When I take my bmw 135i to have a oil change, the bolt that release the oil was fine, but after they taking so long and they told me that my oil pan thread was screw and need oil pan replace as soon as possible. I didnt replace oil pan at Nissan. 3 months ago I went there to change oil and they didnt mention anything about oil pan threads. Now after today service there and they said oil pan threads screwed. So probably second and last to go service there. I like the people there, but just dont know that they screwed my oil pan threads or is it already screwed. What do you think?

Gr8 service dept. All else sucks.Finally got in for my first service and oil change on my 2017 Titan Pro4X. On-line scheduling didnt work. Calling in to get service is a nightmare. They have to know the TYPE of vehicle theyd be servicing even though there is only ONE service desk that handles all of the vehicles coming in regardless of type. Further, if service department doesnt answer right away (after 10 rings) you get transferred to another person (who can NOT assist you in scheduling, but will transfer you to a service advisor, AGAIN) after listening to your story. VERY inefficient system. Upon check-in, advisor talks to his screen and other technicians while asking you questions. Never knew to whom he was talking to. He was also taking care of someone else in the waiting area WHILE he was he taking care of me. Other customers arrived and were handled while the tech assisting me kept typing and working on someone elses entry. Reminded me of an airline ticket agent - continually typing, no conversation or questions while others get taken care of and moved on. Not a happy camper. Service department has gone DOWN HILL since my last visitation. Wouldnt recommend.
