Erik in copying and printing did an outstanding job putting very important documents into three different PDFs, assuring me that if they did not show up in my email at home (I don’t have a cell phone) he would redo everything. Excellent, conscientious, and highly professional service! I was able to forward the email with the three PDFs to the Small Business Association in order to receive a much needed loan during this pandemic! Bravo Erik!

When you see a large retail store like this your first thought is that you will just be another customer to them but that is not the case with this staples. The manager Brandon and his employees run this store like a mom and pop shop where you feel like family. I know that’s crazy to say about a corporate store but they really do. They do a lot for the community and always know the best way to help you out when you come in. If you need graphic design work for your business or just office supplies they got what you need.

The service in here is amazing and so is the staffs knowledge. Im always greeted several times and said goodbye too, when leaving. Its something small, but those little bits of basic politeness are impressive to me...(.No customers no business.) I like going into a store where the employees know their stuff and are actually happy people - it makes me want to come back, which I do. Great store!

I had previously been satisfied with all printing jobs and the in-store experience. They were able to print small jobs quickly. Last evening around 6:30 I was told it would be an extra $20 to get my order by the next morning (50 sheets on a color printer), because that was considered a rush order. I told her I would take my order to FedEx. The kind, efficient employee there was able to complete my order within 10 minutes while I waited.

Wow service! Greeted at the door, bought a chair they carried to the register and offered to carry it out. I forgot my rewards info and they got me fixed up and even reversed the transaction to make sure it got on the rewards card. Everyone was polite and helpful, especially Michael.

Logan is awesome! I had a very difficult order and he was kind and patient and bent over backwards to help me! His customer service is outstanding! Thank you, Logan!

This is a standard Staples store with the expected amenities. The online printing orders are completed much faster than predicted, which is good, but the staff oddly interpret certain copyright regulations, which limits their ability to assist customers in completing in-store printing orders. Its a good place to get office and school supplies, and they have pretty good sales at the beginning of the school year.

We went to get either an adapter or new charging cord for a computer. Girl was excellent! Knew her computers. Apparently the adapter was supposed to be included in the extra charger when he bought his new computer in Jan of 2018. It wasnt. In and out in 20 minutes.

Spot on quality service and more. Crazy serious production time! Staples office Superstore is capable of printing out our promotional banners within 24hrs!

Have been going here for years and they have neverending charhes us for helping us tape up and ship packages besides weight but today then new manager was going to charge us more to tape up a box then a freaking role of tape. Absolutely crazy! Needless to say we wont be going here ever again

Their delivery driver dropped a VERY large filing cabinet off at one our business locations, not our home address where we requested it be delivered. I am sure Prestige Delivery dropped it off at the business because it took less of his time, but I cannot haul this very large item! The Online Chat customer service person was rude and kept telling me that it was delivered to the ship to address - which it was not, and she said in the future I should put the correct delivery address on the order. She cut me off before I was finished with my conversation. I contacted Staples Customer Service and I received this response Since the item is already marked delivered, I am unable to request for the courier to return and move the item to a more convenient location for you. Delivery instructions can be requested prior to the delivery, however, it is not a guarantee and is still up to the drivers discretion if they can accomodate the request.

That was not easy whatsoever. I couldnt make it to staples until 4:30 right before rush hour. This was my third attempt to get single subject notebooks after they had twice previously told me to come back and theyd have them. Spent way too much time looking for the promised notebooks, didnt find them, and got stuck in traffic.

Bs bull it bad

Cant really understand why this place has such a low rating. Not only do they sell staples, but they sell paper clips as well. Definitely the place to visit for all of your paper binding needs.

The sales people were great. They helped me decide on what to buy and then helped me set up my first tablet. Friendly and professional. A great buying experience for me.

If you can catch stuff on sale, its a good place for school & office supplies. Located next to Barnes & Noble, across from Pizza Hut. Staff is helpful, but you have to go to them, as theyre always standing up front at counters.

There staff is very helpful with finding products and answering questions.

I recently called the store, hoping to find a particular product. The employees did their job admirably. However, I was troubled by the reception of the phone call during the hold music. Kudos for playing the song Soak Up The Sun by Sheryl Crow, perhaps one of the 10 most essential tunes to be entered into the pop canon in the last twenty years; demerit for the reception which made cut in and out. The next song, some piece of more recent, blue-eyed soul drivel, came in loud and clear. AGGRAVATING.

The associate named Harley was extremely kind, knowledgeable, and customer focused! Great staff!
