Very, very poor service. My husband went in to inquire about switching our services to Verizon, gave the clerk his information, but opted not to purchase and left the store.About 6 months later we started to receive collection notices for an account we didn’t open. That was 2 years ago.At this time neither the national line nor the store has been able to correct this. We have not only been fraudulently charged all this time, but have had a negative collections activity for this as well.We have NEVER even had Verizon services. I recommend you proceed with caution with this store and the company as well, since both are apparently ok in charging people for goods and services they haven’t actually sold them.

Wonderful!!!!!! Sam was amazing he fixed the problems we had that were caused by an employe in flowood at the corporate office.

Monta was extremely helpful. We had some difficulties porting over a number from my previous carrier but he was able to guide me through it in a timely manner. He is knowledgeable of the products and processes while keeping customer service at high level. He was by himself in the store but was able to help myself and many other customer simultaneously almost seamlessly.

My mother is a resident in a nursing home in Brandon, Mississippi. With the Covid19 my brother and I have very limited visitation with our mother. I have been with Verizon for almost 14 years now and put my mother on my plan about 4 yrs ago. For the past month we have no had good luck getting her to call other family members as well. We havent been able to reach her on her cell phone. Well today we actually got visit with and and the nurse told us her problem was her charger wasnt working. I gave the nurse a spare cord I had in my truck that would charge her phone. A few minutes later the nurse came to me and said the phone didnt work. So my daughter and I went down to the Verizon store not 2 miles away. Well my daughter just plugged the phone to my charger and it started charging right away. Even though this wasnt a major problem the lady at the store treated as if it were a major problem. She made sure I got the proper charger for my mothers phone so there be no more problems reached her. Verizon has always helpful with any phone problems, upgrades on my plan and upgrades on phone. I plan on being with Verizon another 14 years

Monta was very kind and patient, he was the only sales person in the store and he acknowledge everyone that entered the store. He was good at multi-tasking. I need to change my service from one service to Verizon, he was most helpful in making the transition go so smoothly.
