Ive been going to Marks for the last 12 years and 3 vehicles. The staff has always been up front and honest, and Ive never felt pressured, or felt that I was being taken advantage of. If you want to support small business then put your faith and money into Marks.
Our electrical system got checked out thoroughly and the battery was charged. We got advice for keeping it charged. Everyone was friendly and efficient.
Great experience. My 2013 Subaru Crosstrek has known issues with the CVT transmission. Mark correctly diagnosed it, and explained the economics of why I should replace the brains of the transmission, but not the entire thing. Entire job was done on time and his estimate was accurate. Im very happy with the results. Thank you Mark!
Mark is super knowledgeable, professional, and experienced, all for an amazing price. Would definitely recommend to friends and family!
Marks Japanese and European has always taken great care of me and my family. Their pricing is fair, their employees are friendly and respectful, and they are efficient and available so we dont have to be without a car for any longer than necessary. We will continue trusting Marks for our oil changes, car repairs and maintenance for years to come.
Went in for diagnostic for electrical issues. They found my starter cable loose. They did not try to upsell services or do unnecessary things to my old toyota corolla. Was honest, punctual and professional. I did not realize that Mark was helping me at first. Seemed like a humble and honest man! Would recommend coming here for random problems AND regular service!
Outstanding! I usually do all my own work but this time I needed an expert. Mr Wagner and his techs are most definitely experts, at least on Japanese vehicles (I dont own any euros). They found immediately the multiple problems that I had been chasing for months in addition to some obnoxious oil leaks that I had been unable to stop. Mr Wagner is very patient with non-experts, explaining the issues clearly and answering dumb questions. The work was top-quality and service level far beyond what I expected. Ill be back.
Raul the assistant manager was very nice and helpful. Raul and the mechanic gave me some information about my car that would save me some $. They were both very honest. I would trust my car to be serviced here again. Fast service as well.
Mark was incredibly helpful on the phone and in person and he diagnosed and fixed our problem in one day - for way less than the dealership had quoted us.He also fixed three small issues I had with my car and spent time to give me advice on several other questions I had.Anyone who is given a negative review here, in particular one person who did a one star review, did not experience the amazing customers support I did today. Their loss.As for me, I’m now a diehard Customer of Mark’s!
Great service
I took my moms truck there because the a/c wasnt working. They recharged the system and said if there was a leak, the new freon would indicate where it was leaking. 4 stars instead of 5 because Im sure theres a way to test if its leaking without having to pay for the recharging first. Incidentally, after 2 months, does NOT work again (which I was told would happen if there was a leak). Ill take it back and have them repair it in the spring. Friendly, courteous, and, yes, I will go back. Im having a REALLY hard time believing the negative reviews concerning the recommendation of synthetic oil vs conventional oil. I really wish people would do research on their car, the manufacturers recommendations, and finding out whats best in the long run for the health of the engine before posting a negative review.
The guys there are quick and honest. Went in for oil change and everything was done in 25 minutes and overall service was great.
Fast, Honest and affordable service. I would recommend to anyone. Thank you Marks.
Do not be lured to this place, by their cheap oil change promotion on groupon. The shop owner is a cheater and liar. Although my car needs only conventional oil, he did a systhetic oil change instead without my explicit consent, and then charged me 40 dollar extra for the service. He also lied to me, telling me that my car requires full synthetic oil change, although the manufacturer customer support clearly states it is not the case. This is NOT honest business, and I will never come again.
I’m a college student so I don’t make very much money but Marks auto shop has always been very fair price wise and realistic on what needs to be done. I wouldn’t take my Miata anywhere else!
Tom and Jamie are fantastic! Keep my Jeep humming along. 160k going on 200!
Came in with a Groupon (most likely the problem) and was refused service and lied to. The receptionist tried to upsell me to a synthetic oil change for $30 extra, refusing to do a conventional oil change, saying the manufacturer requires synthetic oil for my vehicle. (This is NOT true)I dug my owners manual out of my car, which very clearly neither recommends nor requires synthetic oil. Despite the evidence to the contrary, the guy continued to refuse service, insisting that synthetic oil was required. I ended up leaving and wasting 30 minutes of my time.
Marks in Issaquah treated me VERY rudely, Im guessing because I had a Groupon. Its 3:30pm on a Thursday and he tells me he doesnt have a tech available for an oil change that Ill have to call and make an appointment. I tell him the groupon doesnt state an appointment required, just to print it out and present upon arrival. I told him it took me 30 minutes to drive there. His response? Thats not my problem. I paused for a second thinking why is this guy being rude to me? Its not my problem you dont have a tech for an oil change at 3:30 on a Thursday. He pushed the groupon back at me and said get a refund Im not dealing with YOUR attitude! WHAT!? I plan to talk to the management but he probably is the management or hates his job.
What kind of auto repair shop doesnt offer payment plans? Its 2018 step into the future.
