I went in to Target to browse for some shoes. The ones similar to the style I was looking for happen fo be on a table. I got closeTo them and they were filthy. It was clear and obvious that they had been returned by someone who had worn them for days and then returned them To the store. They hadn’t just been tried on, they were disgusting and nasty not only on the bottoms but all over. The material looked like it had been wet as if they’d been torn in the rain and then brought back and out out for someone else to buy at the FULL PRICE! Seriously disgusting!

I have never seen such a busy non---super target ever. Packed with college students, shelves fully stocked, employees on point, in and out beyond easy. Shopping here with our college kid was great.

So easy & fast! This was my first time using the Target app for drive up pick up service. I have used a lot of other apps for a lot of other places for pickup. The Target app is a little different, but more efficient. I didnt have to wait at all 4 my order to be brought to my car. They knew exactly where to put it in my car. I was not asked to purchase a minimum amount to get free drive up service like a lot of places do. I definitely will be using this service again!

Good place with great selection. Much better than Walmart. Only thing is stay away when students are moving in.

Saw a man with a gun in store for the second time. I understand this violates Target’s national policy and would like the Bloomington store to enforce that policy by asking people to take their guns outside.

App was.easy to navigate. Pickup area was convenient. Order brought out to my car very quickly.

Target is a big box, it has little personality, and I cannot find what I want. In addition, while providing price check opportunities, to make sense of the UPC label, those check points are not easily discovered -- one happens upon them. And the one I stumbled upon didnt even work! I never found the taper candles I went in to buy. Forget Target, they miss the mark!

Im rather upset with how Corporate handles things at this store. Especially when it comes to some of their employees. I believe they really dont take good care of them. Target is supposed to be better than this. I will will not step foot back in this store.This target is rather large. You can easily get lost in here. Its going to take you a while to get through all the stuff in the store. Because they happen to have one come with everything that you would need for your home, your business. They have competitive prices!!

Why does Target assume that all customers have smart phones or apps. some of us seniors dont want to be bothered with all that stuff.

Corporate needs to intervene with this store, there is no other way to put it. This place is the definition of hostile work environment. Management is poor, unorganized, and prioritize/plays favorites with employees. Staff is treated as expendable and are ostracized for speaking up in situations.If you could rate this Target for Incompetent Managment - I would give it a ten out of ten.  I will no longer support or shop at Target, if they cant give human decency to their own employees, how can they to patrons?

Prompt delivery and good quality!

Prices are more reasonable than I expected, especially in their clothing section (which is great). Decent size grocery section but dont be surprised if you still have to make a trip to the grocery store afterward. Definitely less crowded and a more pleasant shopping experience than going to Walmart.

There was a sign back underneath the Bai drinks. It said unto 2, get a $5 gift card free. When I got to the register they wouldnt honor it. I run into this a lot at Target it makes me hate this store. Also stuff is too expensive

Huge selection of quality products and great staff.

This Target is relatively close to our home, so we tend to do most of our quick shopping trips here. The drive up pickup is amazingly convenient. My only minor complaint is that there are never baskets in the produce section, but Im giving five stars regardless to make up for some of the unbelievably entitled one-star reviews that other people are leaving.

You have good prices and the store is nice in that it looks nice, is not crowded feeling, and the layout is fine. BUT..your employees dont acknowledge shoppers either by saying hi, a smile, or even moving out of the way when they are stocking. I find that very irritating to have to ask a worker to move. I think it needs to be taught that if a person is browsing in the aisle, then the worker should go do some facing of products nearby and give the shopper some space to...shop!

Walked in to buy box of dots candy. Head to self checkout and the guy tending the area asks “do you want to buy mints”? What the hell? Do I need mints buddy??? Why would he ask if I wanted mints?It’s time to pay and the card reader won’t accept my chip. I ask the guy and he says oh that’s a tricky machine. He proceeds to take my card and bend it up to force it to fit! I say I will move I don’t need my card destroyed!WOW!!!!

Fast, easy, convenient. Do not have to be exposed to non-mask wearers.

I am in the “Most vulnerable” group (70 yrs old and heart issues) and I really appreciated the First hr on Tues. and Wed. being safe times for me to shop. The store was so nice and clean, carts sanitized and the staff was so friendly and helpful. Best part of my day to be able to safely get out and see other people and get needed items. Good store with everything from wine to housewares and hardware.

This was our first time and we love it!! It was so easy, it tracked us as we were close and the guy was coming out the door with our order as we were pulling into the parking lot!! Super nice!! No wait!! I have ordered from other places and picked up, this was the best thing ever!! LOVE!!The ONLY thing that would make it better would be for my local Target to offer cold food items available for pick up!

This target always looks very clean and organized with some of the friendliest staff Ive ever met.

I went to Best Buy to purchase new earbuds. I waited 15 minutes by the display case and not one employee helped me. They all stood around talking to each other. So, I walked out and drove to Target. There was only 1 employee but after he helped a couple of other customers, he approached me and asked if he could assist. I didnt see the Galaxy Buds but he redirected me to the correct spot and was very helpful. Please tell Zeke thank you for his excellent customer service skills. I was annoyed when I walked into the store after my experience across the street but left happy after Zeke helped me out.

I mean its bougie walmart. Its on the east side and kinda out of the way, but overall I dont hate myself after shopping here like I do after I leave walmart.

I find target to be my prefferred place to shop for cleaning supplies and bathroom products.A clear downside to this location is how extremely crowded it is.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean store. Evidence of recent cleaning everywhere. Found mostly what I needed but no strike against Target for that. It would be helpful if the insane narcissistic people would think of others that actually NEEDED items instead of thinking they are going to be going to the bathroom 10X a day. Based on my experiences shopping at this store and my past experiences, I highly recommend Target.

They kicked my kids out for looking at a game and harassed my kids I was around the corner and heard the whole thing they where yelling and threatening my children I’m very disappointed at target and the person was a target protective specialist I’m not coming to shop at this store again

Who doesn’t love target? I can say for certainty that this is hands-down the BEST Target. Not only are the staff super helpful and friendly, they also have a wide-variety of options in every department. As a former employee many years ago, this was the best minimum wage job I’ve ever worked. They always stress customers as top priority and ensure proper techniques to deal with the more difficult ones. I remember being given many snacks and celebrating positive comments from shoppers. Please leave a comment card for the exceptional employees! My only complaint is a really dislike the lighting in there as I have a sensory issue and anxiety from it. Other than that, love this place.

I typically enjoy shopping at Target, I mean, who doesnt? Unfortunately this Bloomington location, connected to the College Mall, is quite lackluster in customer service, particularly at check-out. The cashier we had was rather grumpy. Speaking behind a mask and plexi-glass, she was difficult to comprehend. When asked to repeat what she said, she seemed quite irritated. In addition to not providing a simple Hello when we approached the register, her irritable attitude was the last impression we had of this location and left a bitter taste in our mouths. Target, I have always held you to the highest standard and expect more from you! I know you can rise above!

My order was ready very quickly. It was exactly as I had ordered and pickup was a breeze.

I love the mobil order with pickup service. Stores are clean inside as are the carts. Much preferred over the competition. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Returns/exchanges are easy and they are great about price matching. I’m sold!

A good place to shop for home needs

The employees of this store could use some extra training. Laurel working self-checkout needs some extra training. Selling alcohol to potential minors can be a large problem. I am hoping Kenny the manager deals with the issue.

The young guy who waited on me at the service desk last night a little after 8 in the Bloomington, Indiana Target was one of the nicest, polite guys.

How quickly the order is ready

Okay so here is my question? Who talks to a trainee like they should know what there doing and is it OK to cuss at them and tell them to just go take a break. When there is a new hire they should be observing therefore training and that doesnt mean that they get shown once they get shown multiple times and then they get it. They shouldnt get yelled at multiple times for nothing meaning they dont know what there doing because they are TRAINING.All I have else to say is there workers that train professionally and not ignorantly.

I love visiting and shopping at Target. Most of the staff at this location are friendly, helpful and competent, especially Sandy at costumer service. She is the nicest lady ever and very good at her job. For any type of merchants, if I can buy at target, I will not go to other places. Target is love; Target is life.

Target is great! It has school supplies year round, groceries, toys, board game, home accessories, and even good quality clothes.

Absolutely LOVE Target. Can and have gotten lost in the wonderful aisles for hours on end. I love that it offers so many things!

The efficiency of products and service. Everything was waiting for me when I arrived in the store in a heavy gift type bag with my receipt folded inside in a card. I felt like I was shopping at Saks Fifth Avenue. Would do again for sure. Thanks!

I am a foreign student and Target was the first market that I went to. I go there regularly because they have everything I need. They also have a debit/credit car that offers 5% of discount. I just do not like the limited and expensive options of fresh food.

Once or twice a year, they reorganize the layout of the store, and it gets more confusing every time. Clothes are organized by brand now, instead of by type of clothing. Wanna buy mens shoes? Prepare to spend an hour wandering around the mens clothing sections, searching for each of the carefully hidden displays, each containing only a few shoes. The same with socks, gloves, hats, etc.

The gentleman that assisted me had a wonderful personality and was quick with getting me my order!

Favorite place to shop! They have a decent selection of clothing & home decor, but the grocery selection is a bit lacking. I don’t typically go there for groceries anyway though. Love that there’s a Starbucks too! And I’ve probably gotten $60 worth of gift cards in the past 4 months from Target as rewards for buying the things I normally buy! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Went to Bloomington Indiana store bc their website stated they had toilet paper, several types, in store and they did.not even have one roll of any kind!! Told head cashier said she would speak to management and get the problem fixed, bUT I see they did nothing to fix the problem! Using it to get people to come shop at the store!!

It was quick and easy. Also, because I too work with the public I felt good not exposing the employees to another person.

So still no sanitizers as you come in the door. Nothing to wipe down your cart! They have a kiosk with MAKE UP REMOVER PADS and saying only one package for person. Those are NOT antibacterial wipes! WTH? You people need to step up!

The Restrooms are clean. Store is organized. Employees are friendly. Management confusing by the self checkouts.

This is a fairly large Target with a grocery store inside that is decently organized though the prices and deals vary greatly compared to the huge Kroger, the nearby Marsh, and the local smaller grocery stores. Prices are not always accurate on the shelves but you can use the self scan devices around it just seems lazy to not keep your signage up to date. The staff is almost always polite and helpful though the store has become so large that staff can be a bit confused from time to time. There is a good selection of clothing sizes for men, women, and children. I applaud their degendering of the toy aisles but Id be open to getting prescriptions there if they carried birth control and didnt allow their staff to refuse service based on their personal morality. You can get into it either via their parking lot or from inside the mall proper.

This particular Target resembles every other Target that you may find yourself in. One unique aspect of this Target is that there are snack options in the front of the store where people eat and often times sit to relax or read while drinking their coffee.Today this store received a 3/5 rating due to the lack of customer service.Upon walking around and passing by several store associates, none of them greeted customers or so much as gave them a glance. In a customer service environment associates should always be on the lookout for how they can help their customer, no matter what the current task at hand may be.After looking around and failing to find what I was looking for, an associate at the self checkout did follow up by asking, Did you find anything? and when I replied they suggested looking at Dicks for a similar item. This same associate also held conversation with another customer, although very reluctantly.

This pharmacy is the best Ive ever been to! Very efficient and friendly. Ive never had to wait long at all for a Rx. Great staff!

Because Target is an important part in my community. Its the heartbeat of Bloomington, Indiana, next to the hospital that is being built just a few miles from Target.

I literally never write reviews but from my past experience in the service industry i was dealt with in a way that one should never treat a customer. Everything was fine until we got to the self checkout for some reason my friends chip reader wasnt working and I began to look for an attendant to help her. I saw this girl with another customer and she looked to be dressed in street clothes so I assumed that there wasnt an employee nearby. I began to walk and try to find a worker and when I came back I saw the same girl standing by the rack of candy across from the self checkout on her phone. I noticed she had a walkie talkie and so I approached her and asked her if she was an attendant and if she could possibly help us. She replied with if you need help you could have just asked in one of the nastiest tones Ive ever heard. When we approached the self checkout my friends were at my friends card work and this girl gave me the dirtiest look Ive ever received from an employee. I have never been this rudely treated and left the store embarrassed and Confused. Both my friends agreed with me that this girl was unprofessional and blatantly rude.

My experience at the Bloomington target on 3rd was literally being an actual Target. Security and workers followed us like moving targets.

Yet again: go to target and look for a popular item that you bought there many times before. It’s missing-because corporate has decided to ditch it. Staff and clients are unhappy, I guess corporate is happy. I do know that it’s one more reason to go to Amazon prime before wasting fuel.

Its a good place to get some cheaper clothing if I dont feel like driving to TJmax. Its always pretty busy though, long wait at the check out

Much more customer friendly process than Walmart

Went in to buy my son a bike. The sign showed the one I wanted on sale. When I got help with the bike the employee took down the sale sign because it had expired two days ago. When asked if Target would honor the price that was shown he refused to do so. Unbelievable. The rest of the aisle also had sale signs that had stopped and those were not taken down. This experience will make me think twice about shopping here again in the future.

Very rude at customer service. Three people working at the desk and a manager chatting while I waited for them to finish their conversation. Tried to return an item with a receipt. Was unaware of the 90 day return policy and the guy working laughed at me when I said I didnt know about the policy. Never been treated so poorly when trying to return anything anywhere. Very dissatisfied.

Fast service, great customer service and availibility of items

Shopping at Target online helps take advantage of their wide selection without requiring a lot of time. Also, the employees are courteous.

Why such a difference in price from Walmart for the same things? I literally loathe going to Walmart because of their customer service all around and love the customer service at Target but the prices for some things in comparison to Walmart are ridiculous
