Absolutely amazing staff. I walked in and everyone was busy and they took the time to greet me. The young man that helped me showed me lots of options and told me about a sweet deal on a watch. He went above and beyond to assist me even to the extent to offer to pick up a product from another store. This was a seamless process! My husband and I went twice in 3 days (had to go twice due to some account transfer stuff, not reflective our the service recieved) and got the pleasure of working with Raynal. We will forever follow her to whichever location she is working. All the promos and options were explained beautifully and we were able to take advantage of the pre-sale promotion for our new phones. So excited to get a new phone and have a person to trust with our phone plan for the foreseeable future!

They are really good at trying to get you what you need and tell you what you dont need and if they dont know an answer they call or ask someone else instead of making something up or side stepping the question just sometimes you have to wait to be help but in life being patient is a good thing

The t-mobile store at Mall of America was so super slow. We just went from the apple store, got an iphone, they gave us a t-mobile chip, all we needed was to have someone, scan the new imei and sim. They told us about 10 minutes. Had 2 or 3 people helping other people. 45 minutes later, I called t-mobile and did it myself in 14 minutes. They had 4 other employees standing around, chatting, laughing and on their phones. The 3 left for about 20 minutes and they all came back, laughing and messing around. I had 3 sons with me, needed some simple help and it felt like someone should have stepped up and helped, when it had been so long. After 30 minutes of patiently waiting, the kids started to get restless. Call yourself. Forget the customer service

Went in for a specific purchase and found the system was down and may be an hour before it would be up 3 of the 4 employees went out of their way to make sure I got what I came for. GREAT Service! Will return without a doubt.

T-Mobile has turned their back on MN. They have closed most stores under the guise of COVID-19 and/or civil unrest. You call 611 and get directed to other stores that are closed. They only want our money now. No interest in serving the community during hard times.

I went in tonight for helping activating a phone and get a sim card. Audrey helped me and she was great! Super friendly, super attentive to everything going on in the store and handle dealing with my mess of a line like a boss. Thank you!!!

If I could give 0 on this review I would. I went in yesterday store location E360 mall of America. When we got through the door the lady in the front told us they have no time for us and will be closing in two hours. Guys behind the counter kept their head down and acted busy. I went there to purchase couple of iPhones for a gift but was not even greeted and was asked to leave because they have no time for us. I’ve never seen worse customer service ever in my life. I will take my business and my money elsewhere where customers are appreciated.

My sisters and I came there on Black Friday to upgrade our phones and to add a new line. We were greeted within 2 minutes and she was added on to the wait list. I also mentioned that I would like to upgrade as well, but was not added on to the list. Though we came together, we have separate lines and was eventually paired up with George. He seemed to answer all of my sisters questions just fine, but seemed a little agitated with all the questions and concerns we were asking him. After my nephew had gotten an upgrade, he came over to me and helped me get situated with the upgrade. He went over how much I would owe today, but I felt rushed because he asked if I needed anything else because β€œshe wanted him to move onto the next customer.” And when I had asked if the total today included how much I had left to pay off on the first phone, he said β€œI don’t care, that’s up to you.” Because I initially wanted to pay off my phone that day and also upgrade. After my new phone started up and he left, he said a woman would come help me set up my phone etc. Waited and no one came, so I walked out. As my new phone was collecting my old storage none of the photos were popping up. So I went back in to ask if this was normal, and the lady that had put my sister on the waiting list but not me, just kinda looked at me and said yeah it needs to be plugged in and needs WiFi. My family and I have been with T-Mobile for about 15 years, and not once have we experienced this kind of customer service. Will never be returning to MOA again.

George was extremely rude. Dismissive and unwilling to help anyone. T-Mobile itself is great, but I will not return to this store as long as someone as unprofessional as George works there. I suggest going to a different location as most stores provide exceptional service.
