Called to see if we needed an appointment to get my Apple Watch looked at for repair was told no appointment just come. When we get to the store was then told that if I bought a new watch I would be help immediately but if I needed a repair to come back or wait 4 to 5 hours to see if they could help me. Very poor service especially when it was not that busy at that time. They could have me an appointment or told me that over the phone.

I was really looking forward to leaving a 5 Star review, receiving 5 Star customer service & purchasing a 5 Star product. I got the latter. The reviews & comments for this business ultimately led me in the door. I’m extremely dissatisfied with the $250 iPhone XS replacement screen that I have. The writing was on the wall. I wasn’t greeted upon entry into the store. I waited for approximately 10 minutes to be acknowledged. The quotes given in store apparently vary from quotes given over the phone. I placed my order anyway. I wasn’t notified when the screen arrived in store. I wasn’t notified when my phone was ready after the replacement. Once replaced & back in my hands, I immediately notice stark differences in the quality and functionality of my iPhone XS. My previously visually damaged iPhone operates better than what I currently have in the replacement screen from this store. I should’ve gone the Apple route from the very beginning.

Today is Sunday Aug 9 and my family and I have been standing outside the store for 20 mins there was a sign on the door when we arrived that said be back in ten mins, however I’m not sure how long that signed has been there. I am so disappointed I will be doing services else where .

Excellent customer service - excellent job so far everything is looking good. Answered every question I had with repeating himself - that is a rarity and the price was half that of the Apple Store. Phone blew a fuse - kaboom! I didnt back up anything (thought my wifes stuff was gone) but that didnt matter the gentleman fix it and boom! Backup done and running smoothly again! Very good!!!

This is best place in Tampa area for mobile screen repair and other fixes. Both the staffs professional and knowledgeable. Before replacing my iPhone screen I checked with several other shops around and found this place cheaper although the shop is inside Brandon mall. Its cheaper than small mobile repair shops inside the mall.Superior quality and fast service. I highly recommend this place.

I went to the brandon mall get a new phone and case. 5 kiosks later, I found ifixandrepair. Better selection, better prices, and much friendlier staff!! The kiosk guys were degrading, saying I was ridiculous for not investing $50 in a good case for a $1200 phone. That same case on amazon was $9.99. I got a better one at ifixandrepair for only $20!!!!! Ifixandrepair is my new go-to!!!!
