Awesome place to go for any type of gaming system. They have very good deals on new and used games and accessories as well! Great place to look for old games you always have wanted to play but did not want to pay the full price when it was new! The staff are super friendly and will help you however way they can!

Employees are known to backdoor products meant for customers at this location. Arrived before store was open and was told that they had not received the PS5 and Ultra Premium Celebrations shipment. Per the slim white guy that worked there said that he only received the two Pika figure boxes. I had originally called the night before and one of the employees hinted me to come in early, which I did and was 2nd in line. I wouldve most likely received the product that I had intended to buy but this shady employee is taking everything for himself!

Game stop pop culture 🤣 is a decent small portion not a lot employees, its need more of everything, like my Local game stop by far my favorite

Not bad, good selection, spacious, nice looking, just the registers look like an absolute mess and it doesnt help that the guys in there were eating at the moment without hiding the food.

The short girl with the long black hair was rude. She got an attitude because I wouldn’t put a plan on a remote and she would only talk to my boyfriend.. and the big blond guy talks way to much..

My son purchased a game there and when he go home he realized he already has the game. So we went to return it and noticed that his per parrot somehow ate up the receipt and the plastic on the game. They gladly exchanged it for him, plus he bought 4 other games

Smaller selection than I had hoped. Its definitely more of a pop-culture store than a traditional GameStop.

Typical GameStop fare. A bunch of games from PS3 to present day. A lot of Funko and some other collectibles. Has a cool display on some of the more expensive stuff.

I thank you so much, I like video games stores so much😁, and the Nintendo switch game I bought was Nickelodeon kart racers and it had the game in used good condition and it had a piece of paper with Nickelodeon karts racers 2, it was perfect for the game case!. And I sometimes check for ds and Wii games, the thing is I sometimes see ds games running out very fast! But I wish GameStop could buy some ds game in stock, but they only get ds games when someone trades their ds games, well it’s ok tho. Thank you :) (rate amazing) 10/10 love GameStop the best 🙂👍.

Not many used games and sky rocket prices

Game stop is always ridiculously busy at the mall. You can find gamestops anywhere, you can buy video games anywhere. The pop culture store by the food court has a lot of figures and collectable but honestly I saw nothing impressive.

Customer expdrience. I bought a few weeks ago a game at this store. Noticed my daughter already had it, so i washed to return it.Sales person asked me for if i wanted a receipt, which i rarely get since i have an account with them.When i tried to return, the following happened:1) my account was not recorded during the sales time2) return was refused since i did not have a receiptEnd result, i will never buy here, at gamestop again. Nothing unique to find here, and with customer service like that, forget it. Best Buy, Amazon, Target all have better service.

They were the only place left in the Twin Cities that had the specific console accessory I was looking for. They provided great service and the store was filled with lots of very cool things.

Feels like there are more option now in the PlayStation and Xbox stores than there are at gamestops. Not even game systems on display. I remember when there was much more of a variety in these stores even in the used games spots.

Colleen was so helpful. I had been on the hunt for these figures for two months. Not only did she checked to see if they had them she held them for me. Its always nice when you can count on someone to go that extra mile for their customers.

Me and my brother were looking for a used copy of a Mario Party game. We found 2 copies. Both were outrageous prices around $30-40. For a used copy! I found better deals on Amazon. If GameStop ever wanted to pick up their game, theyd have to sell retro games. I cant over exaggerate how much GameStop needs this. Also, even if you buy I disk copy your just gonna have to download it anyway. Just do what I do and buy digital copies of your games from your system. Dont sell your games here either, youre just begging to get ripped off if you do. Go sell them on Craigslist or eBay instead where you have a better chance to make it for every penny worth. All in all, GameStop is a company that isnt worth getting your gaming goods from.

Love GameStop. A frequent visitor to the one on Lake Street near uptown. The MOA store has plenty to offer. I would have liked an additional salesperson, as the one available was super busy, rushing about serving others. Store is neat and clean, offering the best in video games and pop culture memorabilia.

This is a really cool location! If you like GameStops pop culture section, youll love this store. Its huge, and has been rebranded as Pop Culture focused. If youre looking for a game or console, though, the selection is more limited than the classic Game Stop, so just be aware of that. Otherwise its a fun place to look around!

The customer service was quite impressive at this store. Everyone single person working was super friendly and helpful.

Normally I usually experience good customer service, but tonight it took nearly 20 minutes to get my pre orders, and only 1 of the 2 people working were on a register. The other person seemed to just be organizing games. They never looked over and the guy never asked for help, I was so confused. They finally did once we made it to the the guy, and then spent another 10 minutes doing a money drop instead of asking their coworker to help us out. Im hoping it was just an off night or something, because I really do like the MOA gamestop

Lacked variety

The staff is very knowledgeable and willing to give game advice. The store has a very large selection of games for all gaming systems including outdated ones like the Wii and Nintendo DS. The used prices are WAY higher than buying online unless youre part of there club and buy/sell often enough to be a top tier member in which you then get a good price for used games.

Terrible company that treats its staff like they are disposable. Their store managers are underpaid are rarely last more than a couple of years. And corporate goes to great lengths to demoralize and mistreat their employees.This store in particular tends to be completely restaffed at least once a year.

Nice store with a lot of options

My honest review. Gamestop renovated a brand new location and a fancy sign (Pop Culture). I was hoping they would become a location with more collectibles and Tshirts like the few scattered around the Twin Cities but they sure look about the same as every other regular Gamestop, maybe even worse. Their stock is worst than your average Gamestop and if you go through their aisles looking for Pop Culture (collectibles, toys, etc) you will likely find nothing great. Not a negative on the employees but maybe this is more of a manager or management issue with their lack of stock. For example, when they first opened instead of getting a lot of different Dragonball Z figures, they got about 20 of the same Frieza/Gohan figures that no one actually wants. About 1 month later, the aisle looks the exact same with the same figures on the pegs. Funko Pop even look a bit disappointing compared to Hot Topic/Box Lunch.

Visited this store twice in two days and received excellent service from the staff.

I had a bad experience at this location, and I left a review about my issues there. Im sure it was the manger that was working with me, and shes the one that was giving the bad service. In my survey I said that I wanted to be contacted, and, after more than a week having passed, I still havent gotten any communication. Never again. The other location in the mall gives me 5 star service every time.

Great prices and selection

My husband and I came here a few days ago because our certified refurbished Xbox one S that we purchased at a GameStop was malfunctioning. We were encouraged to purchase the refurb as they didnt have new ones in stock. Coming into this store, we were just looking for some information on how to proceed regarding fixing or replacing the Xbox. Right upon walking in, my husband mentions the Xbox purchase and the rather young employee in there totally checked out and seemed insulted that we brought this question in to him. He assured us that him and the other two employees that work there are only capable of discussing PS4s. Clearly this was a question about store policy and not about brand, yet the guy talking to us had no respect just because we are Xbox users. Dont come in here for anything unrelated to PS4. This is a PS4 Stop, not a GameStop.
