Ive been taking my 2000 4Runner to Auto Dynamix since 2012, they are the best! Theyre super honest and reasonable, and always have reasonable prices on big services/replacements. I havent had a single problem with them in all my visits, Ive built up tons of trust in them which is awesome! Id fully recommend them to anyone who needs a quality, trustworthy mechanic!

Ive only used Auto Dynamix for a month and so far their accountability and service is impeccable. They go the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied. I brought in an old Mazda that I had bought and discovered was in a bad state and was in need of expensive repairs. Where other places were requesting a full inspection price to even look at it, Anthony at Auto Dynaix did the inspection without hesitation or fee.I had them fix three of the broken engine mounts and they only said two were required. Things were well until I noticed some noise. When I came back and they realized the third one needed to be fixed and they did not charge for labor as they should have caught this the first time they were there. Im amazed by their accountability: they were willing to take a second look, they realized the issue they missed and they took responsibility for it. They did all of this without any nudging on my part, which is the way service should be and Im glad to say that this is one of the few places where it is. They provide service that is reasonable and with your interests at heart.Additionally they gave a complementary safety inspection when I was concerned. Theyve always taken the time to explain whats going on and they dont suggest repairs that arent required. With so much value add and good service I definitely recommend this place.

Being highly disappointed in official dealerships service, I started to service my Toyota at Auto Dynamix and love it! They do a great job keeping my car running and flawless, and they dont sell me unnecesarry repairs (thank you! Hard to find quality). I recently made contact with Dave at Auto Dynamix and explained that I wanted to renovate a 1996 Dodge Neon with low mileage and many problems. He assured me that they would be happy to take on my project and that the car would be drivable and good for many more years.The procedures required three separate stays at the garage. Transportation to and back was very accommodating and graciouslypleasant.Dave carefully explained each step and estimated the cost before they proceeded. First came a general tune-up. Then new tires. Their collaboration with a tire company made that a breeze. They checked out the a/c. It just needed freon. Then a series of complicated electrical problems needed attention. For this they brought in Marco, a whiz, who corrected all of them. Now the lights, speedometer,and odometer are working, as well as the car no longer stalls randomly which was nerve wracking.Its a pleasure to drive again. Dave told me that they could work magic. Fixing this car saved thousands of dollars. I now have reliable transportation and my life style has improved.I was always treated with respect and consideration. Auto Dynamix has earned my trust.

Best auto mechanic Ive ever had. Very honest, personable. Khea accidentally overcharged me and called right away when he noticed the error to make good on the mistake. Has always provided sound advice on what my car needs and doesnt need to continue to be reliable at at 10 years and 116k.

This place is awesome. Im a 25 year old girl who nows nothing about cars and they were fair and honest. Did not try to up sell me for stuff I dont need and make what they did simple to understand.

Dave and Khea were quick to help out and get me back on the road. They recently serviced my 2016 Kia Soul. The two Kia dealers were weeks out on their services, so I reached out to Auto Dynamix and they took my car in the same day and I had it back all fixed by noon!I will definitely be coming back.

I have nothing but good things to say about this place! Dave and Khea are both super cool guys. I had a vehicle that I was potentially going to buy that I wanted to get inspected, and when I expressed that their inspection price might be a little out of my price range, they did it for free (which is extremely helpful when you’re in the expensive process of buying a car!!) Dave gave me a very thorough explanation about things that were wrong with the car and things that I needed to be aware of - one of them being that the battery was really weak. He offered to replace the battery himself and he did it the next morning when the shop wasn’t even technically open. I was very impressed by the service and I wish I lived in Bellevue so I could be a regular customer!!

There is no option for 0 star otherwise I would give it.. really bad experience.. never come back again.. gave my car for a problem in engine and they charged me money. And when I got my car back I get to know that actual problem is not solved. And when I go again to tell them to check my car and problem, they again ask me money for it.. really bad.. shame on u guys.. customers trust you bt u cheat them..

These guys are great. They first helped give me information about a recall for one of my problems. A second visit I had a pebble in my brake system causing a clicking noise and they took it out at no charge.

Weve been going to Khea at Auto Dynamix for several years now, beginning with tire installation on an Acura Integra and more recently with all kinds of service on our BMW 535 and Audi A4. Echoing the reviews of other customers, weve always been extremely pleased with their customer service, and have found their work to be precise, reasonably priced, and most of all, honest.

Ive had several of my vehicles repaired by Khea through the years and am very happy. The customer service is great and the workmanship is equally great. As an example, I had a funny noise that I had no idea what it was. Khea diagnosed it as one problem but after working on it and replacing some parts they discovered it was in fact a different problem. He fixed all issues and didnt charge me the additional amount for the extra parts because he said I quoted you and dont feel it is fair to charge you extra. In all fairness, the parts were old and failing and needed to be replaced anyways.Another example is I always check with them first before spending any money on the vehicle. They always give me an honest answer if something needs to be replaced or if is still good and I can save my money. I recommend Asuo Dynamix to all my friends for their honest and superior service.

Update:Today I found out that when they put torx screws into the dowel pin (Phillips head), it DESTROYED the thread of speed nuts for dowel pin. Thus so far I lost two dowel pins and eachs price at VW/Audi dealer is $12 bucks. Additionally, I have to buy two new speed nuts and rent a lift again. One mistake that keeps biting me. lol.Dont bring your VW/Audi to this shop..I bought a used Audi S5 and trying to get an inspection (Shouldve brought it to an German shop). However, even though I didnt ask, Auto Dynamix did an oil change on my car and used WRONG oil..They used Mobil 1 5W30, which doesnt meet VW 502 000 (Mobil 1 0W40 does) and could potentially void my engine warranty if anything happens. Also since I need to drive this car at Sunday for a road trip, I had to go to a DIY garage, paid for the oil and rental fee and did an oil change myself. Also when I did the oil change, I found Auto Dynamix screws up my cars belly pan by putting T25 screws into Phillips screws hole and vice versa.So I lost 90 bucks to do the unneeded oil change and a few hours of a Saturday afternoon and potential engine damage. And they wont reimburse a bit.They cant even figure out which oil is the right oil for your VW/Audi, so please dont let them touch your VW/Audi.
