This was my 2nd car purchase with them and I am SO happy that I decided to go with the Burnsville Luther VW dealership. I can say right out, they have always been stellar with customer service, patience and not trying get you to pay for things that are not damaged or broken. Also they are the same whether it is new or used that you are purchasing. You dont get different treatment depending on your purchase. My first with them was a certified used Beetle. This time I left with a brand new Atlas Cross Sport.Initially I brought my Beetle in for standard maintenance. I drove an hour and 45 minutes to get there. I like their service dept and technicians so the lengthy drive is more then worth it. I actually trust my car with them. Since I was coming down I was also going to have them appraise it and I was going to take the buy amount (if it was what I would accept) and just put it aside till I found a vehicle I liked. Since I was there I did want to drive an Atlas Cross Sport. I really liked them since they came out, and wanted to take one for a test drive and see how it felt as well as look at the interior, engine and options. Jamie W (who I initially was set up with) was amazing with email correspondence up to my actual visit answering all my questions and keeping me updated with an sales/rebates happening. When I arrived due to a unforeseen emergency Jamie wasnt there to assist (no fault of hers I still got to meet her later) so they set me up with Evan B. He was amazing and very knowledgeable and like me, loved VW! Owned one himself. Well the one he brought up after giving him my wants and desires was an Atlas Cross Sport SES Premium R-line 3.6L (there were not many R-lines in stock with a 3.6L) and I wanted an R-line (that was a hard must have) and it was white with the 3.6L for towing (another hard must). Also I was the first to test drive it!!! Only thing I hated on it was the seat color. Black and tan. But I wanted to take it out and get a feel for the rest. At this time I did not intend to buy. Well I LOVED the Atlas. Was so comfortable, extremely roomy and omg I am still trying to figure out all the bells and whistles. Just amazing SUV all around.Well my Beetle was appraised and they came back with an amazing amount. Way above my expectations. I was told they were at the time running the 0% interest for 72 months, and they also gave me an amazing trade in for a 2nd car I wanted appraised. Now here is what sets Luther VW in Burnsville apart from any other dealership I have went to. The outstanding patience that they have. You do not feel pressure from them. I felt pressure from myself. No fault to them. He gave me time to think about it. Look at it again and decide. There was no hanging on my back like a monkey none of that. The 0% for 72 months was just awesome. Well I went with the exact Atlas I test drove. I got an amazing deal all around and even though a 2022 was what I was waiting for I have zero regrets on my purchase. Also since my 2nd vehicle could not make it down till the next day they sent me home so I could go to work with a loaner at no cost to myself! Just amazing customer service!!!In the finance area Emily D was funny, charming and just amazing. She made everything quick and painless and completely at ease. No pressure at all and we came to an amazing extras package that had everything I needed.The whole ordeal was seamless. We went to Burnsville VW after many months in the metro area looking for a Atlas. I had gone online the night before and we were heading to Burnsville - 40 miles away from our house - to look at and drive the Atlas that I found. Once we arrive, we were introduced to Aaron Stephens. He was able to get us the keys, and take the one that was on the lot for a test drive. After negotiating a price, we decided to leave and go to one more dealership. My husband actually went out to the lot and walked the lot one more time to see if there was anything else that met our criteria - there was one! I have had belittling experiences in the past at dealerships I highly appreciated that John made me feel valued and knew that I was the person in control of this decision!). I had spent the past year+ researching my options and knew the Atlas would best fit my family’s needs. The pricing was incredibly upfront and fair (I did not ever feel the pressure to buy additional items or any gimmicks in the pricing line items). The trade in of the previous car was fast and efficient. They were great with my family and I also noticed how they were treating other customers in their building. One family was having an incredibly hard time with their little one, and the staff was gracious, understanding, and patient. I felt confident with my purchase and well taken care of. Honestly if it wasn’t for the price of the vehicle, I would have never purchased it.Half way into the process I was thinking about canceling the deal & paying $3,000 more at another dealer because of the “service”, which I tried to make it simple by wiring the amount over before even seeing it in person.The communication was horrible & the way I felt the deal went through was awful.I will never be buying another vehicle here again & honestly will avoid even looking at vehicles they have listed on any website. :)I paid for it without seeing it to speed up the process & got a response of “we might be able to get you in Saturday morning”When it was a 4 hour drive.1star is because of the price of the vehicle,If we were doing the sales process. Three years ago, I bought a vehicle from Burnsville VW and worked with Linda Radue. This week, I reached out to her again for assistance in upgrading to a newer Tiguan. Even while on vacation out of state, she responded in less than 15 minutes to my email stating shed be back in a few days and looked forward to working me. While not necessary, I felt that was above and beyond. I walked into the dealership this morning, she was ready based on details in my email, had me test drive while Finance ran numbers. She took the time to setup the vehicle bells and whistles with me and offered to be there if I had any future questions. I was in and out in about an 1:15, loved this experience just as much as the last one and will continue to work with Linda for my next vehicle. A++
