DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!! I brought my Honda Element to this location after my catalytic converter was stolen. I had a new catalytic converter installed (which took them 3 weeks to do) and drove home excited to have my vehicle back. My car made it 20 minutes before my engine overheated and my car broke down. I had my vehicle towed back to Honda of Bellevue where they informed me that my head gasket was blown (huge issue that is easy to diagnose), and I needed a new radiator, timing chains, water pump, and thermostat. They estimated the cost would be around $7000 to fix. They also refused any responsibility for the damages to my car, even though it was completely fine before it was at their location for 3 weeks.I listened to my gut which told me they were lying to me and decided to get a second opinion. And guess what, I just needed a new radiator. That was the only problem. It was a $700 fix as opposed to a $7000 fix. Please do not take your car here, they will absolutely screw you over and take thousands of your dollars. Whatever you do, DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS PLACE!!!!! You and your vehicle deserve so much better than the awful service offered here.

They are dishonest and not professional. My car had some AC issue. I was told I can pick up my car in the same day. However, no one informed me when my car was ready to pick up and I had to wait for the whole afternoon. When I came here, the service center was closed. I picked up my car in sell part and was changed more than $1000. No one provided me more details during the process. They only called me they may need to check another things besides AC even I told them only fix AC. It wasted my money and time.

Easy to schedule service. Good, quality work. I had a passenger visor fixed here. From phone to service techs, the experience was great. Would definitely recommend!

Rude and unprofessional. First they make me wait for 15 minutes because the check-in person was in the rest-room the whole time, then they accuse me of arriving late !! After that, make me wait for one hour for an oil change. Suggest that, if I let go of the car wash, I will get my car sooner. No respect for customers time. They also completed the service for the other customer who arrived after me and made me wait for full hour after checking in 30 minutes late. Thats 90 minutes for an oil change. 90 minutes !!Taking my future maintenance elsewhere.

I was really disheartened as a customer with our experience at Honda service here.We went for an oil change. Our CRVs left side mirror cover had come off but the motor and everything about it was totally fine. There was nothing broken. All it needed was a 10 mins job to fit the cover back on the side mirror. We requested the same from them to inspect and fit the cover.Instead we were told that it has to be entirely replaced and the charges would be 731$.Luckily we didnt opt for it, came back and I myself fitted it. It took me exactly 10 mins to just fit back the cover. So I am immensely surprised by the inspection that is done at Honda claiming things as non-functional and requiring replacement where a simple 10 mins could have sorted the issue.I am one of the customers who could not be extracted with that amount but wondering if thats the level of inspection that happens generally and how other customers are charged.Or is it a policy for Honda to not fix an issue but charge for replacement? If Yes, I would be pretty interested to know where these policies show up.Also please note that the car was not even considered for a wash citing the side mirror cover issue.Honestly I regret purchasing car from Bellevue Honda considering the services and the inspections they do.

I recently moved here from California. I’m not sure how it’s here in Bellevue. In California, when your car arrives, the customer is immediately greeted by a friendly staff who places a floor paper in your car and then asks the customer kindly to wait for the next available service agent to take my booked service. Then once they finish, the car is driven back to the service drop off area for the customer. Here is what I encountered when I pulled up to the service department. No one greeted me. So I thought maybe they are understaffed and just busy. So I waited and see this one person walking around. I thought he was the person who greets, but when I waved, he saw and walked away. So I thought I mistook him for a customer. Then after a few minutes, I saw him placing the floor paper in another car. So he was a staff. Keep in mind I’m approaching the dealer service based on my precious dealer customer service. So perhaps they were busy, so I went to wait inside. I was greeted with a bit of nonchalant attitude from a staff. The good thing is they did take my service order shortly after. I mentioned I would like to rent a car, but was told they ran out of rentals. At the time of the booking, I was not informed the rentals needed to be booked in advance. Okay, so the agent said he will try to expedite the service to an earlier time around 1pm so I don’t have to wait as long. That was considerate of him. I said sure and decided to check out the surrounding shopping. I asked about the 10% discount when he was ready to create the paperwork because the discount must be applied prior to the paperwork type up. So the agent assured me he will put that on there once I sign the paper.I was messaged by the agent around 1:30. The car was ready for pickup. So I walked back to the dealer. It was good chance to get some exercise in waking up the hill. I arrived again at the service department. No one was there to greet. I had to walk around before I finally asked someone. A guy told me he will go check for me to see if my vehicle was ready. So I waited. Instead of coming back to inform me of an update, he started to vacuum a Honda that was parked outside the waiting area. So I decided to go find someone myself. I was able to find another agent. This agent walked me over to the first agent’s counter. He provided me the bill of service without the 10% discount. So I had to ask for it again. The agent had to reprint the entire bill, wasting paper and his time.So I signed and paid. Then he hands me my fob and pointed to the approximate spot where my vehicle is parked. the car was not brought back to the service drop off area. I had to walk up to the parking area. I opened the lid of my engine and see if all is well because I had a donut left there once from a long time ago at another dealership. So now I check every time. So there were some liquid spots not wiped up. I also noticed the battery red plastic cover was not pressed all the way down. No biggy. I can push that down. I haven’t check the engine oil, which I will and update here because I was getting too hungry trekking up that hill. I did notice they provided a complimentary car wash. Not the greatest, but still a free wash. 😊So overall, I rated 3 stars because 1 star for delivery on time, 1 star for decent friendly staff, 1 star for the complimentary car wash. I took off 2 stars simply for the lack of better customer service and detailed cleanup after the mechanical work. This is my experience here. Hope it helps.

Dishonest service center - my son took his Accord in for an oil change. They told him he needed a new battery, new brakes and the rotors resurfaced for a cost of nearly $1,500. We said just change the oil. When we picked up the car, our charge was $370. This included the oil change and filter, topping off fluids, inspecting belts and hoses, testing the battery and testing the horn. I’m wondering what I could have saved by testing the horn myself? I was told the brake pads were dangerously low, 2 mm on front and 0 mm on the back brake pads. We took the Accord to Klahanie Service Center for them to inspect the brakes, replace the pads and resurface the rotors. They charged us nothing to tell us the brake pads are fine at 5 mm and 4 mm and they wouldn’t even consider replacing them at this point. If you choose to have any work done at Honda Auto Service Center of Bellevue, make sure to get a second opinion because they are trying to rip off kids and they’ll do the same to you.

I made an appointment a week in advance. Was still told that I would have to wait up to 2 hrs for service. 2.5 hours later I am still here. Was told on phone would be $85 but once arrived told it would be $215. Tried to get my car back and leave before service finished but technicians avoided me.
