in another 30 min, as long as I come in. I should also come in before prices skyrocket.Warning bells went off for me that I didnt like this sales approach and didnt feel listened to. I wanted to be able to narrow down my search with him before coming in...not an in/out fire sale. I let him know this - no response. I kindly let customer care know I had been paired with a salesman I didnt gel with - no response.Very disappointed as I was looking forward to trying Enterprise car sales and took up valuable time providing feedback.

I would recommend people consider Enterprise car sales in Burnsville when needing a vehicle. I found them to be very professional, honest and helpful. Their vehicles seemed to be priced below Kelly Blue Book and have been well maintained. I needed a car after my vehicle was totaled in an accident. Mark Jones helped me find a vehicle that was just right for me. He listened to what I wanted, was helpful and not pushy. We also appreciated the way they handled the finance and service contract options. They explained them to us, but didnt push them on us. Once I purchased the car, Mark took lots of time to answer all my questions about using all of the different features it had.

My truck is pretty basic which is fine and to be expected with a previous rental vehicle. However, I dont think ill be going back here to purchase a vehicle. Ive had my truck for well over a month and finally had the bedliner, Spare tire and jack installed yesterday. The bedliner is all rusty. So many miscommunications and I didnt need to know that Enterprise hadnt paid their bill with Radco so I wouldnt be getting my bed liner through them. I had other things I wanted done to the truck but I cancelled with Enterprise and will have them done closer to home. What a mess.

Decided about 10:00 pm, that we needed to replace a car. By 8:00 am found just what we were looking for on the Enterprise web site. By 9:30 had financing arranged. Using their search engine to locate the exact vehicle I was in the market for I filled in the contact page and the next day received a call from Dustin in sales. Dustin made this whole experience from start to finish to accommodate my needs a pleasurable and straightforward process. This was our second time purchasing vehicles from Enterprise Car Sales for a total of three vehicles. The entire team has been great to work with on both transactions. Our last transaction we purchased one of their vehicles from St. Louis MO. When we got the vehicle we noticed the vehicle wasnt equipped as advertised, but we didnt noticed until after we purchased the vehicle. I quickly went to the website to verify how they advertised the vehicle but they had already taken it down. Well, there went my evidence. I called my salesperson (Mark) right away and told him what happened. He turned it over to his boss (Nick) to have him look into this. Within 30 min I received a call from Nick stating he looked into this and found that in fact they did inadvertently listed some features that were not on the vehicle. I was impressed that they so quickly owed up to the mistake. From there, Nick came up with some options for me to think through. At the end of the day, they ended up adding the features to the vehicle as they originally advertised.I will be back to purchase more vehicles when needed.

Easiest car purchase ever! I already had the vehicle spotted on their web site - it was in Chicago - they transferred it to Minneapolis in 2 days! Fair price, avoiding the costly first-year depreciation. Vehicle needed a little exterior detailing, and it was ready to go the next day. They ordered license plates, I stopped by and they installed. I would buy from them again.

Salesman was very personable and absolutely wonderful. Super nice guy who took his time to make sure I was able to test drive a few different cars and find one that I’m comfortable with. However, I felt terribly misguided and taken advantage of when it came to the financial aspect. I was upfront about my credit and budget but was not even given a quote or rough estimate as to what a payment may be. So after my credit was run (I have hella student loans) I was SHOCKED at payment as it was significantly out of my budget.as a first time car buyer I would not recommend enterprise and I DEFINITELY would not recommend financing through them. I walked into the process blindly and found better cars with better mileage and financing options elsewhere.If you know what you’re doing and know a bit about the car buying process, they are a GREAT option. But if it’s something you’re new to, bring someone with you who is familiar with the process and walk you through it. I really wish I had that and was able to get a better idea of the financial aspect before allowing them to run my credit.

The reason that I rated this place at a 1 is because a dealer told me that Jeep Charokee Trailhawks only came in 4 cylinder.

I VALUED ENTERPRISE PATIENCE AS I TOOK 6 WEEKS TO DECIDE. At each visit I was treated with respect and dignity and taken seriously. I made an appointment to talk about cars and what I was looking for in a car, making it very clear I wanted to purchase ... but not for at least 6 weeks. I brought my young teens along. The salesperson listened to all of us, asked questions, let us ask questions, took us for a ride, I sat, at my request, in front passenger seat while salesperson drove, so that I could ask my kids questions, etc. In the five weeks the sales person did homework and search for me. IT WAS A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE to have all of our concerns met, heard, and taken seriously. AND TO NOT BE PRESSURED TO PURCHASE until I was ready was really valuable to me. I went in twice to talk and then made the call to Enterprise and said, I am ready. When my teens are ready to drive I am headed back to Enterprise.

Jahi Bernard is awesome! He has helped me through two different claims processes and helped me get a new vehicle faster than any other dealership wouldve. He has taken the time (usually the whole entire day) to sit with me and help get all my documents in order to get me into a new vehicle. I truly couldnt of asked for a better consultant to help me through this process. He is awesome and his patience and intent is admirable.

I went in with a trade in and knew I would be buying. Our sales person Kelly was great. She asked the right questions to find out what I was looking for. She showed me some great cars. They made the trade in process very easy. I test drove cars for an hour and it took just over an hour to finish with all the paper work and such after deciding on a car. My car did not have an owners manual, they said they would order it. I got the call 2 days later that the manual was in. I will go back to enterprise when its time for an upgrade.

Our experience at Enterprise was great. Since my wife rents from Enterprise quite often, we were aware of the product. Katrina C., our sales person, was knowledgeable and allowed us the time to make a decision without being pushy. We did not pick up our car until the end of the week and Katrina came in on her day off to complete the closing which was very organized. She has also called since our purchase as a follow up which has never happened with us from other dealers. We appreciate her dedication and caring for the customer. When we need another car we will go back.
