We tryed to switch to at&t we visited the store and spoke with Mike we got 2 phones and a plan. We tryed it for a couple weeks the service was awful we went in and spoke with Mike he had our account set up wrong for the business plan and couldnt fix the service ordeal so we decided to return the phones a week later and go back to Verizon upon returning the phones we were notified we had to pay 100 for the restocking fee of both phones 50 each we were never told about (mind you we were still in our 30 day return window). It has been over two months and at&t has now sent us a 1500 dollar bill for the phones we returned within the 30 days in perfect condition that we also payed 100 dollar restocking fee on and they are refusing to waive the charge knowing they have the phones.

This store is just minutes down the street from my home. I went there just to find out what password my wife had put on my account and put my account on auto paperless billing. Well to make a long story short; I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. The experience was the best of the best. My rep was very knowledgeable and professional. Our small talk was about Afghanistan and how one of our American pilots saved 648 people. Not to drag this on but the best experience ever. AT&T 👍🏾
I wish I could give them 0 stars. These Sales Representatives are the WORST. After ordering a phone, I changed my mind and I decided to go for a different phone. I called AT&T customer services to cancel the order and they told me the store have to cancel the order. I came to the store and they said they cannot cancel it and they are pushing hard to give me the phone that I DONT WANT. Since when its too hard to cancel an order and order a different phone? They just dont want to do the job and they dont care about helping the customers. DO NO GO TO THIS STORE.

He helped us make the best decision & we scored a nice phone for a great deal. Sean is super nice, patient and a smart guy. All around great experience which you never hear anyone say about time spent in a phone store. Going forward I will always try to make an appointment with Shawn anytime we need anything from AT&T.
When I went into the store to have my phone number from a different company ported. It took over 2 hours. Then after figuring out the issue. The customer service rep had to charge me three different times just to get me a plan. And each time he kept saying this is the last time we were going to have to charge you. Then he would check again and it would say I still owed money. So I ended up paying taxes and fees three different times. So I was upset with having to pay even more money than originally quoted. He told me if I end up being charged too much then I would get a refund on my next bill. But I shouldnt have to wait for my overbilling. Very disappointed in that part of the service.

I have been an AT&T customer for over 20 years and purchased most of my cell phones from the location in Brandon, Florida on 2020 W. Brandon Blvd., Brandon, FL 33511. I always received excellent service in the past from the sales people. They would often go out of their way to inform me about the new products and ensure that my data was successfully transferred from my old phone to my new phone.On Saturday, September 11, 2021, I received the worst service ever! I don’t like writing letters of complaint but I felt it was necessary in this case. After my experience on that day, I am contemplating changing carriers. If I stay with AT&T, I will never return to that location again to purchase another cell phone.The sales person, Gage Rivera, showed me the product I was interested in and he explained changes he could make to my plan that would save me money. I ended up purchasing a Samsung Galaxy Note20 Ultra 5G, a Samsung Wireless Charger Trio, Samsung Galaxy Buds Pro and an Otter Box Defender Pro. After purchasing these items, Gage started the data transfer from my old phone to my new. The process hung up a few times due to the number of text messages but Gage commented that I did not have an excessive number of text messages compared to other customers. Yet, he left and proceeded to assist other customers. He did not return to ensure the data was successfully transferred from the old to new phone.Instead, another sales person, Warren Brown, came over and asked how the transfer was going. He stayed for a while to offer assistance but he had to assist other customers also. When he left, the data transfer appeared to get stuck. At that time, Victor Pabon, Assistant Store Manager, came over and asked how the process was going. I told him, it appeared to be stuck. Instead of offering any assistance, he suggested that I stop the data transfer and continue it at home. He said it was not necessary to do it in the store. He said it three times and got progressively louder each time to the point that Warren heard him. I told him that I would wait for assistance from Warren because he was nice and helpful. It was 4:00 PM at that time and I thought he was asking me to leave because they were about to close but they didn’t close until 8:00 PM so there was sufficient time for someone to assist me. I felt like after making a large purchase, I was being shown to the door. I am a Black female and I did not notice any other White customers being treated this way. They were assisted until their issues were resolved.I tried getting the attention of the Gage Rivera but he never came back over to assist. Sensing my frustration, Warren Brown returned and resolved the issue with the data transfer. I told him I wish he could get credit for the sale because he was so helpful. If it had not been for him, I would have returned the phone and accessories. Warren also gave me his number and told him to let him know if I had any issues with the phone. He went above and beyond to assist me and make me feel like a valued customer. Warren provided the level of customer service I received in the past.The management team at this store needs to be trained on providing customer service. Certain customers are not a priority at that store. There are many Black customers at that location yet they are treated poorly. Warren Brown was Black and he treated all customers the same and provided excellent customer service to all customers, regardless of race. The other sales people and managers did not seem to even want Black people in their store. Please ask yourself if you were making a purchase in a store, would you want to be treated the way you treated me? Would you be okay with managers discussing football and watching TV instead of assisting you with a product you just purchased from the store? Would you want someone to show you to the door without resolving your issues with a product you just purchased from their store?All customers need to be valued regardless of race.

I have to say, I have visited this place many times now, and sometimes its been just fine, but must of the time I havent been completely informed about what Im really buying. So, Im basing this review on my first visit.I opened a business plan with AT&T for wireless service, 4 lines at the same time for $35 dollar each, but Im actually paying $40 plus some hidden fees which you discovered over your first bill. We gave 3 phones for trade in, 2 for $ 700.00 dollars each, and 1 for $ 1000.00. What they never really said was that this money will be reflected on your bill in 30 months, and no in the moment you give up your phones to them, which seems ridiculous to me, because they already have my phones, but I dont have their money. Anyway, Im not complaining about the plan, its what its, and its up to me if I take it or not, but the agent who attended to you should give all thr information at the beginning, otherwise, people can feel used.Moreover, this installments plans didnt start to work until my third bill, that means, I paid $ 600.00 dollars on my first bill and $ 300.00 more over the other 2 next bills. After I went to the store about three times, I finally could get my bill where it supposed to be in the first place.I almost forgot, supposedly if we waited for the phones to be send by mail, we would be saving money. The phones arrived 7 days late, reason why the agent who attended to us, fix a $100.00 credit per line that we never received. I have messages to prove it. When I went to the store to find out what have happened with this credit, they changed the management and I never could really get the money.What else can I say!?Awful service, plus Im stuck with them for 19 more months! Awesome! 🤮
Not happy with AT&T because they shut off my phone service without more precise notice for their phone migration, but Matt the manager there did everything he could to rectify the situation in a very professional manner.

WOW! JUST WOW! Experienced such amazing costumer service. Renee, the rep did everything she could to make sure we felt heard about our issue, and was very understanding. She really made an effort to explain what she was able to do for us, and all of our options to be sure to come up with the best possible solution.Awesome experience overall. Efficient and timely, also felt safe and comfortable. Seemed like the staff followed company covid guidelines.

Unorganized. Unfriendly. Unhelpful. Everywhere is hot in this hotel. I booked and paid for ocean front room king bed and I got a twin bed after spent half of a day trying to get a room. I will not come here again to this hotel and not recommend.
Carmen was so helpful today. I’ve been struggling to change my plan and activate a new line for almost 2 weeks. Carmen fixed everything in under 10 minutes and got me an additional discount. Coming here first next time I have a problem.
I wanted to upgrade my phones and tried online but I’m not someone who is familiar with online service, I messed a lot of things up. I finally went into the local store and Carmen Ross helped me fix everything I didn’t understand with ordering online. She was very helpful and patient fixing the problems I created, not knowing what I was doing on the online order. She also informed me of a better deal for my trade in and discounts I didn’t know I was eligible for. She has also helped me with any questions that I’ve had after the purchase of my new phones!!!!! My advice, go to the store and ask for Carmen!
There is no mask mandate in Florida, and they will force you to wear a mask to enter the building. Which is against the ADA standards. We are 1 year into this “6 weeks to slow the spread” wake up people. Avoid places like this that go against our constitution. Not to mention there is big glass shields between customer and attendant. Btw I was only there to exchange glass warranty. Should have taken 2 min which according to the cdc is not enough time for “exposure”

Initially we went in to the store to make some changes to my wife’s phone plan due to my mother in law passing away. We decided it would be best to add myself on a new line, and go ahead and get new phones because ours were both old. During the whole process we really didn’t get any straight answers about anything. They said they were unable to give us exactly how much our first bill would be, they didn’t know the amount of the one time fees/charges that would be added to the first bill. We asked if the payment date would be the same date as before, and they said yes it will be the same. We were told that both our lines were unlimited talk text and data with a 15g hotspot. They told my wife after all was done that they weren’t able to print out receipts or summaries or anything. Our sales person seemed nervous and we wrote it off as him being new and the manager was really nice to us. So we left with our new iPhone 11 pros. Few days later the autopay doesn’t come out of my account. So we called customer service, found out we weren’t given the promotions we should’ve had to reduce the costs of the phones, and we didn’t have the unlimited plans that we agreed to. We also had a late fee on our account because we were told autopay would take out, and it turns out the first payment has to be made manually. We left the store very happy, but now we feel like they did what they could to get the highest commission off the devices. You have a 14 day buyers remorse period to make changes, and were lucky we called about the bill before the period was up.Tldr, don’t recommend this store they operate off of commission not the customers best interest.
Rick Lall (the manager) was very unprofessional during my visit. Because of a bad experience before at an AT&T store, I wanted to verify that I was getting the promo that was being offered on my upgrade and that there wouldn’t be any issues later, but it wasn’t clear to me on the receipt. When I expressed my concern and wanted clarification, he was trying to explain to me by reading to me what the receipt said which wasn’t reassuring. After going back and forth, a frustrated Rick caught a hissy fit and said “forget it, give him a refund and charge him the restocking fee,” to his associate. Don’t get me wrong, I can see how he could have been frustrated with me but as the manager, I believe there was no reason for him to have lost professionalism. I didn’t raise my voice nor was I rude; I honestly was probably just annoying (but again, losing professionalism wasn’t warranted). So not only did he show frustration to a customer, he was also being spiteful by wanting to charge me a restocking fee. I then went to get the phone from the car and when I came back in, he was more calm and asked me if I was sure on wanting to return the phone. I told him that I just wanted to be fair and told him again that I’ve a bad experience before and just want to make sure there is no hidden fees that will show up later on. Then I asked, “if I have any problems on my bill, would I be able to come back straight to you to get it resolved?” He said yes and gave me his business card. This is how he should have handled the situation from the beginning.

I wanted to transfer my account from prepaid to postpaid. Only way to do this was through in store. I have been to two AT&Tstores before coming here to transfer my number. The other two stores support was not well informed and confused me of the overall process. The option they provided me to port to another carrier and come back later to AT&T to re port.Luckily I came to this wonderful Brandon AT & T store and Hugo Degan. The problem was that in my account they could not get the Transfer button enabled for my account. But they found the root cause that mine was a multi line account due to which the button was not enabled. They removed the multiline and viola the button is there. After that 10 minutes and all done... I am ported to AT & T postpaid. Thanks for your support. It was really helpful..

Everyone was nice and greeting except for the blonde who helped us! She was very rushing and rude! Didnt help me get into the new phone. And was not friendly to me at all we ended up leaving after I got into my Google myself!

I came by a few days ago to upgrade and had a great experience here so I do recommend anyone needing help or a new phone to come to this store first and to ask for Renee. She was amazing, even when I kept having an issue or problem, she resolved every single one of them, and kept me happy. I dont think Ive seen anyone work as fast and as good as she can. The manager that night was great too and speaks volume for the whole company. I say keep it up because I left with the best impression and will return indefinitely.

I spent countless hours on the phone and even went to the other corporate store on Causeway with no one willing to help. As soon as I arrived at this store the manager Rick and Associate Alex exchanged my phone and I was on my way. Great customer experience. Definitely recommend this store over any others in the area!

Carmen was amazing she helped me with understanding my bill and purchase a new phone for my kid. My wife and I were greeted by Christina when we arrived at the store. We were considering upgrading our iPhone 6 plus and 7 plus and looking for the best deal possible. She was very friendly, extremely knowledgeable and provided excellent service. She discussed our options and looked for us the best deal possible. We had to leave but she gave us her number and asked us to reach out if we had any questions. I came back an hour later and upgraded my wifes phone without any issues. We purchased AT&T TV last week and apparently didn’t really understand what to do. I also need to change the authorized users on my account. Carmen Ross was the sales representative who helped us. She was extremely patient and kind as she walked us through the process of using our AT&T TV. She resolved the authorization situation efficiently, helped me struggling through setting a new password, loaded the AT&T phone app on my phone and Carmen told me what to do in order to replace my battery. In addition, she was able to show us a better plan and save us money. We didn’t purchase anything this visit, but will ask for her when we do. Carmen was extraordinary in helping us. We will definitely return to the Brandon store.

Josh is a professional and very knowledgable rep for AT@T and made my visit both profitable and pleasant as he identified a better less expensive plan for me and found that I was not getting the appropriate discount on my plan.
Was amazing. I just had a issue with my refurbished phone and I called claims. They discounted my call on me. Christine took the time to call them back for me and got my issues all resolved. She is an amazing associate who really cares about each client and their needs.
We were greeted in record speed right when we arrived at the retail store by associate Christina at the front door. She was extremely knowledgeable and friendly! She promptly correct what we were struggling with technology wise and we were on our way. Thank you again!

I suggest you go to a different store or not use att if this is the type of (un)professional the have running their stores.

I walked into this store on Brandon Blvd last week and noticed no social distancing going on at all. There was no manager to speak to about it and there were groups of people at each work table and customers and employees with no masks on at all! Meanwhile, the other AT&T store has you wait inside your car until you’re ready to go inside or to pick up an online order. This is totally inconsistent and irresponsible! You should offer curbside assistance and if you’re inside there should be hand sanitizer readily available. This place is a disaster.
We had the opportunity to work with Christina while upgrading my IPhone 6 to a newer model.She showed us a selection of IPhones in a non-technical language so we could understand the benefits of each potential upgrade. She also described the pros and cons of each possible upgrade.Christina was very helpful, patient and knowledgeable with all the IPhones. She gave us her full attention until we felt completely comfortable with our purchase. Additionally, Christina was very helpful regarding how she could save us money on my phone contract, and was even able to describe the savings we would get if we moved our TV service to Direct TV.Christina did all of this in a low key versus a high pressure sales attitude. Good Job, Christina!!!

We even added another service and feel like the experience was enjoyable; buying a phone can sometimes be a hassle but this store in Brandon made it easy. Greatly appreciated.

Decent service can take a bit
We had some billing issues and due to some family loss we couldn’t handle it right away. We went to the store to address the issue. Josh and the manager worked diligently to make sure that the billing matter was taken care of. We appreciate the work they did and going above and beyond to help us with this problem.

As a company, you should be ashamed of yourself for cutting off service to thousands of people during an extended pandemic situation. You are cruel and heartless and I will be bringing my remaining family to TMobile and help them cancel service with you as you as underserving and monstrous.
Well, I was pleased with the service I received at this store, until I got home and saw how much a case WITH a screen protector costs online for my new phone and realized I had been taken for $32. Live and learn, I suppose.

We initially met with Christina to find out about AT&T TV. While we were there we looked at the new Samsung phones. Christina was EXTREMELY knowledgeable about the products and VERY friendly. We pre-ordered our phones and will be back to order AT&T TV with Christina when it becomes available. She is a definite asset to AT&T.
Justin just transferred out business account from Sprint over to AT&T yesterday. Excellent service, patience, and attitude. It takes a lot longer to transfer business accounts than consumer accounts, but he took his time to make sure it was all right. Love this store!
