These guys are simply amazing! Have been there twice to get my fixed. Not only did they repair it in less than five minutes, they didnt charge me a dime to do so. Came in to purchase a phone case today witnessed what seemed like the owner (Very tall with long hair) berating, degrading, and violently yelling at his female employee (i think the manager). He came in, asked questions about where someone’s electronic device was and didn’t get the answer he wanted. He yelled at her, hit the wall, slammed the door. If that young lady knows what’s good for her, she’ll leave that company and never look back. She was nice, beautiful, and extremely caring and professional the entire time. If it was me, i would’ve walked out and flipped him off in the process. TREAT YOUR EMPLOYEES BETTER THAN THAT!!!!! I decided against purchasing a case because i will never give my money to a business that treats their employees like that.

While initial problem with iPad was rectified by myself, they were quick to offer refund for part ordered. While there 2nd time I had screen protector for phone installed efficiently. Will go back if problem with either. Had several less than satisfactory experiences at Apple Store/their “geniuses”.

They checked out my phone and gave me a quick estimate. They turned it around under 1 hour and now it works great again. Fast and and professional. Ill be back if I need something fixed.

Really professional and patient, informative on time I know theyre repair prices are too high in some cases if you have a $400 phone up to a $1,200 phone the repair prices are fair but if you have a phone that cost $50.00 -$200 its not worth spending what they charge to repair. I think they should be more flexible with their repair cost. Having said all that... great place Ill go back.

CPR Cell Phone Repair fixed my iPhone 7+! Apple wanted me to replace it & spend a boatload of money. I asked CPR if they could fix it & they did an audio IC chip replacement quickly & for an excellent price. Much more budget and environmentally friendly to repair than replace!

Im not sure if the guy wanted the business or not. When I walked in he spoke from behind a wall and didnt come out until I stood at the counter for a minute or so. He seemed uninterested in really helping me. At least the facility was neat and clean🤨

They replaced the screen of my Xiaomi phone, not a common phone in the US. I brought in the replacement part that I had ordered online, and they did the work for me. I got fast, good service. Definitely a viable option if you have a less common model of phone.

GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE! I took my TV here. Recieved a call the next day saying they wouldnt start until the next week due to being out of town... that was fine. I called the week after that and was informed the wrong part was ordered it would take two weeks to arrive... ok thats understandable. I call in two more weeks (they never called me except the one time) and was told again they would have to order the part and it would take two weeks. Once I reminded them that they told me they already ordered the part two weeks ago they seemed lost. I told them not to worry about it just refund my money (except the $50 deposit) and I would just come get my TV. They kept asking if I would like them to throw it away. I arrive to get my TV and ask for my paperwork. Im told I get no paperwork because no work was done. AGAIN they ask am I sure I dont want them to just throw it away. Hmmm. I get home and get my TV out to see the main board is GONE. You can see straight into the back of my TV. Its gutted. I call and no one answers. This place is a joke. I see now why they wanted so badly to throw my TV away. I dont care if that was the part being replaced. RETURN MY TV THE WAY IT WAS GIVEN TO YOU!

I have a PS4 that was making noise as soon as it was turned on, like it was building up to something. I dropped it off on Saturday. Tuesday I was told it should be ready by Friday. I go back Monday (3 days after I was told it should be ready) to pick it up but was told, very nonchalant like, that it was not ready yet, they fell behind on some stuff. PS4 was not ready till Saturday (2 wks) and that was only after I called to check on the status of it. I was charged $107, which I was fine with the price at first, if it wasnt for the fact that the issue was not fully resolved. I was told the fans needed to be cleaned and another part needed to be replaced. Sure, the ps does not make noise as soon as you turn it on anymore, but it does after 20 minutes of using it.

If this wasnt the first time, I wouldnt be so frustrated. I called an hour ago to see if they had tablets. He said they would be closing at 3. It is not even 2:15, I am here, and no one else is. This is the second time this has happened to me. The other time was a weekday I arrived before 5pm(before 4 if memory serves) and they were gone. Posted hours are 10-5. Not even worth trying anymore
