The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable! I felt really safe shopping here. They have really cool stuff you can’t find anywhere else!
Had a great experience at b8ta in MOA. Store is roped off for safety. Folks cant just go in and shop. Didnt have an appointment but they squeezed us in quickly and safely.
Very cool idea and set-up; being able to get hands on with new products before you buy them. Nick help us out and was very friendly and informative. Definitely worth a look.

B8ta is definitely worth a stop if you are in or around the Mall of America. They essentially have a bunch of different things on display that are not traditionally sold in stores giving you the opportunity to try them out before buying.I had been interested in picking up a Meural (large format digital photo frame) for a while but didnt want to make the purchase without seeing it. I ended up finding it on display at b8ta - super appreciate the opportunity to get to see interesting things before buying in store.Beyond the concept being cool, the staff is doubly so, the manager, Jen, was incredibly kind and helpful in matching the price of a purchase I made there.Definitely recommend visiting! It will be a permanent Mall of America stop for me going forward.
Phenomenal experience; Disruptive cohabitation ;Gorgeous modern designs. As an avid tech dreamer, stumbling upon B8ta -MoA- has been my first great shopping experience since the #covid19us lock-down. What I appreciate most about this is that for the past 70 years -considering the modern mall was a product of the 1950’s in America- de novo inventions were excluded from the larger retail spaces and merely provided small pop up kiosk spaces among the turbulence of pedestrians. B8ta has pivoted this debilitating startup position towards calmer waters as a prominent pop-in space for future tech geeks like us to have a show-and-tell marketplace. DON’T BE AFRAID OF HOW MODERN AND HIGH END IT LOOKS GUYS! I saw locally sourced products with prices under $5, and big ticket tech over $5k: what I’m saying is that B8ta has a healthy balance in pricing for all. I brought the wife and kids in, and thanks to local store manager Jen, everyone in the family was give personalized attention, pro-women in the sciences empowerment, a taste of Jen’s personal favorites, and a professional closing with zero focus on uncomfortable sales pressure. Jen even provides our littlest one with a disposable face mask, since she had left hers at the restaurant just prior. My wife’s favorite play display was the qwerkywriter s typewriter- which takes care of my Christmas shopping for her this year 6 months in advance! The girls were drooling over the motorized off-road skateboard. If you think of customer service, chick-fil-a often comes to mind and until I visited b8ta, it was my go to. now i think of here. from the beginning, Jen had a smile on her face and was able to flow well between my girlfriend and I, the other customers, and her own staff. her flow made the Mississippi River take notes. she knew about all the products in the store and how to work every one of them. she went out of her way to show us each piece of tech.we felt like we were in the future looking at mugs that can alter their temperature and headphones that vibrate the bones in your ear so you can still hear whats going on around you. she mentioned that it was good for running at night. with the corona panic around, she offered to disinfect the headphones for us and another customer. she cleans them every night. when she first approached us, I thought she was in charge of sales. she was a competent and friendly manager.the tech they had was diverse. I saw a speaker that had the most crisp sound Ive ever heard. I saw a lock that opened with a fingerprint, and I saw a translation device that worked with voice to speech and voice versa. this is one of the most amazing speciality stores Ive ever seen.

This is one of the best store, bebe and Zach and all the other employees were soooo helpful and kind! I got the drinkfinity bottle and every was so smooth. Amazing experience! I would visit multiple times again!
