They employees know nothing about the products they sell. Every time I go in there and have questions they have to get on there a little phone and look it up in the reviews section! Like I could have done that myself! When I go to Best buy I expect the employees to know just a little bit about the products that theyre trying to sell to the public without looking it up on their phone! I get that we live in a world full of technology but sometimes its nice to know that a person actually has the knowledge so that you know that youre getting a good product!
This is definitely the best place to pre-order games from. Release day with no extra cost, which I have not found anywhere else. The service is always very quick, especially with pick up orders! Ive never had an issue with them.

They Geek Squad was great. The young man in Samsung accessories gave me the wrong connector, but they easily credited my account. I love my new lap top and appreciate all of the files they transferred over night.
It took a bit longer than it should have to get help with several workers milling around. But the young man who did help me was phenomenal. He knew exactly what model freezer I was looking for, showed me it and options, pulled my choice to the front, rang it up and helped load it. He did it all with a professional attitude and a smile.
They do not answer their phone- ever. We bought $3K in appliances and spent 2 days trying to actually speak with a human about the delivery. Finally get our appliances, have a faulty piece for attaching our over the range microwave to the cabinet. Try dealing with Samsung to get a replacement part, an hour later we are told to call Best Buy. Ha. I do. After 20 minutes of automated junk I get a human who tells me I need to talk to the store and I tell her I called them not the national number, her response: it’s not my fault they don’t answer, I guess you’ll have to go in. Gee, thanks for nothing. We live an hour away. At this point I’ll pay double for anything they sell if it means getting good customer service and an actual human on the phone.
Well I am a Gen Xer, meaning I like to shop at a brick and mortar store and I easily found exactly what I was looking for. We all need to support these stores instead of the online markets, because if I get something I dont want to have to send it back. Support our stores, get out and shop!!! I love the store, they had everything in stock.
Looked all over town for a cord for my printer. They had it. The guy knew exactly where it was and was very helpful.
The prices at Best Buy will never Wow you, but youre getting good quality appliances and electronics as compared to Walmart or Target. I prefer Staples (a few doors down) for the things they DO have, but Best Buy has all of the big ticket items youll want and theyre helpful in helping you find exactly what youre looking for.
It was really hard to find someone who could help me, so I had to talk to the only guy at the customer service. He seemed to be upset with something, and he couldnt find a thing! Better service needed.

Purchased a Samsung Big Screen for nearly $1500. 6 months later it gets the dreaded blue screen issue. 6 weeks later, 3 geek squad appointments, over 3 1/2 hours of total hold time over 3 calls to finally get a replacement # and the chick on the line asked me for my email and phone # 5 times, I have her the geek squad warranty / service plan # that I paid for, the code they gave me to finally get a replacement tv - and told me I needed to call this special #, and now she puts me on hold again. The first hold time to get to her was 44 minutes and now that she put me on hold again because she couldnt order the replacement tv or give me whatever I needed to order it, Im on hold again for someone else and 30 minutes into that hold time. Seriously this is the most pitiful service Ive ever experienced in my whole entire life.

Nothing to complain about here. They will ask once just to see if you need help and then leave you alone. Never pushed a sale and only answered questions. Ideally how it should be done. Great job guys.

The first associate I approached was too busy talking to her co-worker to take me to the area I needed to go to find what I wanted to purchase. There was no one in the area of what I wanted to purchase. I finally found a person who was stalking product. She was reluctant to help me but didnt try. She couldnt answer my questions. There was no one around to help. As I walked past the service desk I told them they just lost two sales because no one was willing to help me. And the guy just looked at me like I was an alien from another planet and didnt say a word. I had intentions of purchasing 2 flash drives a printer and a Geek Squad membership. My intention was to help the local brick-and-mortar stores stay in business. I guess they have enough business that they dont need mine so I will continue shopping on Amazon for all my electronic needs.

Visited Geek Squad to fix my computer. Customer service was friendly and knowledgeable without making me feel like I was dumb. Repair was very quick, taking half of the original estimated time.Fatah, and Mason were very good at their job. Very nice and helpful to speak to about understanding my issue.

Always read the fine print in your contracts from Best Buy. I am aware that not a lot of manufacturers will cover liquid damage. Hwvr, when you call Best Buy you get redirected to a 3rd party rep. that tells you what to do next. In our case, We were told that our situation (in detail) would be covered in our manufacturer warranty. We were sent to the store for a Geek Squad appointment Regarding liquid damage on our $1000 gaming computer where they told us in person that it was not their problem since I didnt buy the best buy exWrnty. Thanks for wasting my time. Im still paying payments+intrst.
I do not appreciate calling and them saying they do not take calls at this location. There is no reason why they could not accept a call, put you on hold and get someone to assist. Its time to stop using the pandemic as an excuse for poor customer service.

OK. Here goes, here is my 2/cents ~I had a return on 6/7/2021 that was way out of warranty...W a y ~My complaint was authentic>though. It didnt go unnoticed when I brought it to higher up administration at BEST BUY.It was an electronic return I was dealing with. I was clearly well out of time with redemption here, and an upper management manager named Luke was exemplary, EXEMPLARY in treating this long time patrone with respect and remedy! Best of all, I didnt have to make a scene lol :) Seriously. Cool with a capital C!Im impressed, enough to write a crystal clear review for customer satisfaction!If only every business operated this way the world would be a totally different place!•°•°• In the end, I left one happy camper/customer. Something I had always been anyway, but this one snafu purchase I made, man it came back to haunt me and I just didnt know how this would go. I was in unchartered waters like I had never been before.I explained it in truth, and had no kickback whatsoever from upper. Clearly, It was a manufacturing default—a faulty electronic.In situations like this you dont know what to do. Would give zero stars if I could. Ordered a dishwasher that was said to be in stock. Long story short it was lost. No one knew where to find it. Never got delivered but I still got charged. Ever time I tried to call customer service I was transferred no less than 3 times per call and no one was able to help me or correct the charges. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.

The best buy pickup is a great and convenient way for me to pick up my orders contactless. My only complaint would be that I dont get very friendly workers bringing my items out to me but to be fair I mainly pickup my items later on the day so its possible theyre just tired from the day. Overall great experiences.

Our store has a lot of empty shelves, as if they are expecting people to order ahead, amd pickup. I understand to an extent, but stock those shelves.

I called 1st an it just rang and rang so I drove there .they didnt answer the phone till after I was told they didnt have what I was the phone and theyre in person to see about and yes I let it ring all through the storm so they could hear when somebody finally answered it there were a lot of helpers in there doing nothing just standing around talking. Not one person picked that phone up in 45 minutes I dont recommend anybody especially somebody with a disability I have one leg not only did I waste my gas I wasted my breath air everything I couldnt hardly breathe when I got in there just to be told no

They check for mask at the door but people walk around with them under their noses. There are markings to keep people from crossing paths but people ignore them. The staff are perfectly nice and helpful but there were many customers when I was there who were pushing the mask rules.

Its empty shelves if youre looking for graphic cards right now. All they had was a single GT 710, a 3 generations ago entry model. At least it was decently priced for a brick and mortar store compared to online offerings. I believe not necessarily Best Buys fault as the whole market for video cards and CPUs alike suffers from availability and overpricing. I bought an RX 580 2years ago for 107$ that retails at the moment for close to 200$. This review is written in January 2021. The store itself was clean and the employees friendly
I recently was in the market for a new laptop so I stopped by Best Buy to try and get some advice. The employee Nate in the computer department was so knowledgeable and so kind. He really helped me out and explained the pros and cons of just about every computer and had an answer to every question I could think of. Nate really made this stressful big purchase super easy and I am so happy with the surface pro 7 we landed on.

I went in to get a pair of computer speakers and the ones I wanted were out of stock. I spoke with the manager to see if they had the speakers in inventory and they did not. I was about to ask when more stock was due in and without asking he asked if I wanted these other speakers. They were better speakers and had more power and he offered them for the same price as the out of stock item. He upgraded me to a better pair of speakers and gave me a $17.00 discount on the new pair to price match the out of stock pair. I would highly recommend Best Buy, their custom service is excellent.
I purchased my items online before going to the store to prevent them from being purchased before I can make it there the next day. It had an option to apple pay and I tried it but it gave me an error that I could not purchase this item with apple pay, but they took the money out of my apple pay account anyway. Ultimately I paid for my RAM twice. I tried talking to local customer service and they cannot do anything to help me. I called the customer service line and was sent to multiple people in another country that could not help or in one case understand what I was saying. They finally sent me to the billing department and the person I talked to was at a party, you can hear the music and ladies talking to him and he kept telling me he was having audio issues. He still did not understand that I was charged double and just kept telling me to take the products back to best buy and return them. I have still paid twice for one item and spent multiple hours on the phone at this point.

Bought Maytag Bravo Washing Machine. Two gentlemen showed up to deliver and install. They said they worked on tips lol. They installed the machine and it didnt work. We asked Best Buy to replace it quickly. Nope, had to wait 3 days for a contracted repairman they sent. Repairman couldnt fix it and said it would be at least 3 days before he could get the parts to fix the brand new machine. Called Headquarters and asked for that day a replacement. Nope cant do that, cant call back our delivery trucks because theyve already left for they day. Hopefully on day 7 we will finally have a working machine. Total hours on phone (mostly on hold) about 5-6 hours. From the email correspondence with Scott at headquarters and all the others we spoke to I have to say Best Buy has absolutely 0 sense of customer service or relations. Last time we will buy ANYTHING at best BUY. What a joke!
This was our second visit in less than thirty days and I must say they have very courteous and helpful staff. So far they have done a great job of showing us options and choices and allow us to decide on our purchase --- meaning helpful but no pressure tactic. From technical assistance at the display to the point of sale, staff were helpful and friendly. As we were walking out the door the person at the door way greeted us as well. As far as equipment goes it would be nice to see more variety in micro- USB 3.0 to X adapters. Will visit again. Kudos to hiring managers!

While I typically avoid Best Buy because of their high prices, I went in today to get some advice. I spoke to an employee there who was very knowledgeable, and even gave me advice about things that Best Buy wasnt selling (like apps), and how I can use those with my current device and electronics. She did give me some excellent advice as to which products I could buy there that would suit my needs, so once Im ready to buy things Im definitely going back there.

We come to Best Buy because of the service and they are so great at it at this location!! They helped us upgrade our data plan and a phone, found us great deals, and were super fair and honest. Isaiah even installed the phone screen protector. We have also purchased a printer here which they price matched for us and they were helpful when we needed a modem and router. Thanks for your service and knowledge, Best Buy!

I shop here on a maybe monthly basis. Everyone has been friendly and helpful. Theres the usual push for the employees to make the sale, but nothing overbearing. If you simply state you are looking, the employees are very respectful. The store is fairly easy to get to and navigate once inside. There is always someone there to help. They also do price matches with various competitors and I have never had an issue doing this at this Best Buy. Do recommend!
The only customer service that we had experienced in the store was the cashier and she was excellent and went above and beyond explaining the warranty info! No other associate even looked us in the eye... Glad we were able to find things ourselves! Horrible telephone service prior to driving in to the store though, was never able to get a human to answer the line after the automated system transferred me over to them, and to think it was only 2pm in the afternoon!
