At first, I was worried and skeptical about consignment service in general. However, Park Place LTD has blown away my concerns and surpassed my expectations by selling my Audi R8 in just 3 days. Everything about Park Place is different than any other car buying experience we’ve ever had - all in a positive way! My wife and I recently purchased an Aston Martin Vantage Roadster and a Maserati Granturismo Sport from Park Place. We worked with Rami on both cars. Rami was always available to answer any questions and is very knowledgeable about the cars in their inventory. He was great to work with. Vic in finance is also great to work with. We came in as customers and left as friends!

I really appreciated that Park Place is willing to install customer supplied parts. Its very uncommon. John in Lotus service is a very cordial and friendly person.The price for the service ended up being about 40% higher than the initial estimate. I understand an estimate is just that, but it would be good to estimate on the high side.I was unhappy, however, to find that the paint finish on my cars paint and clear bra were noticeably scuffed in several areas. This required a decent amount of polishing by me to address and its not completely removed. I chose to go with the dealer because I would expect they would be the most careful with this type of thing.

If you’re going to Park Place be sure to ask for Rami. His expertise and knowledge was not only incredible, but he also made sure that my experience from walking in to leaving with my car was beyond what I expected. Sunmark Upholstery at Park Place did a great job repairing torn stitches on my drivers seat. I got quick emailed responses including a ball-park estimate based on emailed photos. A subsequent in-person visit yielded a prompt precise estimate, and on the day scheduled for work, everything went as promised. Work is great, price was reasonable.

Bought my first car from Park Place LTD today. It wont by my last. Wasnt an expensive car, probably the cheapest on the lot. They sell amazing exotic cars that cost more for a yearly maintenance than the car I boughts sticker. I say that because of course their service would be great when youre paying deep 6 or 7 figures, but I felt like I was buying a rare Lamborghini by the way they took care of me. Everyone was fantastic from reception to the friendly staff checking in on me. Hunter took great care of my deal and made the process as easy as possible. Very transparent and highly communicative. I was able to enjoy incredible eye candy of exotic Ferrari, Lotus and more as I looked around. This place has it all. Strongly recommend for the white glove treatment even if youre buying a blue collar car.

However, I worked with Hunter and I cannot say enough positive things about the interactions and timely updates regarding everything. Dave did a super job repairing driver seat cushion which was torn from two places. Looks good as new. I am very satisfied with the quality of the workmanship. I hope that the repair would last a couple of years as Dave promised. Highly recommend this place, although the repair was high priced.

For the past 5 years Park Auto Salon is my go-to place for professional interior and exterior car care. Recently I had them do a bra-wrap and apply 3 coats of ceramic paint protection to my new Tesla. It looks beautiful. Last week they tinted the windows for me. I appreciate that they hand wash my cars. Great customer service always, excellent workmanship. I highly recommend them.

I brought in my well loved Subaru Outback for a full interior detailing, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. They were able to remove the blue pen marks from my tan cloth seats, and there’s not even one dog hair left. They even hand washed the outside of my car and the tires. I’m very impressed, and I would highly recommend Park Place.

I had my car detailed. The result was very good but there were a fewobvious problems. The interior of the windshield still had marks on itthat it had when I brought it in. I plan to take it back in and have thewindow re-cleaned when I have a chance. There were smudge stains on the drivers sunshade that werent shampooed out.Other than that, the car looked beautiful.

John Lopez and the mechanics were able to diagnose a heating coolant error code and made the proper fix in a short period of time. The team has amazing depth in a variety of specialized sports cars.

My experience with Park Place was uneventful. David Bruski was easy to deal with, returned calls and e-mails promptly and made the transaction simple. One slight error in paperwork was handled quickly-no hassle. Arrangements to ship car were timely and I was kept totally informed. All in all a good experience.

Park Place Ltd. has a great deal of services for auto enthusiasts. Charge was a bit more than expected (but is is Bellevue). They do specialize in making dreams a reality (in case you haven’t been to their showroom).

Took my recently purchased used car in for an oil change. When I called to set an appointment they had to have someone call me back, who when he did and left a message, it was without his name and a missing digit from the call back number. I called back and was routed to someone I whose name I believe was John. I was pleased when he told me I would be able to get in the next day. When I drove in the next morning a helpful gentleman, who turned out to be the mechanic handling the oil change, took the car from me before I even parked. When I went inside the door next to the service bay I asked the gentleman behind the desk if this was where I should check-in. He said, who did you make the appointment with? I said, John I believe. He said Jag John? Cause I dont have you on my schedule. At that point, the mechanic interceded again and said, I already have the car in my bay. So I sat down to wait for the car to be completed glad not to have bothered Jag John too much figuring I understood how he got his nickname. The friendly mechanic showed me where there was a missing part on the underside of the car as he finished the oil change. He then told me he couldnt get the service reminder reset and that my OBDII port was dead as he couldnt get his scan tool to work either. $280 later I departed. When I got home I looked up the reset procedure for the service reminder and got it reset without much fuss. I was worried about the OBDII port issue since I had just purchased the car so as a matter of basic steps I checked the fuse and it was bad so I replaced it and my scan tool worked just fine. Interesting place.

Bought a 2005 Lotus Elise from here and it was a great buying experience.First time buying a used car so I didnt really know what to expect, but working with Rami, everything was much easier than I expected, super responsive to questions, overall a very enjoyable experience.Highly recommend this dealership!

I bought an Audi TTS here last week. I was able to test drive the car within 5 minutes of arriving at the dealership. To my surprise, I was not hassled at all afterwards about making an offer on the car. Instead, I just gave the keys back to Rami Atherton and went on my way. Agreed to recommended repairs which included replacing oil sending unit which they claimed was leaking. I had no noticeable leak but had oil streaming from car when I left. Whatever they did caused damaged to engine block which cant be repaired. I now have to replace the engine! Service manager claims not our problem Dont let them touch your car!

Nightmare... I bought a Superformance Cobra (not from Park Place) in September 2020. Hillbank (the main dealer for them) did some work in Scottsdale and then I drove it home to WA.$10k in misc work at Park Place had me scratching my head, then the clutch went out. That was $6k because they removed the engine and transmission. I later found out from someone experienced on those cars that wasnt necessary. Apparently the clutch is accessible through the tunnel and should have been a $2k job.It doesnt end there. I took the car back and was driving it. It had started spraying coolant everywhere. Turned out the radiator was cracked. Park Place claimed it had been that way. It hadnt. $3k for a new radiator. That took months and I had to chase them to get it installed. I dropped the car off in April 2021. At that point I was so fed up that when a Park Place consignment guy mentioned hed be interested in selling it, I said sure!Then Park Place finds another $2k bill theyd forgotten about. Yay.Car finally gets consigned 6/14/21 when they get the radiator together (two months after I dropped the car off!). Car goes on consignment and salesperson assures me they have plenty of interested buyers. It then sits for a month. No activity. The car was only listed on their site, not any of the common car sites, Cobra forums, etc. Fed up with this, I ask for the car back. Nope. Consignment term is 3 months and cant be shortened.I asked Chris, the manager if hed make an exception. He said no. I asked if he really wanted to burn bridges with me. He told me the bridge was already burned, so there was nothing to salvage with me.Today, 9/14/21 I finally got the car back. Bryan, the sales guy suggested that I speak with Doug in service about the out of control ($10k!) clutch bill. Doug told me to go pound sand.Their classic car guy is named Adam. Apparently there used to be a competent guy but he left and Adam took over. He has no idea what hes doing. In the words of one Cobra forum member: I wouldnt take my lawnmower to Park Place.I think the entire company is rotten. I dealt with them a decade ago consigning a Lotus and they were fine. This was miserable. +1 on not trusting them with lawnmowers. Stay away.

In all the cars weve decided to lease/bought Park Place LTD was the easiest to deal with by far. Rami Atherton the person who helped us buy this car was super knowledgeable and he didnt hound us on whether or not we wanted a warranty or if we were still interested in said car. The financing on it also went super smooth and was way faster than a typical dealership when buying a car since it typically take 4 or so hours just to get everything together. Park Place on the other hand was just super quick about it & they would have my business again in the future if Im looking for a car :)

By far the best car-buying experience Ive had. I called Park Place in the morning and was immediately connected with David (sales rep). He quickly let me know the car was still available and had it ready for test drive as soon as I arrived that same day. The dreaded wait between agreeing to buy the car and talking with finance was minimal at Park Place and it gave me time to checkout the rest of their cars (which are varied and interesting). After I had agreed to buy the car, they told me they would be fitting new tires to it (without any prompting from me). I highly recommend Park Place and will look at them first the next time I need a car.

I have used LTD in the past to wash, detail, and do tint and they have always done a great job. This past time from check-in to pick up was a complete miss. My tint was not done the way the other windows they did have been done. The door panel was partially removed and not reinstalled, the tint was the wrong shade and my truck was not washed. When I brought this to their attention I was told I would get a call that day to go over next steps and I didnt hear from them until exactly one week later after I did their review. Needless to say I wont be going back to LTD. I will just go to Karmichael Auto Salon, they are more expensive but they have always done what they say they are going to do.Dustin

I had heard a lot of great reviews about getting a full detail from this place from co-workers but didnt experience it myself, until I made the call to make an appointment.All I can say is that Hanna & Taylor are fantastic to speak with and they took the time to listen to some of my concerns. Even better in person. Taylor patiently spent the time with me to go in and around the vehicle to note some of the key corrections I wanted to address. He is super cool to acknowledge them and made several recommendations on whats best for the vehicle. Both Hanna and Taylor are very detailed oriented in documenting everything, which I loved.When it was time to pick the vehicle up. It was raining. They recommended waiting till it was bit clear and not raining, for obvious reasons. The vehicle was in stunning condition when I finally made it to Park Place to pick it up. There were still a few spots but Dan addressed them right away. The called-out items in my walk-through with Taylor were done in amazing condition. There were still a couple of items for which I had to come back but again Taylor to the rescue. My son has a 2007 Saab that we couldnt fix on our own. After trying to find a mobile mechanic to fix it, we ended up rising our to Park Place Service Dept. It took a while but they didnt give up. We have the car back now and all is well. Any issues ever come up again, we will start by taking it to Park Place.

Brought my Mercedes E55 for a service, brakes, transmission fluid/filter and a new radiator. They did a great job for a good price and the car was finished in 2 days which is great considering the need to source parts.**Update** Had an air strut go on the front drivers side. Adam took the time to give me some really clear and useful instruction on how to safely get the car towed to the shop. He and his team performed the work quickly and got me back on the road. They do such a great job.

My experience with Park Place has been long distance, via emails and phone calls. Everything has gone very smoothly. My car was given good maintenance procedures by Park Place, and the car will soon be shipped to me. Park Place has handled the sale, including all the paperwork, and arranged the shipping in a very timely manner. I want to acknowledge my sales person, Dave Bruski. He has been very communicative and helpful. I especially want to thank him for his research on my cars history, again in a thorough and timely manner. Hunter was an excellent salesperson. He helped me find the right car and we were able to work out a deal that worked out well for me financially. The car was in good shape and was detailed before I picked it up. I had a bulb go out and Hunter had it replaced the next day. Park Place commands a price premium, and in general I havent always felt the most welcome there, but going straight to Hunter was the best decision I couldve made with my purchase.

About $45K purchase (almost $60K after taxes, shipping, and warranties etc.) and yet owner’s manual and second key were missing! Vehicle sold “as is” but never informed me about missing items at the time of purchase.

Great overall experience. My car was thoroughly cleaned inside and out.A+ service from the time I arrived to the time I picked up my car.

Excellent service. John Kelly did a great job servicing my Jag XKR. The detailers also did a great job - the 20 year chrome wheels were showing their age....they polished them up nicely to an almost new look!

Not all the interior looks great some small areas were not cleaned completely and I had thought they’d be done.
