My family had the pleasure of getting assisted in buying new phones by Jalissa. She was outstanding. My parents are 67 and she took her time explaining everything to make sure they were getting the correct phones for their needs. I cant give her enough stars. Thank you Jalissa for all your help.

I was in a really messed up place with TMobile I have been with TMobile for over three years and somebody from their Facebook support team who apparently didn’t work there pull a scam on my account I had to get the police involved for fraud it was a nightmare and TMobile said I owe them $2000 and then they shut all three lines off on my account. With very limited Options especially since I was not going to not have an iPhone, luckily cricket was dealing that iPhone 7 deal for free for switching. I am so happy that I did, I am out of the TMobile nightmare and my service is twice as better! And The employee that helped me The employee that helped me destiny was great, I just had to write down my information and within 15 minutes she handed me my new iPhone. Thank you guys so much
Writing this review on behalf of my boyfriend. He went there for an interview and the manager didn’t show up and hadn’t called him to tell him she couldn’t make it or anything. It was a 30 minute drive for him to get there. She told him to come back the next day. He did another 1 hour round trip to go back the next day and give Cricket another chance and she interviewed him for 3 minutes and never even called him to let him know that he didn’t get the job. Most employers will at least give a courtesy call and this manager really owed it to him to call because she completely disregarded him and his time. This should be a warning for future employees. They don’t value your time and call to confirm your interview before you waste your time and gas. Total disregard.

Long story short I’m going to File a complaint with the BBB. The credit card machine was down. So I paid 103.00 dollars to activation my daughters phone purchase a sims card and one month service after the manager said the phone was all done and ready to go that I owed 103 bucks the manager took my money then said the WiFi was down could not finish the prompts for my daughters iPhone. So I was like ok I have WiFi at home. Went home pushed the button and long and behold the phone was locked up and no service. When back to store to get my money back because she couldn’t put service on the phone. The manager said no refunds and asked me to leave after an hour of waiting for her to print me a. Receipt. I had to call corporate to help to set up and Activate the account with Cricket the very next day I found a different provider that was able to give me great service. so I paid $103 to a manager at the Cricket location in Brandon off HWY 60 for her to literally to do nothing but give me a Sims card and a hard time. My daughter got to use Cricket Service for a half a day for $103 I’m very upset with the customer service at that location the corporate office was very helpful in setting up the phone. Corporate office also apologized to me stating that the privately owned cricket store could have gave me a refund but they would’ve had to do it at their store because it’s franchised individually owned so all he could do is what I paid the girl to do at the store for me so that my phone would be unlocked.
Great place to get new service. Staff are very helpful and knowledgeable about the phones. Not sure of the guys name but he helped me alot to understand about the service.
Brought two phones and unlimited service. To fine out the phone not working. Call the store spoke to a so called assistance manger. To fine out had to bring the phone back. And see if it set right. When we came in we asked before anything else DO YOU HAVE UNLIMITED SERVICE. Yes 4 g. I said I shouldnt t have to hold it up in the air or put my foot out the door FOR SERVICE. Unlimited not. So when explaining this to her she HUNG UP ON ME. AND WHEN I CALLED BACK. NO ANSWER? COUSTMER SERVICE IS OUT TO LUNCH. SO CALLED CORPORATE THAY HAVE A COMPLAIN FILED AND MAY NOT HAVE A JOB. IF WORKED FOR ME IN A HART BEAT. Now you no how to change this review. Well now that have been fired too. No phone service but when payment is do boy thay jump. To bad that did not jump when we ask to replace this bad phone that sold us. Do not sell USED EQUIPMENT.
We switched back to Cricket after a horrendous experience with Spectrum Mobile. Mo was so helpful and sweet. Fantastic service. 👍😁

One person working with a store full of people needing help. He said hed have me in and out since my problem was simple then we sat there for 30 minutes just sitting there while he helped people who came in after us. Hope the next visit is better..

For prepaid service for me has been the best as in no lost calls dropped service however phones are not stellar nor is store rep knowledge or customer service. Even if you dont use data they still gobble up your allotment unless you go for the unlimited.

After switching to them the spam calls started flowing in. Cricket sells your phone number to 3rd parties. Had my phone number for ten years with no spam. Couple days after switching Im getting calls saying I win a cruise, calls from the FOP asking for money, Indian callers among and those are just some of the calls I dont recognize or pick up most calls

Do not go to this store! The manager Bill is a liar! I was looking for a phone with certain features. He sold me a phone without the features tried to return the phone 20 minutes later and kept half of the money! Stay away from this store!
Employees are not very informed. And could barely use their own internal computer system.
Customer service is lacking. Pushy to sell phones. But you have to call customer service for problems with sold products.They just sell phones. Wont help with issues.
