No trust. Read your contract before signing it!I purchased a vehicle at this dealership at the beginning of June 2021. I was very disappointed by the level of service and honesty!Here is one example of the issues.When I sign the contract, I specifically asked the finance manager for the total price of the service package. He typed $2780 on his screen. I asked twice if that the total price for the service package. He said YES. I went ahead to sign the contract with the service package. It was 9pm, I was in a rush. So, I didnt check every number on my contract.Later that night, I read through the contract and found out the total price for the service package was much higher in the contract. I went back the next day and asked for an explanation. The finance manager said $2780 is the amount he saved for me. I felt like I was fooled. OK, this is my fault because I didnt read through everything before signing the contract. I accepted it.The service package was cancelable as stated in the contract. I decided to cancel it because I was fooled. I requested a cancellation based on the contract.The dealership told me it will take 8 weeks to process the cancellation. Fine, I will wait.8 weeks later, I went back again. The dealership told me it will take 12 weeks to process the cancellation. Fine, I will wait.Now, it is 17 week later (10/11/2021). No one processed my cancellation yet. I think I need to wait until the service package expires. Then, they dont have to process it.This is only one example they tricked me. I can provide more.

I noticed on a Friday evening that my oil level was below the recommended level. I was concerned about being able to get an appointment. However when I looked on line the earliest appointment was on Wednesday. When I called the service representative, he was able to get me in early that follow Monday. Thats real service. We recently decided that it was time to start looking at a new vehicle. The decision to go to Bellevue was based off my husbands loyalty to Howard Holt in the Service Department who has provided him excellent service and assistance for the past several years with his other Cadillac. The car of interest- CTS5 Sport was in stock at Bellevue so we made an appointment.We originally had an appointment booked with someone else and ended up having our appointment with Ian, who I am most pleased to write this review about. There are two things that can describe the entire experience with Ian: genuine and comfortable.From first greeting throughout the entire experience Ian provided one of the best car sales experiences I have ever had. He took wonderful care of us. He went above and beyond in each area of the process and his customer service and attention to detail was exceptional.The test drive was extremely comfortable, like driving with a friend. The time that he took to listen to our needs and wants during the process of financing versus leasing, price negotation for the new vehicle and trade in for the other car was smooth. He was never once pushy about it. I thoroughly enjoyed chatting with him in the wait periods from the decision to move forward with the vehicle through contract draw ups, servicing the car etc. The contract process was also very smooth and easy with Diego. Everything was explained well to us from both gentlemen and they answered any questions that arised thoughtfully.When the car was ready he took additional time to go over all of the features of the car and made sure that everything was set up to our needs. Our experience at Cadillac of Bellevue was Top Notch from the time we walked in until the process was complete. The crew was great! Our Sales Agent David P. was phenomenal! Real stand up dude, who didnt pressure us in any way. Matter of fact he let me use his phone to watch the playoff football game that was on. His Sales Mgr. Jad actually listened to our special requests, and we ended the buying process with the feeling that they actually compromised with us and bent a bit on their end, which made us happy with our purchase.The Finance Mgr Andrew W. was chill and cordial which helped to make the tedious stage of paper signing not so painful.My lady mentioned in her post that we had a battery issue not even a month after having the vehicle. I contacted the the store and spoke with Lancer Supasatit (Sales Mgr), another stand up guy. He was able to get his guy Tom (Shop Tech) out to my location right away with a battery replacement. Of course thats not a situation anyone wants to deal with when you purchase a vehicle with only 25k miles on it. My dad and I recently came in to purchase an XT4 Sport for my mom. Let me tell you, this was the smoothest, least stressful process we’ve had in buying a car. The whole team was beyond kind and outstandingly professional, more specifically Colton (internet sales) and Diego (financing). Colton had everything ready for us the moment we stepped onto the lot. We started the buying process online and decided to pickup in person. The moment we got on the lot, Colton had the XT4 all ready for a test drive. With Diego, he made the financing process simple and easy. He didn’t pressure us into any services but provided all the details on what he thought would benefit us most. This is what sales should be like. The entire buying process took a little longer than we had expected however it was well worth it. While we were waiting for the car to get detailed and financing to be ready, we were kindly checked on by multiple associates making sure we were taken care of. Some may say that is a bit pushy, but we appreciated the gesture and didn’t feel any ill will from it. We will definitely be coming back when we buy our next vehicle.

I was disappointed to see many people in the dealership were not adhering to COVID requirements. I saw at least 10 staff NOT wearing masks. People sitting and watching TV with no masks. It was just not acceptable.Ali was very nice to work with and tried to get us a good deal. When the finance manager came over to chat, he was very rude. I asked him to get to the point of the price as wed be there for almost 2 hours and he responded Im SO sorry that we wasted SO much of your day - I actually called him out for being rude. Needless to say I would not buy a car from him so will be looking elsewhere. However, like I said before Ali was nice and helpful to work with -- to bad he was just the middle man or else we might have been able to get a deal done!EDIT After response from Owner: I am sorry but no, the majority of your sales staff did NOT have a mask on or they were wearing them improperly. When I expressed concern about this they didnt ask guests or staff to put their masks on but they escorted us to a different area of the store and brought a table over so we could sit.

I really like the adaptive cruise control, we take long road trips and being able to just set at a certain speed and not to have to adjust the cruise control constantly is a bless. Jazmyne was the greatest person ever! She helped me get the car I wanted she even showed me how to drive manual, how cool! I was really vibing with her. That was something amazing she did.It took me quite a long time for me to decide which car i wanted (it was weeks lol ) and Jazmyne was really there for me, she went that extra mile. I appreciated all those things she did for me.Ok unfortunately there is negative feed back for the dealer other wise it wouldve been a 5 star. The Finance Department did do a bad job, there was some issues with pricing and registering the vehicle. Bad for that department:( (everything got squared out at the end thoe).But with Jazmynes outstanding job, I would definitely shop in the future for any other car.Thanks Jazmyne!
