The staff, especially Michelle, were wonderful. I felt like I was really taken care of. I got a great deal on a replacement part and the service was completed faster than expected. Dan and Michelle are genuinely wonderful people to talk to and get your service from. Wanted to get some custom work done on my car and called in at Midas Factoria since it was just close by. Dan kept it honest and extremely professional advising me on what to look for when doing such work and told me that he felt like he wouldnt do a great job and recommended to try out other places. Ive had multiple shops in the past do work for me which they quickly say easy job but the work comes out horrible. Dan without hesitation didnt care about the money and was honest with his customers. In addition, Michelle is extremely respectful and professional. There was a couple trying to figure out what was actually done on their car while I was sitting in the waiting room and Michelle patiently explained exactly what service was done and how they did it without sounding even slightly irritated about the questions which many service center representatives have a tendency to do.Would highly recommend this location and especially Dan and Michelle.

Midas factoria was much more reasonable than Midas Issaquah 50% savings 10 miles

I called approximately 7 repair shops to find out if they are available for immediate power steering flush performed on my car on Saturday at 2:55pm. No one wanted to do it on Saturday except for last one, it was Midas in Factoria. Reasonable price and time. And I loved their service, and looks like they are there for a very long time which is awesome. And... I don’t know. I am just satisfied with the service. Thank you guys!

3 weeks after oil change, the car needed 4 Quarts of oil!! (No oil leak evident on garage floor). Brought to attention of Manager and then Regional Rep with little consideration except to say sorry and they couldnt understand how it could happen--Me neither except to think the (20yr tech) forgot to put oil in!!

Went and got my motor mount replaced a few months ago and the vibration stopped for a month, than came back a month later. Took the car back in to see what was wrong with it and said the part I needed fixing was the part I previously put in last month saying it was a malfunction part. They kept my car over night and left it in neutral so my battery died and the lady in the front was very rude and uninformed. This place has terrible service and is unprofessional.

My new go to place. Recently I had a new set of tires installed. Since I didnt have anything better to do I waited in the customer area. For a little over an hour I could here every customer interaction. I know enough about cars that I can recognize BS. People came in with some crazy requests but Dan and his team always gave honest, useful advice. Offered to take a look for free and give intelligent quotes. 5 stars😎

Basic oil service is $30, though $84 if customer supplies their own oil, filter and pan bolt. Wish I could just find a good place for a basic oil change. Thats the gateway to building trust for future automotive repair.

Ive been taking my cars here for years. Theyre always honest and fairly priced. I highly recommend this Midas for any car maintenance needs.

Came in with a brake screeching and pedal vibration. I thought my brakes were done for. Spoke with Travis. He was very informative on the phone and brought me in for a FREE break inspection. Turns out my rotors in the front needed resurfacing. No extra gimmicks and no extra up sale on stuff I didnt need. Just straight forward expert help. I sincerely recommend this Midas. Ask for Travis.

Went in to get my tire patched. They said they couldnt and tried to sell me 4 tires for $600.I went to Les Schwab and got it fixed for free.

They quickly (and for free) checked out my tire that had been slowly leaking over and over again. All the staff were courteous and thorough with all my options and patched the car up fast and cheap!

I went in for grinding brakes, probably due to a rock stuck in the brakes.They looked the car over carefully and even test drove to find problems. After a close check, they sent me back on the road without charging me a dime!They have earned my trust.

Called and the first girl that I spoke to laughed when I asked about a Transmission Range Sensor Circuit code which I thought was really disrespectful. I then got connected with the manager Michelle. The customer service from Michelle was no better than the first person. I was told that I was going to be charged for a diagnostic. Ive been going to the Fauntleroy location for the past three years and have never been charged for a diagnostic nor have I been quoted for one I asked if she could waive it if I got the work done and she flat out told me no. Ive called other shops who had no problem waving the diagnostic fee if I got all of the services done with them. The only reason I called this place is by recommendation from another location Im completely appalled and disappointed by the treatment. I will never spend my money here!

Fixed a flat on my BMW i3 tire. It holds air now. However, they failed to tighten my lug nuts on my wheel and it nearly fell off my car while driving home. Only hand tight lugs, 2 lost on the road. Charged me $31 for the honor of being nearly killed. They seemed really sorry when I called them.

Instead of charging me for help with a corroded battery that wasnt actually that corroded, they let me watch as they cleaned it for me and explained a bunch of things I didnt know and how to fix the problem myself going forward. Very friendly and honest experience, Ill be back for other services.

Easy access and many shops nearby

Midas in factoria did a transmission oil change to my car and they didnt put all the screws back of the bottom cover, and when I called to let them know the man who answered the phone just say ok then I told him I will bring the car tomorrow. I hope they did not forget other things. Im very disappointed.

I called to inquired the availability of any matching tires for my Mercedes. The staff who answered the phone was rude and not helpful. He did not show any willingness to help at all. Why would I go there to have services done when people there are not ready to help? Do not recommend this place!

The people at this Midas location are either DISHONEST or INCOMPETENT! The following is my experience with Midas on Factoria Boulevard:On 6/9/16, I towed my Honda Civic to this Midas after it failed to start. The next day I was told that it was the starter causing the problem. So I paid Midas $385.35 to have the starter replaced and at the meantime they performed a diagnostic inspection on my car. I picked up my car on Friday, 6/10/16, and drove 5.5 miles to home. I parked my car in the garage without driving it for the entire weekend.Guess what?! Monday morning 6/13/16, my car did not respond at all as I put the key in. I called Midas and talked to Don there, he promised that if it was Midas mistake, they will reimburse me the tow fee ($140) plus parts & labor cost to get my car running again. Then the next day, Don informed me the alternator was bad and a replacement was needed.He denied any responsibility for NOT noticing the alternator was bad when they put in the new starter. Really? Shouldnt the surrounding components around the battery be tested after a new starter is put in? So I ended up paying $394.48 to have the alternator replaced.To the business owner at Bellevue Midas, if you are reading this, the invoice numbers related to my story above are 0243535 and 0243593. If you are honest and care about your business, you should look into the competence of your auto technicians as well as refund half of what I paid plus the tow fee! However, if you choose to run a dishonest business, I highly recommend the readers of this review to bring the car somewhere else!!! It will save you time, energy & money!!!!!!!FOLLOW-UP REVIEW 8/8/16This is my follow-up review regarding Factoria Midas. Couple days after I posted my first Google review, I was contacted by the Midas’ representative, Lynne. She was very understanding and helpful to remediate my negative experience with Midas in Bellevue. After providing them proof of invoice, Midas sent me a check to reimburse the tow charge incurred on the 2nd trip to Midas. In addition, Lynne was able to work with the Factoria location and gave me a fair amount of store credit. Given the proactive steps Midas took to undo my bad experience at the Factoria location, I would bring my car to Midas in the future for services.

Another shop asked me for $700+ for fixing my right turn signal. This shop charged me $21 for replacing a light bulb. That speaks all.
