I purchased a phone through their smart pay plan and was told my price was $229. However, the smart pay people insist the store told them the phone price was $349. Unfortunately I trusted the sales man in the store and he took advantage. Lesson learned: Go to a corporate store like the one on Badlands dr in Brandon or the one on Fowler to get honest help.

This location needs to hire people that actually have product knowledge and customer service skills. Brought my phone in due to not being able to send or receive texts messages. A girl looked at my phone for a few min and told me its not the service it was my phone ( galaxy note 20). She didnt ask my number didnt look anything up in her computer nothing she just gave up. Took my phone to geeksquad they said it was perfect definitely the service had to call back customer service and they fixed my service problem. Although this location is convenient and close I wont be back. They literally dont do nothing but stand around trying to look cute meanwhile they clueless to how to satisfy customers needs.

On 11/27/2019 at 12:13PM I went to upgrade my Husband phone as a Christmas Gift. Instead the agent working whom goes by the name Casey added and activated an entire account under my name without my authorization!She also made it seem as if she was giving me a good deal by giving me a phone protector for free. Later on when I checked my receipt I noticed she charged me $25.99 plus tax total of $28.20 for the Temper glass which wasn’t free. A full activation payment of $62.19. Which I never authorized.When I contact the store I spoke with Alejandra whom advised that Casey no longer works there and that they would refund me back my money. It’s been about a month now and no refund. She pretty much said the owner can’t refund you back your money your best bet is to call corporate and have them help you!As a business owner I was in complete shock and extremely disappointed we are talking about almost $ 88 taken out of my account without my authorization and all they can say is call corporate! I wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone they are a bunch of frauds be very careful and make sure you know what you’re paying for check those receipts. They’re quick to try and confuse you in the process. I will be contacting corporate today and filing a complaint against the store!!!

Employees are Lazy here !Every time I go in they are no help but when I go to a different metro pcs on causeway they have different answer and they are very Helpful ! And I come out as happy customer !

Honestly, maybe the worst customer service I have ever experienced. First, they were supposed to open at 11, but were closed at 12:30. When an employee finally opened the door, he said he opened at 12 but then went to lunch. When I asked how he could do that, he said, I can what I want. Then he said, There are a lot more stores. When I asked what that meant, he said, You can go somewhere else. I was stunned by his hostility. I asked for the managers name, he said hes the manager. I asked for his name, he said, Luis. He wouldnt give me a last name. I asked for the owners name, he said, I dont have to give you that. I asked if he ever had customer service training and he told me to leave the store.

The store is very organized and very welcoming!!I needed a new good phone and the agent she was very helpful she had a lot of knowledge on the phones and with the plans she was very polite bilingual with great customer service!!she installed my favorite applications to the phone including my contacts and pictures, im very happy i switch over to metropcs this is my go too store.

Would it be a case of fraud to deceive a customer, in saying that the phone they have had for 8 months, is not compatible with the Metro PCS Network, when in fact, this phone was purchased UNLOCKED and set up by Metro PCS? To have a store employee tell you that you will not have full internet coverage on the Metro PCS network because of this, when in fact the phone has had full internet access on the Metro PCS Network for 8 months straight, up until this past week. This store employee was sarcastic, inflated, and enjoyed talking down to her customer. The focus of customer service is LISTENING to what the customer has to say, and trying to help the customer fix the issue. NOT, standing there trying to explain the network and the internet are 2 different things, especially when the customer is telling you that HE ALREADY KNOWS THAT...DUH!!!

Got some ugly attitude towards the customers and people over the phone, not helpfull at all, jessica got some serious issues and needs to work on her attitude or find a different job, that dont required customer service. she is not polite or nice she doesnt seem like she wants to help customers out, or even their own team (metropcs porting dep).the owner needs new people FRIENDLY, NICE and POLITE.
