I had a shared plan with someone else. I kept having larger than expected bill fluctuations. I had to go to a TM store to get to the bottom of my problems, which included being a secondary person on the account. Mystery solved turned out that the person I shared the account with gave me the wrong phone, I was actually the primary. I walked out with a new phone and my own account. No longer confused about the price differences. Now my bill will be much less and a nice upgrade! Good job Sales rep Nuno****853!!!!

I have been in many cell phone stores but I have to say this was the best one yet. When we showed up this morning at the store we were early, about 20 minutes before they were open. The manager showed up and went right to work making sure they had the phones in stock that we wanted. The manager turned the process over to Alexis who then made sure our switch to Sprint was as smooth as possible! We got the best possible deal, all thanks to this store’s outstanding team!

I had an extremely pleasant experience at this store. The store manager, William, helped me. I was sent from the much busier Sprint store down the street where I had to wait 2 hours just to find out what was wrong with my phone. William was ready and waiting for me. He was able to repair my phone in about 10 minutes at no charge and with a smile. He was very knowledgeable, helpful and a pleasure to do business with. I wish more of my experiences with customer service were like this one. Personable and efficient customer service is as rare as diamonds these days!

I came in with a billing issue that not only customer care and the store I bought my phone from refused to fix for me due to pure laziness. Bobby and his team quickly went to action to get results. If i could comment and not give a star i would have...!!!This store is such a joke! As is the sprint network completely. They will tell you what you want to hear to get your business then they will jack up your bill and say that it is your plan when you did not sign up for that plan. I have been fighting for an entire year now to just get my bill to be what was agreed upon when i signed a new contract. If i where anyone thinking of switching to sprint i would be thinking twice as they are a bunch of crooks who lie to get your business.. So to sum it up, stay away from these crooked lying scams that call themselves sprint you will regret ever being involved with them. The likelihood of me referring ANYONE to sprint is not at all. I will tell everyone i run into or talk to about sprint to stay the hell away it is going to be the biggest headache and pain in the butt you will have to deal with and i will post a horrible review whenever and wherever i can.. This is in all seriousness people. Sprint is no good at all stay away!! Go with tmobile or ANY other provider u wount regret not choosing sprint i promise this. After having spent several hours at the corporate owned Sprint store a couple miles away, we stopped into this store to see if our problem could be solved. Sales Rep Joe Adams overheard us explaining the situation to another rep and intervened. He fixed our phone problem in a matter of seconds (no less than 4 techs at the other store could help and told us we needed a new phone) and then spent 2 more hours with us fixing the problems on our Sprint account caused by the other store personnel. Absolutely, fabulous support and customer service by Joe Adams at this Sprint store. I will never go anywhere else again.

This store has phenomenal employees!! Xarah and Joe are the most patient, kind, upbeat, truely love their jobs kind of people. It took them 3 hours to assist in all the technical problems my boyfriend and I presented to them. NOT ONCE...did they ever make us like we were keeping from something else. They never forced us out the door or acted like they couldnt help us. If anyone ever needs help finding great customer service for their cell phone service, go to this store.

Well Just fired Sprint. Tryed sending a bill for two phone and service. $477.00 1 month bill. Called and found out that could not even tell me why. Mentioned my laywer. Boy now that do not even talk to you then. So left the Sprint store in Walmart shopping center. Come to fine out not a real Sprint store. Left there and went to a REAL Sprint store we though. Well that is where it went. Brandon buy the mall. And well we will take care of it. Corrected exchanged out to bad phones from the so called Sprint store. And left and 1 month went buy $190.00 two phone and service. Next bill $477.00 1 month. Called to find out well we credit your acc and then charged your acc for the new phones which were brand new. And then credit back and Charge and discount and did not pay a bill and we did pay o a nother credit and then we discounted your acc and credit. Buy now I am lost. Told then $190.00 monthly or good buy. And never sign a contract. Now that is what that are trying to say now. Can not trust them and LOOK AT T MOBLE HEAVEY FIND BUY THE FED GOV FOR THIS PRACTICE. SO SPRINT DESTROYED THE NEW PHONE BUY PUTTING LIQUID ON THE SCREEN. AND IT BLOCKED UP THE PHONE EAR PICE SO THAY BROKE THE NEW PHONE NOW WHICH IN IN THE HANDS OF THE INVESTIGATOR. FCC & FTC. This place is ridiculous. After losing my phone, they claimed there was going to be a $350 fee to turn off the service my lost phone of which I had already done prior to arriving to get another one, PLUS the cost of a new phone ($800), totaling $1150. I left and went to another SPRINT location. This location told me all I had to do was pay the cost of the replacement, WITHOUT having to pay a $350 cancellation fee. I then returned to get a screen cover put on the new replacement phone and the associate didnt even clean off the screen, which left bubbles under the protector. I went home and had to put another one on. Goes to show, Some things you just have to do on your own.

Never again. We were assisted by “AJ” and the experience seemed ok at the time. He was friendly enough, and made the upgrade process easy. However, being in sales and working on commissions, integrity takes a back seat unfortunately. I remember specifically declining the insurance option for our phones because I am already paying for an endorsement on my home policy. I know for a fact I told him not to add the insurance. Secondly, my bf had to switch from his moms plan to mine, and AJ told him to call customer service to get directions on how to return the old phone. They say to go back to store to give it to them and they will know what to do. My bf goes back, tells AJ. he said ok do a factory reset please. My bf does so, hands the phone to AJ. my bf is like ... okay so? That’s it? No receipt? No paperwork? AJ said oh no it’s ok my manager will come in & take care of everything, don’t worry. .... fast forward... 1) the insurance plans were added to our new phones even though I SPECIFICALLY declined. 2) my bf’s mom gets a bill for an additional $200 because the phone was never sent back appropriately. My bf calls the location, tells them what happened, and they give him the runaround, also not allowing him to speak to a manager. “We don’t know where the phone is” and “ are you sure you dropped it off here?” ... thankfully after fighting with customer service he was able to get rid of the $200 charge. But this whole experience is just disappointing. Shady sales agent and lack of accountability for actions. Maybe the store steals people’s phones all the time? Not sure. Not going back.

Their self pay machine is broke has been for about 2 months, the majority of the staff has horrific customer service skills and normally will not help you. The lines are always out the door, and they convienantly never have any replacement screen protectors. I avoid this place at all costs, i would not waste your time.

I was told that if I added a phone line to my plan to help a friend out and if she decided not to pay for that phone line that I then could just cancel that phone line and give the phone back and then it would then be transferred to her account that was already delinquent with Sprint however that was a lie told to me by a store representative to make a sell and I am now responsible for the phone and the phone bill. If I was not a two-year plan with Sprint I would cancel them because theyre always trying to add in fees every month.

Today after months of phone issues with no resolution at the other Brandon store I went into this location. I dealt with Assistant Manager Joe Adams and he looked at my account saw that it had been in service for the same issues previously. My phone a Note 4 has been shutting off once it reaches 20%, I had taken it to the other Brandon Blvd location before where they said it was everything from possible 3rd party apps (which i had none) to needing a reflash of the software. They reflashed the phone and problems continued but they were requesting that I leave it overnight again which wasnt possible due to me being disabled and not being free to move about unplanned. He was a complete 360 in service he ran diagnostics on the battery which the other store had said wasnt a possible issue (how that makes sense is unknown to me) and put through the request for the replacement through insurance that Ive been needing. I will continue to business with this location because of the costumer care given by Joe Adams he saved a 7 year customer from possibly switching carriers because of the lack of help and care given by the other location. Customer service like this is what keeps people loyal and coming back.

Joe-Rude service, did not place any value on recruiting a new customer, was inconsiderate and handed me a brochure in lieu of answering my questions, rather abruptly, because another customer had come in the door.The young staff there are unfamiliar with their broadband wifi products and sweet thing tried to fumble through a half of a sales pitch. Demonstrated and admittted that the employee had no technical knowledge or pricing knowledge of devices. Wow.Not a very good experience ( after talking with a very nice gentleman on the phone before I came to the store). Iwas disappointed with the in store customer service. Did not purchase service and wont choose sprint.
