Staff inside the convenience store part never disapoint. Fast friendly cashiers happy and eager to helpeven go as far as to add the creamers to my coffee. I am slightly disabled so it is of great help for me as i can not get the things open most of the time.

We have been getting our Toyotas and Hondas fixed by Newport Hills Chevron since it was run by Corky (the father) in the mid 1980s. The Boys are now running it (no longer boys I guess). Anyway, they are very professional and knowledgeable about everything I have ever taken to them. I trust them more than the newbie mechanic at the dealer, they have just a lot more experience. And even more, they are exceptionally honest about what you really need done or dont need done. Their prices are less than the major dealers charge so its a win on every point.

Ive been going here since 1995, with dozens of minor to major repairs on several different vehicles. They always do a great job courteously, and I have no doubts about their honesty or competence. On the two occasions in 25 years something went wrong after a repair, they always made things right at no extra charge. Theyre super handy for drop-in quick repairs, like headlight changes.

Very good and prompt service

Great service overall. Came in with some error lights and other electrical issues - they fixed them all and changed the oil in a couple hours and the price was about 1/3rd of what I wouldve paid at the dealer. Highly recommend.

I have been taking my vehicles to this shop for a number of years. The service is fantastic. They call prior to doing the work to ensure you know what is needed. Price is reasonable. Great to go to a shop that thinks of its customers.

We live in the neighborhood and have been using their shop services for the past 12 years. They have serviced our Ford Contour, Subaru Forester, Subaru Legacy and Toyota 4Runner. Always friendly and helpful. Willing to answer questions and help with projects. Good turn around times. Fair prices. Newport Hill Chevron (NHC) does excellent work in a timely fashion for a fair price. My cars front-right brake caliper broke and I had to have it towed. I had a minor job done by NHC awhile back and was pleased with that experience, and I was also was aware of their great reviews (Google, Yelp, and Nextdoor.) So I had my car towed to NHC. It was a Sunday so the repair shop was closed, but I was able to leave the car/keys and start a work order with the desk/cashier .They called me early Monday to give me the estimate, which turned out to be very accurate, and said it would be done same day. A few hours later (before noon) they called letting me know it was done. NHC is a popular and busy repair shop so I was blown away they did it so fast.As for the cost it was reasonable and I guestimate that the Toyota dealership would have been 70% to 80% higher based on several (not-so-happy) experiences, cost-wise, with them over the years.I highly recommend NHC for quality, honest, reasonable cost auto repair!

I was on a long road trip from Kansas and was expecting to be in Seattle for four or five days. I had car trouble and could not find a place that could even look at my car within seven days until I was referred to the Newport Hills Chevron. The staff there was very responsive and got me in, evaluated and fixed - all within three days (two days really since I dropped it off near the end of the first day). The fix was relatively simple and they were honest about the problem. Ill always be grateful for their professional, fast and integrity driven service.

Absolutely outstanding service! I lost my license due to my own poor choices. I’m getting it back soon. So, I had my suv towed in to be fixed. I expected it to take a week to fix and it was done the next day. I told them I couldn’t drive it home so I’d arrange pickup. They ended up going above and beyond! It was delivered to my home for no extra charge!I’m so happy and impressed! Everyone recommended this place and boy were they right! I’ll be bringing my suv back the next time I need a repair. Ive been a patron of the Newport Hills Chevron since ~1983. Originally known as Corkys Chevron, it is now managed by Corkys son Barry and his right-hand man Brett. These guys are the real deal. Honest & straight forward. They wont suggest or do work you dont need and are always willing to talk things over. Ive since moved a few miles away from Newport Hills, but continue to take my cars there for any/all servicing.

Im an out-of-towner. My van began losing coolant quickly, and was overheating a little. Fortunately, I knew not to push the van, and decided to find a mechanic who could look at it immediately. I called several places. Some never answered their phone and others couldnt do same day service. I found Newport Hills Chevron via Google. I called, they answered right away and said they could get me in same day. I took my van there immediately, less than two hours later it was done. I had a bad hose. They pressure tested, test drove and flushed the system. ( I had to add a lot of water to prevent overheating) They had fair pricing and great customer service. Thank you to all the guys at the shop!

Great place to take your car in for repairs !

My F150 truck was losing power and had an apparent transmission problem. I took the truck to Newport Hills Chevron and Barry immediately put a diagnostic code tester on the trunk and determined that a cylinder was misfiring. I gave them the truck for a tune-up. There was a manufacturers defect in the truck that made the spark plugs difficult to remove without breaking them. Doug did the work and replaced the spark plugs and one of the ignition coils plus other components such as an air filter.All the problems with what I thought was the transmission are gone. They got all the work done is less time than I expected and the truck runs like a new vehicle. Thank you for the wonderful work. I wont go anywhere else.

I did not end up getting any labor done here, but that is part of the reason I was satisfied. They were honest and reasonable about the problem and how I should address it.
