I had a zagg cover shield on my previous phone. On my new phone I decided to go with a cheaper shield and hasn’t lasted 6 months. I just went and had it replaced with zagg. I will never use anything else! I do occasionally drop my phone and this shield is by the BEST. Plus the customer service is always outstanding at the Brandon location!! Way to go Zagg!

This product is overrated and overprices. Tempered glass is subject to easily being damages with only a slight hit on the edge immediately causing a crack to appear.. If you like a spider web looking screen, then this is the product you want.

One star is too much. What they promise and do are two completely different things. Lifetime guarantees is a story. I ordered a replacement and got not a product you can buy for pennies on any other site for real money. What sounds too good to be truth is not true. Dont waste your time with a company that has pretty packages, slogans and statements - and cant back it. I will return the cheap replacement.

I bought an invisible Shield through Verizon. Verizon did not say anything about having to go through ZAGG for the warranty. The shield only lasted 6 mos. I went Verizon for a replacement only to be told I have go through ZAGG. So far I havent even been able to logon to my account I had to set up with ZAGG to get replacement phone shield that is under warranty. This is such a SCAM!!

I recently purchased a new iPhone. I went to the mall to get a case. Everywhere I was shopping around seemed as if everyone just wanted to make a quick buck. Didnt feel comfortable spending my money. I finally reached Zagg. A woman named Miranda helped me. She asked me what I was looking for protection wise. I told her I just got my phone and wanted to make sure I didnt crack it in a day. She showed me all of the cases she had for my phone. Explained what each one was along with what kind of protection it provided. I ended up getting a Gear 4 case. Absolutely love it. She then proceeded to tell me they have a glass and thats provided with a lifetime warranty, better yet they had different kinds depending on what you were looking for to use for your phone. Extremely helpful! She then showed me other products such as the liquid defense and the camera lens. She not once pressured me into anything didnt seem like she was trying to get a commission off of anything. Simply was just showing me what they had to offer. Save to say I got a little bit of everything. So happy I stopped at Zagg. Definitely will be referring everyone here. Thank you so much for taking your time with me & reminding what great customer service is all about

My boyfriend bought me the Zagg Invisible HD screen protector for my birthday in May, and it’s definitely protecting my screen. However, the protector has several cracks on the screen and is allowing air bubbles at the ends after typical wear and tear (no bad drops,) over 3 months. It’s not a big deal, but makes me definitely need to get a new one because it doesn’t look very good. The good thing about it is that my phone screen is still in very good condition though! For the price, it’s a pretty decent protector

F- Dont waist your money on this product. It doesnt perform as advertised. I thought about buying warranty for my new phone but after talking to the sales guy about InvisibleShield and the great quality screen protection it offers I decided against purchasing warranty and bought this product instead to save money. Fast forward 6 months, my phone fell out of my pocket (2 to 3 foot drop) and landed face down on the ground the InvisibleShield was perfectly in tact but the phone screen underneath cracked. Lesson learned....Dont make the same mistake.

If you are interested in seeing how to poorly run a kiosk, look no further than Zagg in Brandon.I went in to get a screen protector replacement for the one I bought there 6 months earlier. They boast a lifetime warranty. When I got there, the employee (barely glancing up from her phone) told me it wasnt one of their products. When I told her it was and was made with the machine behind her, she told me that the machine had been broken since she started and that she didnt think they would fix it.So I asked what options I had. She said to check the website in that classic indifferent tone.So I left her to her phone games.I did contact the website and told them of my experience. They sent me an auto-email explaining to me how to replace my screen protector online. But at the bottom, it stated it was no longer made. I own a Note 8 - its not THAT old. So I guess lifetime for Zagg means less than six months.Definition of bad service.

As a customer of this place since last year. Second time here to replace the glass on my phone, they are out of stock. Even they promised first time. You cant contact a manager or owner of the place. Dont waste your time and money. Bad idea to start with them.
