I am not used to a experiencing such great customer service as I got from Loothive. I made sure I was able to leave a review here, because they deserve five-stars-plus! This is a U.S.business, located in Minnesota, I think, and they really go out of their way to make sure a customer is completely satisfied with his purchase. I shop online for electronics a lot, and the worst part of shopping online is when you have a question and dont get a timely answer - or any answer. These guys are very quick to help.Theyre very responsive, professional and friendly - and Ive made them my go-to store for the electronics they offer.

I received a used GPS product that was advertised as new and for the price I paid, I could have bought new GPS from the local Walmart. Plus, I was over charged for shipping. I am returning this product immediately! Buyers beware.

This place is a FRAUD. Used to be called ZKarlo inc but Ebay shut them down for defrauding customers like Kyle from loot hive just did to me.Also, these reviews are manipulated and deleted if they go against Loot Hive.Luckily, I have over 6 years of cybersecurity experience, particularly good at penetration testing so this will be the last time Loot Hive is allowed to do this. Theoretically ;)

I bought a phone from this seller. It is a used one but looks like its in great condition. Just I have no use out of it!!! When I tried to put my service over to this device, the service provider couldnt do it because theres a locked MSL code on this phone & they need to get it from the seller to enter it in order to activate the service on this phone, I have been trying to contact the seller by emailing them several times, but didnt get any reply from them, theres no phone number to reach them, so I contacted eBay to try to get through to them & they havent replied to eBays request to contact me either. They write on the sales receipt to please contact them before contacting eBay but it seems like a good joke!! Theres no way to contact them & communicate with them! Therefore, beware! Before you buy from this seller, know that theres nobody to help you out if you have any issues with your item!!

This company does not care about customer service or satisfaction and has refused to refund me even though all protocols were met on my part. They are unprofessional in their communication and should take the money they are refusing to refund me to train their representatives on the importance of customer service.
