Nothing special what so ever. Pitiful options in phones. Service by staff was ok at best. Just overall experience made me question even continuing my service with cspire that Ive had for well over 5yrs now.

Normally good info and service. Told I cannot take data from old phone to new one then another worker later did. Told other things that awas different than what was advertised. And told I would have to pay extra. Told the phone my wife got two weeks ago did not qualify to take advantage of the deal of the day offer. Price of service getting to high.

I drive past 4 C-Spire stores to get to this location, Darien is the best at his job I have ever seen. Amazing service and always willing to go the extra mile to reconfigure my account to save me the most money while giving me the most service!! They are never too busy to help with a damaged product as well as show me the newest line up. Wish I could leave 10 stars!! GOOD JOB !!

Staff is pretty good.

The associate was rude and kept me waiting more than 30 minutes for service on two separate occasions. I will not go to that store again. There were two or three customers that left while I was there waiting.

I went in with the idea that I had to have a contract. I told the lady I wanted a 2yr contract. She told me that I no long needed to have a contract. I went into the store a few months ago to buy a Apple Watch when I told the sales man I didn’t want any service on the watch I just wanted to buy itWell the sales man continued to tell me I could get 100.00 off if I put service on it for three months of course I said no because my wife pays the phone bill and it would not be much of a present if I bought her a phone and she had to pay for it but what happened to crooked salesman put service on it without my knowledge I didn’t got 100.00 off and we only found out when my wife asked why the bill went up again

I and my family have been loyal customers for years! Through the changes and all. However, the past experiences I have had within the last 4 months has brought me grief, anxiety, torment in waiting and lots of hurtful feelings to my mental and emotional well being. I am a very upset customer. This is why, my mother and father wanted there sons phones out of their name. Therefore we followed through with their wishes. My contract was coming to a end August 31st, which is the same time the promotional deal was running that if you add a line you receive a Apple Watch for free., as a matter of fact that was the last day for it also. So my fiancé and I went to obtain this promotion that I have so much wanted. I know I want the IPhone 6s, thats what Im getting. My fiancé is approached my a young man that will be the one who fulfills our order or so we thought. We ask what we must do to obtain the promotion that I want. He informs me I cant keep my old phone number that has been in the family for years and is also my work phone that customers knew, getting rid of it really hurt business, but hey I did what I was told order to obtain the Apple Watch promotion. He also says I cant start my own line and get the deal, I will have to add a line to my finances account, which leaves her responsible for payments and I dont get the chance to build my credit by having my own account, but hey once again I really wanted the promotion! So we did what was needed! So he claims everything went in and asked what color I wanted, I wanted green, but he said they only come in the same colors as the phone, that I could buy bands for it later. I said ok I want black. Great receiptvis printed he hands me my belongings with the $50 referral card my Mother was given to give me to take $50 off both accounts for referral. We asked him did you put that in? He mumbled and became panicky and said it might not let him do it since he closed the ticket already. Not our fault we handed it to him earlier! Well hetook 30 seconds and pretended to do something and said he put it in.Well it has been 4 months since then with many battles at this. We went back and my fiancé spoke to him, because I am a hot head and he has messed us over obviously! This was is October, he feed her a bunch of lies telling her a story that it was either approved or denied according to our credit score. Now this is a free promotional deal that has nothing to do with credit scores! But he told her ours didnt meet whatever was needed to be met, that this was in the fine print. We have been misled, fooled and promised into thinking we were approved JUST SO HE COULD MAKE THE SALE !!! Knowing we arent going to get through there, we call the customer service help line. The lady sees it, tells us he never filled out our application for the watch! So she did and sent it in and tells us to wait a few minutes, and then confirms we were approved and promises the watch will be here in 4 to 8 weeks! Well here we are again! Let me add that for the past 16 weeks that i have checked my front door daily and my mailbox to no success worried that they might bring it and it get stolen, because I was never once given a confirmation code or shipping info or tracking!!! I dont know what is going on at all dont know if its coming or by who or possibly when! Which obviously its not coming never was! I have been lied to and played by Cspire and its representatives for over 4 months! This is wrong and very unprofessional. We have been calm and never once hostile towards anyone, we have done nothing wrong. I just want my part of the deal to be fulfilled! I HELD UP TO MY END OF THE DEAL! We added a line, my line during the correct time period. Now Cspire needs to follow thorough. I did not get my watch nor did my mother and I get rewarded for the $50 referral card. Its not right or fair.
