I would give zero stars if I could. I chose to drop off a trade in here. The sales associate was nice considering she was there by herself on a Saturday afternoon so it took an hour for 3 people to be assisted. When she got to me she didn’t do the trade in correctly so I had to leave my phone there so a manager could help her fix it in the system and she would email me by Tuesday and if not call them. Well it’s now the following Saturday and I have been calling since Tuesday. No one there ever answers the phone it always rolls to vmail. My messages have not been returned I’m also wondering how they do curbside if you can’t call there? Anyway now I have to make another trip to the store probably wait another hour. Turns out to be terrible service. They better not tell me they don’t know what I’m talking about

Maya was our rep. She was AMAZING!!! She was the only one working with three customers before me. She greeted all new customers as they came in but was able to keep working with us. We switched four lines from Verizon to AT&T mostly due to her customer service skills. I was very happy when I left.

I went in the store on 6-2-2021, purely just to get some answers on a new phone I was only considering. Maya (I believe Bradley was her last name) was so unbelievably helpful and kind. She made me feel so comfortable - so much so that I was able to leave the store with a new phone already on the way to my house and so much peace of mind.Then, I returned a few days later to get her help again to activate it and make sure everything was transferred correctly, and she did not disappoint. Once again, was so sweet and made the entire process completely painless (which has not been my experience at other locations).Overall, Maya was genuinely a game changer in this whole experience for me. And now, I couldnt be happier with my new phone!!

Nathaniel and Maya were great! They rocked it. They addressed every question and concern I had before buying my IPhone 12. Took them very little time to transfer my wife and my old phone info to the new one. Awesome experience.

Very helpful, very informative, made sure I understood what I was paying for, explained the plan, explained the device I was getting, ordered the wrong phone costing me 40 minutes with support and now I have to float $100 from the sales tax for a few days when I very much would have rather not.

What a great employee you have working for you: Nathaniel is very patient with and understanding of someone who does not understand how smartphone work, especially for me a computer illiterate. I had to come back to him several times not understanding something so he had to explaine it again and again. He did a wonderful job.

Upgraded my Iphone6 to iPhone 11 at ATT store on Old Shakopee. Was helped by trainee Benny with assistance from the manager. Benny was very professional and detailed and congenial. He will be a very valuable asset to this store. I would return to this location because of him.

I really appreciated the whole staff at this store. Everyone was so willing to help me. They were the only store in the area that had a screen protector for my new smartphone which is very important to have on my phone. They didnt have a case protector in stock but order one for me to be delivered to my home. I received it today and a perfect fit. Thanks again for the great customer service and taking care of this Army service Veteran.

While I am very happy with AT&T and the services, this store should be avoided. First off, they sold me a program for a screen protector that was a lifetime program. They then did not honor the program. Secondly, I found out they are not a corporate AT&T store, rather a franchisee. As such, their records are not connected to all other AT&T stores. So, when they said I could have my screen protector replaced at any AT&T store, this was not an accurate statement. Overall, I found their sales tactics to be misleading and deceiving. I would highly recommend driving the extra few miles and go to on of the corporate owned AT&T stores.

Alexa and Eric went above and beyond. My parents had numerous questions and were hesitant on changing our plan and getting new phones for that matter. Alexa took the time to explain in detail the differences between our current plan and recommended new plan. They both listened to our questions and were very educated on the answers provided. Best experience Ive had changing to a new phone. Highly recommend!

Service was fantastic, with Maya, in the beginning. I purchased a new iPhone (transitioning from a Galaxy), and I had lots of trepidation. After purchasing about $1400 worth of merchandise, things quickly changed. I wanted to exchange a screen protector I’d purchased for my son’s iPhone 12, but had been sold the size for my iPhone 12 Pro Max (no worries there, it makes sense that they sold me the size of MY new phone) The issue arose when I went to exchange it. Simply put, I was treated liked I’d stolen it. I was told that the receipt said I was sold an iPhone 11 screen protector, though I’d purchased and was holding an iPhone 12 Pro Max phone, and was presenting the actual, unopened, item purchased, which clearly said 12 Pro Max. No one in our family plan has an 11, nor have I ever seen one. I thought it was odd, but waited to come back and have the manager exchange it. On my 4th visit in, I was told I could not exchange the screen protector, until they figured out why the item, which was clearly a 12 Pro Max screen protector, was ringing up as an 11 screen protector. With a husband who was the Operations Director, then Vice President of a retail chain of stores, I struggled to understand why this would be the customer’s problem. But then I was quickly told, by the store manager, that I didn’t know how inventory works. I was told that he would inquire, at a higher level, and if he wasn’t able to resolve the issue, he’d simply exchange my screen protector. This is all I wanted all along (btw, not wanting my son to go without protection during all of this rig-a-maroe, I purchased a whole other screen protector). He set a date to call me, but did not. Of course they claimed they did. My husband took the situation to the Chanhassen, MN location, which is ACTUALLY an ATT store, and they apologized, replaced, credited, and done. They called this terrible store, which had a lot of excuses, and the ACTUAL ATT store stated that this should have never happened. Save yourself time and headaches, and stay away from this store. Go to a real ATT location.

Completely lied to about fees and what service we would get switching over from T-Mobile from the sales person. Sales person set up our account wrong, 4 months later, still have issues and have to spend an hour a month on the phone with customer service. Went back to the sales person, she said it looks right on my end (another lie). Lost NetFlix, lost hot spots on phones, have a higher monthly bill, have had 4 months of overcharges that have not been credited back entirely. Had to downgrade account to get the monthly bill similar to what we had at T Mobile, and lost so much in the meantime. Not to mention way worse coverage than T Mobile. Positive side, we got 4 new phones, but every provider is doing that right now, so nothing special. UPDATE: make that month five of still the bill not being accurate.

Went there because I was having a hard time hearing incoming calls. The Rep looked up the issue that others had and found a simple solution! Take a toothbrush with a little alcohol on the tip and gently rub it across the speaker. Worked like a charm!!!

I recommend the AT&T store in Bloomington highly for their strong sales team. I have been an AT&T customer for seven years. When one of my family wanted to upgrade her line to provide “hot spot” remote Internet capability, we shopped for it online and by phone. We were told to go to the nearest AT&T store if we wanted to get access to the service immediately. It turned out that the AT&T 800 line had sold us a plan that wouldn’t work for our needs. Brianna Lender and Alexa Dalton worked with us to solve the problem. We called the 800 number from the AT&T store and contacted the original operator who had sold us the solution. While she was struggling to fulfill her promise, Brianna and Alexa were doing an excellent job of listening to our needs and suggesting a bundle of services that turned out to work better than what we’d been sold over the phone. Brianna even stayed for an hour past her quitting time to help us get our needs met.

I would avoid this location to save yourself from slow service and petty thieves. I mean really who tries to steal two dollars... save yourself the trouble and dont visit this location.I went in to get a new SIM card for my iPhone and paid cash; a 20 dollar bill.Bre helped me get the SIM but the she was very slow and trying to push other products on me. The total came out to $5.38 on the sale and she came back to me with the wrong change, trying to short me out of $2.22. When I realized that the change was wrong, after I went out to my car, I promptly went back in and asked for the correct change and she gave me $2.25She then told me to Have a nice day and dont come back to this store and that she Didnt like my attitude

I have been a customer for 12 years with AT&T and never had such horrible service and a complete run around in my life. I go upgrade my phone and was told if i get the new iphone I would receive a 500 dollar rebate by adding a line and trading in my old phone but I will receive and email. Now I call the store, I call customer service and everyone has a different answer but nobody can help me. I even had one person in customer service a lady that said her name is “Ed”? say she will send me a return label in the mail but then refused to give me her last name or employee id. So I ask to speak to a supervisor and i get hung up on.

Location is nice, but the guy Ive talked to twice there is incredibly lazy, doesnt seem to have any interest in helping you. Is more than happy with telling you to give elsewhere even though I was fine with ordering the item I wanted and just having it delivered to my place. Go to the one off Penn and American.
