I dont spend an excessive amount of time looking for small defects when I go looking for newer vehicles. After buying, I noticed within the first 24 hours some spots where paint had chipped (pictures) and attempted to contact Beardmore to find a win-win resolution from what I had hoped would be a reputable company. My first returned call after my prior voice-mails and messages with Receptionists was from their in-house All-State Insurance rep trying to sell me insurance packages. After I left another message, I finally got a returned call from Tom. I asked for Beardmore to do paint touch-ups, his response was that I was asking him for a blank check and I was responsible for all due diligence. I didnt argue the fact about due diligence but Im surprised that major brands like GM and Subaru would allow Beardmore to put out a vehicle with what should be easily fixable issues out on the lot for sale without fixing them first. Be very mindful when considering buying a used vehicle from Beardmore!

I have pre-paid service on my 2021 Subaru which I really love. My vehicle needed service last month. I made my appointment stopped in at Beardmore Subaru dropped off the key in the Service Dept. Walked into the Customer Service Lounge had 2 cups of hot tea caught up on a little reading and my Subaru was ready and I was on my way! Didnt even have to write a check!!

If you want a no-pressure but super informative car-buying experience, go here and ask for Catherine. She was very personable, easy to work with and did just the right amount of communication (not intrusive like other dealers/sales folks). It was also nice having someone shorter like me to relate to my car needs. I even texted her late in the evening and she was quick to respond. I’m very happy with my purchase and the entire process. Highly recommend.

I was intimidated by the process as this is my first new vehicle since 2000. Beardmore Subaru made the process easy, comfortable and respectful. My questions were answered completely and everything was explained. We encountered no surprises or hidden fees. The staff is amazing. Ive had my 2020 Subaru Crosstrek for a year and LOVE it! And I travel 150 miles for dealer service at Beardmore Subaru. Their hours are convenient, they bend over backwards to take care of your car and you and the staff is super friendly. My only complaint is the add on service they dont tell you about...like fuel treatment at each oil change? Really, a year old car with less than 10K on the odometer and I use an ethanol blend...and they need to up-charge me for fuel treatment... come on guys, I may be a woman but I know better!

Overall extremely pleased with my Beardmore experience. Garrett was our sales associate and he was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient with my wife and I. I did not feel pressured by the sales staff, and when I decided to purchase, the process was relatively quick and hassle free. The trade in process was straight forward which has not been my experience at other dealerships. Brandon was our love encore specialist, and he did a fantastic job of explaining features of our Outback. With my past two vehicle purchases (not Subaru) I felt some buyers remorse the day after, but with my Subaru experience I have had no regrets.

I have had good experience with this dealership in the past that is why I got my second Subaru from them and dont mind driving extra miles to have my maintenance done. Today, I went in for a scheduled service and was told that they wont be able to work on my vehicle and I have to leave it because two of the technicians are a no show. They also dont have any loaner available. This is in spite of the fact that I called two hours before my appointment to confirm that I will be waiting (because I know loaners arent always available), taking the afternoon off from work, and driving all the way to Bellevue. So now, I had to reschedule the appointment and waste my afternoon off for something that could have easily been avoided. I guess calling them ahead of time and confirming appointments doesnt really amount of anything anymore like before. I have rescheduled my appointment this coming Sunday and was told to call the night before to confirm if they have a loaner. I am keeping my fingers crossed that whatever they commit to me on that day is not just air.

My wife took our 2021 Outback to Beardmore on a Saturday afternoon because she saw and heard one of the tires going flat. The service rep told her to take it across the street because his tech was leaving in 20 minutes. She asked him why he couldn’t take care of it and he said if she left it over night he would. No offer for a ride or anything. She eventually left with a loaner and tried to retrieve her car the following day but the tech of the day said she had no idea the car was there nor where it was and that the people on Saturday don’t communicate with those working on Sunday and to wait until Monday. On Monday they charged her $20.00 for something that is covered under warranty. Not to mention that there seems to be some paint like substance all over the hood of the car. This was another bad experience with Beardmore. It just seems like they just don’t care.

Bought a car on Sunday & when I test drive it showed low tire pressure ( from sitting on lot ) . Any who I ended up buying the car and you would think before I drove it home they would put air in the tire but nope the tire pressure was at 15 ! Not only that but one of my keys is dead and the other one is low battery 🙃 makes me think since cars are selling pretty good right now they don’t take the time to make sure everything is good with the car before the buyer leaves .

Would definitely rate 0 stars if possible. My dad was getting me a car (used honda cr-v) and beardmore promised all me, my mom, my dad & my brother (all separately) that there were absolutely NO accidents on it, that was a year ago. Then I went to sell it privately & someone did a carfax report, 2 MAJOR accidents (both being rebuilt) and 2 minor accidents that they didn’t tell me about. SO unimpressed. Then when I called to ask them why they took the rebuilding out of the maintenance book they gave us & failed to tell us when we asked multiple times, they hung up on us. DO NOT RECOMMEND

When I bought my 2020 Subaru Legacy less than a year ago they told me that there was a one year windshield replacement warranty. Today when I called to make an appointment to have my windshield replaced due to a crack they informed me my car was over the mileage cap to qualify. That was never mentioned before! Buying a new car is always stressful but that is not the case at Beardmore Subaru in Bellevue. Sergio Z was an outstanding salesman. He went above and beyond to explain everything clearly and made sure all my questions were answered. He did not hesitate to run and grab keys for any vehicle that I seemed to have an interest in. Lease was up on Outback. They made exchage for lease on Crosstrek simple and easy. I dont need the Outback space and size, but wanted everything else that goes with it. Forester is one of the ugliest things Ive ever seen on the road. Ive had it for almost a week, and I looooove the Crosstrek.

I love Subaru and purchased my Subaru out at the Village Pointe Baxter location. I have always been impressed by the service there. I chose to come to the Beadmore Bellevue location because it is closer to my house. Not only did my oil change take over 2 hours to complete, I had expected my Service package, that I had purchased with my Subaru, would be covered by any location. When I gave my keys to the attendant, I specifically mentioned I only wanted what was covered by my service package. I received no communication why the service was taking so long nor that my service package through the Village Pointe location would not be valid at this location. I was shocked how much I had to pay for this service. The personnel were very informative explaining why my service was not covered, but I was beyond words at this point. They obviously did not get to my car immediately, so they should have had time to check the Service Plan. I will definitely not be coming back to Beardmore again.

I would give this zero stars if I could. We spent hours here and we were completely ready to buy, signed several different offers, and they were completely unwilling to negotiate AT ALL. At one point they suggested we sleep on it and come back because it was close to closing. Catherine was excellent and tried hard to help us, but the manager was a joke and I will be taking my business, ready to buy a brand new 2021 and finance, elsewhere and trying to warn everyone I know to not waste their time when they arent willing to deal at all. Very let down but have already contacted another dealership and will hopefully purchase from them in the next few days.

Beardmore Subaru has A+ service. Since I purchased my Subaru Crosstrek there a year ago, I have only been in for routine oil change and tire rotation and 1 recall. The Service Dept. is always friendly and thorough. Any visit there is hassle-free. On my most recent visit, I was greeted outside at my car by a Service Associate with a mask on and gloves. They had me put my keys in a baggie. I felt very safe. My Subaru Crosstrek is amazing! Its a super smooth ride, peppy, and roomy in side, as well as comfortable. It is the 4th Subaru that we have in our family. I was never pressured when I was sold my Subaru Crosstrek. My Sales Associate, Jerry Fimple, took time to get to know me, was kind and informative. I highly recommend Beardmore Subaru.

Just had a employee driving a dealer car cut me off and almost hit my truck then proceed to break check me and flip me off blaring his horn. If that’s how the employees are I would never consider buying a vehicle from such a unprofessional place. Plus I’ve heard numerous people say how bad their experience is at beardmore. If you’re looking for a new Subaru or Chevy just call Baxter or H&H. I’m almost positive they take pride in their customers and not treat people like the armpit of the earth like beadmore does. Leased my new Outback right at the end of the year. Had Alex not gotten the price down into a range I could afford, it would not have happened. I know that let me talk to my boss is a common ruse in selling cars, but with Alex, I didnt feel anything other than a genuine desire to help. Recently had my Outback in for a complete engine tear down due to a head gasket failure. They had my motor out, tore down to pieces and back together and reinstalled in less than a week! Tom, my writer always welcomes me by name and isn’t pushy. Matt in parts is incredibly knowledgeable. The amount of part numbers in this guy’s head is astonishing! Jerry, the tech that worked on my Outback has been there for years and does A+ work. Finally, Tom Howard my sales guy makes buying a car fun! Highly recommend Beardmore for all your Subaru needs!

I came here to look at a 2017 Subaru Crosstrek they had. It was the first time I had ever bought a car by myself and I was nervous and didnt really know the process. I worked with Alex and it was a really great experience. I had gone to multiple other car lots at this point in my vehicle search and not once did any salesman take the time to explain the car and all of its features to me the way that Alex did. He knew the answer to every question I had and told me about things I didnt even think to ask. He made it clear that he was not paid by commission so it was really just his goal to help me figure out what I wanted and leave happy. Working with him was a breeze compared to everywhere else I went to check out cars! The guy I worked with in the Finance Department, Thane, was less than great. He offered very little guidance and explanation and I was confused and felt stupid for the most part, considering I had never bought a car on my own before. It just felt like he was bothered by my ignorance and that he was trying to push me out the door.But all in all, I got a great car for a great price! If it werent for Alex I may not have had the confidence to buy right away and I am so glad I did, I love my new car!

The personnel at Beardmore Subaru we’re very nice and did what they could, deserve five stars really. But I cannot see why it is that on my other cars I’ve owned the windshield wiper sprayer sprayed almost For height of the windshield. I brought the car in because I got tired of the sprayer only going up about halfway with the fluid. They said they checked it out comparing with a couple of other cars, etc. only to tell me that my sprayer was in specifications. Nothing further could be done. On my other cars I could physically twist the little sprayer mechanisms Allowing the fluid to spray higher. My Subaru is under warranty, so I did not want to mess with anything myself and mess it up. Guess I just have to live with it the way it is. It is doable, I just thought I could make it more doable.

I came in with an appointment, weirdly the gentleman who I had been in contact with was off work for the day which to me was a little weird/disrespectful. But, Sergio jumped right up, and took care of me. He found all my info and the vehicle I wanted to look at, which was moved to a different lot, communicated that with me and we found a better suited one for me, same make and model, around the same year, with a wayyy better paint job! Over all super satisfied with the help I got from Sergio as well as the finance team. They all went above and beyond and did an amazing job especially Sergio! Absolutely terrible experience, not only did they charge me $150 for “labor” they also quoted me $1000 more than the local tire shop for wheel bearings. Would not go there for service ever. Rip off and a waste of time. I sat there for 4 hours and was informed that the technician in charge of my car had went to lunch, and I’d have to wait until he returned. Most definitely do not recommend.

Everything went great. Waiting area nice and clean. Didnt take long for my car to be serviced and washed. They did forget to reset the display. But, the lady that was in charge of my car came out side and reset it for me. She was Great!

Great to be able to set appt time for service, get a free loaner overnight & a detail service for a great price. Car looked & ran great when I picked it up. Also, appreciated service rep, Tristan, gave me regular updates on repair/maintenance status AND was wearing a mask at all times to help prevent spread of COVID-19. I wish all staff would do the same.

The service staff was amazing. My Forrester would frequently go dead and need a jump start. The fella at the service customer service worked me in the schedule right away and 45 minutes later was finished, all warranty, and the car had been washed!

Due to COVID-19 0% interest rate deals on new Subarus, I began shopping around for a new Forester (I was previously looking at low-mileage used cars). I went to 3 major Subaru dealers in the area and Beardmore offered me a best price immediately. When another dealership said that they would meet Beardmores price, I told them they needed to give me their best offer and that I would not do their market research for them. None of them matched Beardmores price on their own.I also want to give a shout out to our salesperson, Jayson Neeley. He was patient with me in my 2-week buying process and was always eager to answer my questions. When I finally decided to purchase a car, he came in on his day-off to complete the deal. He was easy to work with and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a new car.

I brought my car in for an oil change, tire rotation, and complimentary car wash. I expected this would take an hour. As I sat in the waiting area I saw that a half hour into the appointment my car was still awaiting service. An hour later it was ready to go, but had not been washed. The courteous staff person who walked me to the car offered to have it washed then or later, after a lunch I had scheduled. Given my busy afternoon I chose not to return.
