I hit accidentally hit a curb with my front wheel and it ruined my tire rim, and perhaps the wheel but it turned out we wanted/needed to buy new and quieter tires for my car.Mercedes replaced it all to our satisfaction and more. My car was returned to us washed and vacuumed which we appreciated especially during the rainy weather.Chris was my service person and he was courteous, friendly and professional, just an all around great guy. He often kept us apprised of the status on our car throughout the entire time they had our car, plus they gave us a courtesy car to use in the meantime.Thanks Mercedes, a job well done for these happy customers!

I recently had my car towed to Bellevue. It wouldn’t start, turns it out it was electrical steering. The service Advisor Jacob L was so helpful, and accommodating since the part was located in Texas and it was going to take a few days for the part to arrive. He gave me a loaner in the meantime. Also, the mechanic Tim was awesome who worked with me to get my car back as quickly as possible. They’re professional and knowledgeable, I would definitely go back to them for car needs. Great customer service!

I bought my first Mercedes-Benz a week ago as used from the dealership in Portland. My husband drove over to Portland and brought the car back home. Upon receiving the car, I realized that the lid covering the cup holders in the front was damaged and slanted down as if they put something too heavy on it, and there was a rattling sound coming from the car while idling. I was so disappointed since this was a 2020 vehicle and the car of my dreams from every other aspect! Took the car to Mercedes-Benz Bellevue service center and told them about the recent purchase and the rattling sound (didnt mention the lid). Justin was super attentive to my situation, assured me that the car was fully under the manufacturers guarantee and whatever the problem was, they would find it and fix it at absolutely no cost to me. Honestly, this is the service you want to receive when you buy a used car for $55K. Justin arranged a nice loaner for me, and kept me informed throughout the day about the progress. They figured out the root cause the next morning and when I went to pick up my car I saw that they closed out the open recalls, performed the regular service like changing the windshield wipers and whatnot, washed it inside out, and provided me with super valuable information on the current state of the brakes, tires etc. To put a bow on this stellar service, I realized that they also fixed the damaged lid without me telling them! All of this at zero cost. My car practically feels brand new at this point and I am truly impressed with the level of customer service I received. Thank you Justin and all of the folks working here, keep up the amazing work!

I was met at the service area promptly and politely. They found my order right away and asked how to contact me when service was complete. As promised I received a text about 30 minutes ahead of the time the car would be ready to pick up. At each step along the way the team was unfailingly respectful of my time - and they were very nice about it too!At delivery they went over each item they checked out with me anbd let me know when Id next need to service the vehicle. A shout out to Morgan, my primary contact person in this process - he was particularly nice!

Under normal circumstances, Im less inclined to write reviews but this case certainly warrants one. Mercedes-Benz of Bellevue was the best car buying experience Ive ever been a part of. All the staff were professional, prompt and courteous. Especially the salesman who assisted me, Mr. Jeff Lewis. Jeff understands that in most cases, time is more valuable than money; to say he was prompt would be an understatement. He listened intently to what I wanted (and didnt want) and immediately went to work to find the perfect car...off the showroom floor. He prepared upfront financial data, was honest about every detail and made sure the transaction went as smooth as possible. Moreover, he has followed up with me directly even weeks later to make sure all the services or various other action items were completed to my satisfaction. It is my sincere hope to work with Jeff again, but also, that you get the pleasure to buy from him as well.Thank you Mercedes-Benz of Bellevue and Mr. Jeff Lewis for making my return business an easy decision.

I came in to have my sun roof examined for a possible manufacturing recall; it did not require repair. I requested an inspection and received a nice report categorizing things in need of attention and things that were not at that point. It was very thorough and the evaluation made sense for a car of this age (18 years old). The work was performed on time and all was handled in a courteous and professional manner.This was my first time in for service at this dealership; I will go back.

It is not the service center but the service advisor that I was impressed by the most. Sarah Quinonez at Mercedes-Benz of Bellevue was outstanding in her professional, sincere, courteous manner in explaining the details of the services provided. She made sure I was totally satisfied when she was answering all the novice questions that I asked. I hope the wonderful customer service that I used to enjoy in the past (for 10 years) but was lost recently at this service center can be restored through Sarahs example.

We were able to browse around on all displayed cars and suv inside and outside at the time of visit. No pressure from sales people. Area was clean and neat. Maintenance shop was awesomely well kept. Our salesperson, Raymond, was very professional and was able to answer our questions. He showed us the vehicles that we are interested. And let us test drive both of the vehicles to see which one really suited to our likes and meet our expectations.

Mercedes Bellevue, as always was great. Prompt, friendly and thorough. Sarah got me checked in, I got a rental car which took 5 minutes, then I was off. And I got to keep the car overnight because I couldnt make it back that day. They do a great job and its why Im a forever Mercedes lady!

One of the best service departments I have ever used to maintain my vehicle. Jerome is an exceptional concierge and always a pleasure to see him. Wayne is an expert and totally trust in his judgement for what I need and what I dont. They take care of everything. This last service Wayne saw I had brushed the garage and white paint was all over the front fender. He personally buffed it out and made the car look like new. This is my second Mercedes since moving here from the East Coast and I couldnt ever think of buying another brand and losing these two pros!

I was car shopping this month, something I really don’t like to do at all, and I must say that Jacob Baker from Mercedes-Benz Bellevue made the whole experience actually very enjoyable! He was professional, informative and not pushy whatsoever. I really felt he was genuine, honest and was really trying to do right by me. The GM and Ashley from financing were also fantastic. Ashley specifically was a wealth of knowledge about leases and again I felt very comfortable with her recommendations and financing options. I walked away with the car of my dreams at fair price and a gigantic smile on my face :) I am no longer an Audi or BMW girl, I am Mercedes Bellevue all the way! Back when Mercedes Benz of Bellevue was know as Barrier the service was exceptional, first class and more. Everything was personal, the staff treated you well, promises made were kept and the painful process of car maintenance was actually pleasant. As it has on the sale side of things, change in ownership has led to a complete downward spiral in all aspects of the dealership. Turnover in every facet of their business has killed what was once an exceptional dealership. As is often the case, the devil is in the detail and thats where they have gone most astray. For example, getting a loaner with service was automatic and the smart management team used that as an opportunity to upsell you on new and exciting vehicles with almost always a gentile push to trade up. Now? If you can get one, you are lucky if is one of their own, as in my experience they pass you off to a low grade rental company which peddle off dirty, old yet serviceable vehicles with a high pressure opportunity to upgrade out of your pocket to a brand more in line with the car you are having serviced. No, this is not a COVID thing. The business on both sides (sales and service) has been deteriorating since the sale. The attitude has suffered the most at the top and trickled down. Management used to walk around and deal with any issues on the spot. Now, emails or phone calls that you are asked to leave them from staff go unanswered and the flippant, you are nothing more than a number is pervasive. I will say, Lisa in the service area is kind, warm, attentive and a delight to work with. Aside from her, Id say go to a Jiffy lube, Costco or anywhere else for service. You will pay less, get at least the same quality of care and probably leave less frustrated for the experience.

Went in for recall of airbags. I was late for my appointment and they still had a loaner car for me. There were a few other items that needed attention and they provided no pressure estimates. We will have the service preformed and plan on purchasing a new E Class from them this year.

I bought a 2019 CPO c300 from this dealer. The overall experience was good. Sales was really nice and welcoming. However, I found some chips on the window right after I drove out of the dealer and they refuse to repair it since it’s considered not a “big” issue and it was on the passenger side. No other action was taken either.Please check your entire vehicle carefully before you make the purchase especially when you are getting a second hand car.

Went for periodic maintenance. Taking appointment online was easy and quick. On the date of service was attended within short time after reaching and was briefed with what to expect in the service and the delivery time was scheduled as well. Engine coil failed (second coil in 1 year) in 2015 ML350. Was close to dealership so stopped in w/out appt. Service tech Justin immediately took care of the issue, provided loaner for overnight and repair was completed by 10am next day. Excellent service all the way around, as always!

I brought my wifes 2015 CLA250 with only 22,000 miles back to the dealership for the 3rd time, and the same oil leak, and they failed to diagnose and fix the oil leak in the oil filter housing as diagnosed by my local and independent Mercedes technician. The Bellevue Mercedes Service Manger went as far as to slam and inform me, the outside shops do a quick diagnosis and then upsell without doing the proper work. The Bellevue Service wasnt aware the outside shop technician is a neighbor and friend and was assisting me with this ongoing issue. We were hoping Bellevue Mercedes would just back their warranty and the car they sold to me back in late 2015 with only 6,000 miles. If this were a former Phil Smart run dealership from the past, there would be no questions asked, and they would have fixed the car the 1st time.When I called to booked the appointment, the Service Manager asks me if I would like a Mercedes loaner car which I have used in the past. When I arrived, I found out I was renting a Kia from Enterprise. I understand there is a car shortage now, but I dont feel the dealership was transparent with this new loaner program.In my view, if the dealership cant be transparent with a Mercedes loaner program, then indeed, the dealership will not be honest and support a warranty program that will cost the dealership time and money. Be aware of the Bellevue Mercedes dealership and go to Seattle Mercedes, which Auto Nation does not own, and they will be transparent with their customers.

I took my car into Mercedes-Benz of Bellevue for a recall service. I have always had superior service and their service people are friendly and professional. They also offered, free of cost, an e-engine update to fix a problem with a service light coming on when there really isnt anything wrong with the car and we had received no notice of needing this. Nice - hate when that light comes on for apparently no reason. They also performed at no cost a multi-point inspection of the tires, battery and other things, AND washed the car and sanitized and cleaned the entire inside of the car. Now that is service. Said it might take all day but it only took a few hours. I highly recommend taking your car here. We have a private Mercedes mechanic but anytime I have had to take my car here to check tire pressure issues or for recall fixes, their service is stellar.

I brought our ML350 in for routine service/maintenance. I continue to be impressed with the quality of the technical teams and the high level of customer service from Bellevue Mercedes-Benz staff. When I bring in our car for service I always schedule a loaner car. This is typically quick and easy and is very much a value add to me. Much to my dismay, during this service the loaner car provided was not through Bellevue Mercedes-Benz but through Enterprise Rental Car. I was not aware of this prior to arriving and may have rescheduled my appointment if I had known so as to ensure a loaner directly from Bellevue Mercedes. The cost of the rental car was fully covered (except for $5 worth of gas). However I waited at the dealership for an hour before the rental was available. I also didnt appreciate attempts by the Enterprise representative to up sell me to a better car (Audi verses the Kia provided) or on collision insurance. This was a frustrating experience and not what I have come to expect from Bellevue Mercedes-Benz. Hopefully, this is a temporary change is how loaner cars are provided. If not I will likely take my future business elsewhere.

Although, the service folks were extremely polite and professional but was not happy in finding still lot of dirt inside my GLS below the back seat even after a clean and vacuum. Seemed like it was just done for the sake of it and not with enough care. Even though I live closer to the airport way location I dont feel the warmth quality of work and professionalism like you do at the Bellevue location.I rather drive further out verses going to the airport way location. I purchased a 2013 Audi S7 from out of state. I asked the salesman to provide detailed pictures identifying the flaws. A few pictures were sent with very minor issues that you would expect a well maintained used car to have. Following discussions and review of the service history I agreed to purchase and have the car shipped to me knowing I could return it within 5 days of receiving it. The buying process was the most cumbersome and overly complicated transaction I’ve ever been thru taking nearly a week! Completely unacceptable! The car arrived and I proceeded with a hand wash to get a good feel for it’s cosmetic issues. The photos sent by the salesman were quite misleading. It didn’t take long to recognize at least 2 unreported accidents followed by poorly done repairs. Complete with incorrectly sanded body filler, fender bolts not fastened, missing hardware and misaligned body panels. Dents in the roof and dings in the door that somehow he missed reporting to me. If I had walked up to this car on the lot I would have passed not considering it but I’d had it shipped and I’m pretty handy with this so I decided to not return based on these flaws and to decide after its mechanical inspection by my Indy. My first drive resulted in limping home due to the belly pan not being correctly installed after the selling dealer changed the oil. It came loose from the front of the car at highway speeds folding under the car and destroying itself. This is a real safety issue left by the Bellevue mechanics where this could have completely broken free and hit another vehicle or motorcycle causing a serious accident. The salesman I contacted said sorry, how pathetic. If my Audi Indy hadn’t given it a clean bill of health from a mechanical standpoint and I hadn’t paid for the shipping I would have returned it. My experience with Mercedes Benz of Bellevue was less that satisfactory mostly because of their lack of attention to detail by not identifying the obvious flaws and incorrectly reassembling the car following a simple oil change. If you work with this dealer be wiser and more cautious than I was.

I received a recall notice via mail, so I scheduled an appointment for the recall. Once I arrived at the service facility, I was told that both recall service will be done in a timely manner. So, I waited in the waiting area for 2 hours.I then was called back into the advisors office and was quickly debrief on what was done to my car. I was told both recall service was performed and I was free to go. When I was about to drive off, I was waved down by the advisor and he advised me that the recall was not done due to them not having the correct parts. Basically I was lied to and the advisor wasted 2 hours of my time for nothing. He should of told me in the beginning he did not have the correct part, ordered the correct part, scheduled a new appointment for me from the start, instead of wasting my time. The communication was poor and he did not give me a proper explanation on why he did not tell me in the beginning.I was frustrated and disappointed in the level of service. I was expecting higher service, especially from Mercedes.

I am a first time car buyer and I was really nervous going in but they received my dad and I so well. Sales team was amazing answered all my questions honestly and would give me privacy during all of my decision making, didn’t make me feel pressured and were completely transparent. Couldn’t even believe how amazing the experience was made my day go so easy and I can honestly say how well they treated me ended up being the deciding factor between them and Michael’s Toyota of Bellevue. I did a check engine light diagnostic & associated repair with the Bellevue Mercedes team. My service advisor Malachi Lucey was the best. Malachi kept me up to date as my car was repaired. He was an excellent service advisor!

As usual great experience. Jerome (as always,) greeted me right away and was so friendly and kind. Ryan is who ultimately took care of me and was fast and helpful. The loaner car was ready for me right when I got there, and my car was done super quickly and the communication was great.

My service advisor, Jesus Guerrero was fantastic. He thoroughly and patiently explained what was required for this scheduled service while reviewing what was done on previous visits. He also arranged for me to drive a new, beautiful loaner for the day which was much appreciated. Jesus kept me up to date with a couple of texts while the work was being done and let me know when to pick up my vehicle when the work was completed. The complimentary wash and vacuum service was an added perk! Im a very happy returning customer and will definitely ask to work with Jesus on future visits.

By far one of the best experiences I’ve had in a dealership. Mercedes-Benz of Bellevue is a fantastic place where they will take care of your needs. Even through this pandemic I have seen them physically wear proper PPE and take precautions of wiping down the sofas and seats where the customers stay in during their car maintenance. I personally came in to do my basic 10,000 mile maintenance and it was hassle and stress free. Chad was the one that had helped me out and was a tremendous help. He even went above and beyond customer service and looked into other parts of my vehicle that might need fixing in the future. Will definitely keeping going back to Mercedes-Benz of Bellevue for future service and even sales ! If I can give a higher rating I would. Recommendation of this place is 100%

My E350 needed a new wheel bearing, which was not expected at 98K miles. MB of Bellevue diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts, and it was repaired one week later. The cost was high, but ended up less than the original estimate.The service adviser, Jacob Lawler, was very helpful and attentive to me as a customer.

Mercedes Benz of Bellevue,I’d rather not express too much negativity, but I can’t say that I was satisfied with my car service. In short, I left several messages to the receptionists, which they took note of some dissatisfaction that I had with my car service. After they took down that information, they said that they would pass that along to a service technician.Specifically, I noticed possible tire damage after my car was serviced. With that said, and not to be accusatory, I at least expected to get a call back to at least inquire what may have gone wrong, or what may have happened. I even took a picture of the tire, which would’ve helped maybe to figure things out. Unfortunately, no one bothered to call me back. So, that’s why I’m rating the experience as a 1 star. I’ve never gave less than a maximum of 5 stars in my entire life with any of my cars. Overall, I consider it very unprofessional when a customer doesn’t even get a response. I’ve been in the service industry for 25 years, and consider this a complete lack of consideration.Last of all, I would’ve thought that when you spend $250 for a basic oil change, the customer would get a little more respect. This would’ve never happened when it was Barrier Motors. It’s a shame. I’m saddened, but I will no longer be taking my car for any future services. My apologies, but I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.Kurtis Kahyai

I have been to MERCEDES-BENZ of Bellevue 3x. Once to buy a JEEP Wrangler that they had as a trade in vehicle. The second time was for a complimentary service multi check and the third time was yesterday. I get a few emails from Mercedes of Bellevue asking me to come in for various service specials but since I have a Jeep Wrangler I mostly ignore them. I finally took advantage of the complimentary checkup and was please with the service. That was my second visit and they didn’t mention me needing to have anything fixed or topped off. I wasn’t surprised because when I bought the vehicle they had already checked it out and gotten it ready for resale. Yesterday though was very strange. I went in and was told that my service rep was busy and they would get me from the lounge when he was back. I thought that it was strange that I needed to speak to anyone. I had an appointment for a multi check and car wash but none the less about 10 minutes later I spoke to Ryan. Ryan did not understand why I was there and what I was there for. I said well, you guys invited me to come in for a complimentary checkup so here I am. He then asked me to show him the email. I did. He explained that the service was just to look at things and not to actually do anything. Fine I said. An hour and 10 minutes later my vehicle was done. Ryan told me the things that were wrong. All very minor except that I seemed to be leaking a bit of oil and he couldn’t refill my oil because he had no idea what I was putting in there. I tried to answer but he kept taking about how everything would have to be ordered since they don’t have Wrangler parts in stock. Understandable since it’s a Mercedes dealership. He went back to the oil thing and how he didn’t feel comfortable having his guys service my vehicle since they didn’t know it very well.All in all I get like I definitely didn’t belong there, was not wanted there and I guess I won’t go back. No one was unpleasant it was just very different from the first two times I was there. I’m not sure why they keep offering me service things since they really really do not want to service my vehicle.

It is good experience as usual. I appreciate the loaner car. What I do not like is a 40.00 charge for a tire rotation which I turned down. Nissan has always included rotation free with service. Les Schwab is always free. You are just taking my money and I will have none of it.

We just bought our 2016 used GLC 300 in Feb 2020 from them. One day, the piece between the windshield and the roof flew off, which is incredibly uncommon. This vehicle was not under warranty anymore, but because this was such a freak accident, Chad in the service center found a way to fix this on good faith for us. This was literally our first experience with Mercedes of Bellevue’s service center and I will absolutely be going back there for everything else going forward. Excellent, timely, and attentive service. Got us a loaner as well!

Disappointed with the service. 1st of all I was kept waiting - standing outside my car - for 10 mins while the service manager came in.Then the part was not there and I was told I needed to call the parts department to check if the part has arrived in 10 days. I asked why I could not be called when the part arrives instead of me calling to keep on checking if the part had arrived. The Service Manager told me that they did not have the process to to do that unless I left my car for an undetermined amount of time at the dealership until the part arrived. I expect better from a Mercedes shop. I own a Lexus too and as soon as I go there, I am immediately received by an associate and am never left standing feeling if I am ever going to get anyones attention. I hope the Bellevue Mercedes Benz service center improves its service and pays attention to its customers
