Watch them closely for any up-charges!Just moved to the area and took my car in for a yearly service. They recommended some oil and fuel additives and to check a tire alignment, I said okay. Came back to pick up the car, and they said the alignment was off so they did a full alignment. Report said one measurement on one tire was over by 0.01 degrees (0.16 vs 0.15), so they did a full $250 alignment of all tires, plus an additional included a 12% supply charge (what are the supplies for an alignment?). My old Audi dealer would have called and highlighted it was so minor.$250 lesson to know if they can up-charge you, they will. I got too comfortable trusting my original service center.On the positive, the service associate was nice and responsive. Seemed embarrassed by the alignment charge but it was out of their hands.

High repair costs and long wait times for service. If you buy a premium luxury vehicle, I would also expect the service experience to be at the apogee of luxury. However, this is definitely not the case. Have had better experiences at Subaru and Ford dealerships. Buy American.

Bellevue Audi attempted to fix my Q7. After 6+ months of “repair” my vehicle was returned with more issues due to incorrect reassembly, and the original problem immediately returned. Bellevue Audi also sent a repo team to my house when they lost track of our courtesy car (one of 4 courtesy cars as they had us swap vehicle often).

The service technician that worked on my wife Audi was very polite and super helpful. My wife greatly appreciated his professionalism and candor.As for the service person at the front desk, I question their knowledge on Audis as they did not know how to adjust the emergency brake and tried to tell me that there was not a method for adjusting the emergency brake. The problem he faced was that I was the one who unadjusted the emergency brake when I changed the brakes just the week before. It did make me lose a little faith on what the phone people knew in terms of information on the cars that they are working on and selling.

Expect minimum efforts from service advisors here. I had to use this center due to a road-side incident and needed to have my cars one of the wheels replaced with set of 4 tires. They messed up my tires order, resulting in me having to settle with whatever was available since I was out of state customer. You will need to do all your research since the service advisors are not proactive.

William was our Customer Service Representative. He was an absolute delight! My car went in for general maintenance and due to wear and tear I needed a bid for repairs. He reached out to the person he works with and was on it. His follow through and communication was excellent. I really appreciated his customer care. You can tell he really likes his job.

No Ethics and professionalism. I had left car for service for coolant sensor replacement. Car rear bumper was damaged by some tools while car was at service. (This can be clearly noticed in the picture, doesnt look like hit by other car. Can easily notice, some tool/machine has rubbed the rear bumper ) Unfortunately, i didnt check while collecting car. Saw this damage after couple of days. As repair was done in mid of week, after collecting car directly came to home and parked in garage. Due to ongoing COVID pandemic, didnt take out car for couple of days. Immediately after noticing the damage, walked to service center. One of the manger examined the damage and verified miles to check how many miles have been driven after service. Number of miles was matching the round trip from service center to home. I guess manger knew this was damaged by some tool not by any other car, so agreed to pay a part of repair. Im being made to pay for non of the mistake. Now thinking the only mistake was choosing AUDI car few years back. Why would manager agree to pay a part of it. They are tricking me to pay for their mistake.I was looking around for another car and AUDI was my top priority. With this kind of experience, no more Im considering AUDI and will definitely suggest my friends/colleagues not to go with AUDI.

Have been giving my A6 for many years and has been good (it was under warranty or audi care). But last service was a bad one (first without Audi Care). My problems were related to MMI Display not working and AC not working. My service advisor was poor in communicating, I got a text at 4:45PM on day 1, saying my car will have to stay back, not sure how they thought it was ok, since I had plans/kids pick up etc. Then Day 2 at 2PM another text on the issues, but then no calls to follow up. I tried calling in, could not get thru. I was not sure if my car will be read for pick up (since i needed to arrange for a ride), then around 5:00PM, I get a call that it is ready for pick up and the advisor will be there till 6PM. Surprised with the quality fo customer service and taking customers for granted.Now to the actual work itself - the AC was supposed to fixed (topped up Freon and everything works great), I left on a road trip..and realized at 68F+ the AC does not work. I drove 4 days in 85F without AC and screaming kids..worst road trip. And of course they charged me $$$ for the fix. Overall, if your car is out of warranty, I would think twice about going to them.

Lindsey Page was a awesome service writer. I brought my 2017 Audi A4 for an oil change. I did not realize I had 2 complimentary oil changes and 40k service for free. I’m so happy she is honest. If you guys need your service for your Audi. Go to Audi of Bellevue and ask for her. Overall. I am happy with all there staff at the Service department. Thanks a lot Audi of Bellevue. 5 star ++++

My experience at Audi Bellevue Service Center for 10 years has been consistent and excellent. The service advisors encountered have been knowledgeable, efficient, and attentive to details. They keep me updated on the progress of the car and any new findings. When a shuttle or loaner was needed, it has been also seamless. Dan Rubin and his team deserves special mention. The most recent visit this week showed that they are adapted and mindful in minimizing customer COVID exposure.

I purchased a pre owned vehicle from them. Even though it was a pre owned Subaru they didnt treat us any less than if I was purchasing a new Audi. There was no pressure, from our Sales person Matt to the Finance person Nick. We received a great deal, no haggle and were treated well, professional and personable. Car buying can be stressful but this experience was actually fun. Id highly recommend them and would definately go to them again! Matt and Nick are great!

Our car had a recall. We brought it in to be fixed and also got an oil change and inspection. It took a day longer than expected, but with the great loaner car, it was no big deal. My only complaint is that I enjoy a nice clean car afterwards, and the last couple of times, we were told that our car did not get a wash. I do think the car wash service is a nice touch and wish it would continue. Otherwise, great service and kind employees.

I called Audi of Bellevue on Tuesday Sept. 1, 2020 to name an appoint.ent to have my transmission topped off. I lost fluid doing a radiator replace.I was told I would not be able to top it off and I would need a drain, new filter and a fill for $600.00. I made an appointment for Friday Sept 4 at 10:30.I showed up early. They signed me in and said the car would be ready by 5:00.I NEVER HEARD FROM THEM ALL DAY.I returned to Audi at 4:30 to check on my car.As I walked in the front door I received a call from my service representative. Informing me they did not have the filter, gasket or even the required oil in stock!This qualifies as the worst service I have ever received from a service center.AUDI OF BELLEVUE WILL NEVER GET MY BUSINESS AGAIN.I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT ANYONE CONSIDERING USING THIS COMPANY NOT TO.JIFFYLUBE OR A JUNKYARD WOULD BE A MUCH BETTER OPTION.

I took my SQ5 in to Audi Bellevue today to have its two year service and a couple of recalls completed. One of these recalls was to replace the window regulators, which involves removing the door panels. When I took receipt of the vehicle I immediately noticed damage to the drivers side handle that was evidently from removing the plastic handle cover to access the screws behind it. While the damage was pretty small, I went to inform the service manager about the damage right away who took a look at it and then stated that they didnt do it because this cover doesnt need to be removed to take off the door panel. This was a complete lie. Not only is the damage a clear result of sloppy use of a panel tool but I even confirmed on Youtube as soon as I got home that this cover does indeed needs to be removed to take off the door panel.I once had a similar incident with Lexus of Seattle years ago that resulted in much worse damage than this incident and as a consequence I now always inspect my cars closely after service to avoid getting burned by a careless technician. This is why I noticed the damage right away. Also, I take meticulous care of my cars so I knew this damage was not preexisting, particularly given the location and nature of the damage.What is most disappointing about this experience is the dishonesty, and thats why Im leaving this review. If I leave my car with the shop I expect that they will care for it like its their own. Furthermore, if they do cause some damage while working on it, which I completely understand can happen sometimes, I expect them to be forthright about it. To be fair the service manager did say he was taking note of the incident and would get it fixed, but this doesnt excuse them lying about it. All the service manager would have had to have said is Youre right, this damage looks to be from removing the door panel. Sometimes these things happen and we apologize for the inconvenience. Well get it taken care of for you. But instead their default was to lie. This is not how good customer service works.

Called to schedule and get a quote, and that process was with ease. Had a random question that was responded to promptly, and on the day of the service, everything that was discussed was honored including the quote. There were no run around(s) or extra fees or extra ad-ons for service needed. They also double-checked on other things that I may need to monitor that may need services in the near future without charging me extra. I feel like other places would’ve taken upon themselves to do things and charge you for it without confirming your expenses for that day. I was pleased with the professionalism of the staff especially Lindsey Page who was working with me that day. I also appreciate the cleanliness of the whole place and where we waited.

Overall, I was happy with my experience, but there was some room for improvement I feel.1. The good - My car got fixed and I feel it was fixed correctly. The staff was nice and pleasant. The place was clean and I like the atmosphere. I will be bringing my car back.2. The Bad: Brought it in for a Oil change and Check a Belt. When I got there I was asked about getting a crank cleaner and fuel system wash. Sure...But then they call and tell me that I need to get a battery and front brakes. I advise I like them to fix those, but not perform the flushes. They told me they already did the flushes. Okay - how about the belt... Couldnt look at that til the next day. Well 48 hours pass and I hear nothing, and when I call back in they said the belt was fine and here is your 2k bill.Overall, yes I am happy we got the things fixed, but how that whole process get down was not the best experience and that I feel needs improvement.

Brought my Audi in for routine maintenance and to address a recall notice. My service adviser was friendly, courteous, and professional. Service was performed quickly and without any problems.The only reason I gave my visit four stars instead of five is because there was little evidence of addressing the issue of social distancing in the service area. There were large blue Xs on the floor, which customers could stand at, but there were no plastic shields at each service adviser station. Although every customer I saw was wearing a face mask when they came in, NONE of the service advisers were wearing them. Plus, many of them mingled closely together to chat in between customers arriving. On the day I was there, there were very few customers compared to the other times I have visited. I sat in the waiting area with one other person, so no problems keeping six-feet away from them. While I was there, a maintenance person was wiping down all of the tables and chairs. Also visited the restroom and it was squeaky clean.If you are a person who is bothered by the lack of plastic shields between you and your service adviser and the fact that they are not wearing masks and are co-mingling with their peers, you may want to hold off bringing in your vehicle until higher standards are put in place. As I mentioned previously, I had no problems with the actual work that was performed on my car.

I brought my vehicle in to be diagnosed, assuming that the dealership in an affluent area would provide the highest quality service. My expectations were not met. My first time at Audi Bellevue, I came in for the 35,000 mile inspection, including oil change.They were very courteous and provided a loaner for the day.When I picked up my car, it took nearly 20 minutes to get it after someone was sent to retrieve it. I later noticed scratches on the body that I dont think were there, and one of the wheels was partially damaged. I dont know if Audi Bellevue was to blame.Driving home, the service reminder light came on in my car telling me I was scheduled for the service I just had done, and the oil change reminder light came on. I called and was told someone had forgotten to clear these reminders in my car, and I could come back in and have it done. This would take 2 hours of my time for something that should have been done before.I dont know if I will ever use Audi Bellevue again.

I thought everything went well but after getting my car back the warning light came on that theres not enough oil in the engine. Now I either have to take the car back for more service or go to the store and buy oil to put in myself. For the price I paid, I shouldnt have to complete the service myself. This is hassle I just dont need.Update: After posting my initial 3-star review (which was generous at the time) I get a message posted back here that *I* need to call *them* in order to allow them to turn around the experience. Dudes - listen up. Its not up to me to spend my time and energy contacting you about your poor performance. You can proactively reach out to me and tell me what your plan is. Ive already had to spend too much of my time on the problem you created. 2 stars.

The extra steps that Audi Bellevue has taken in their service area related to COVID-19 safety are appreciated. No doubt this service center has competent people capable of root causing and resolving major issues. But my experience post service has been sub optimal. The car wasnt cleaned at all. I was hoping to see the interiors vacuumed and it was evident that it wasnt touched. I checked engine oil level and that wasnt topped off either. I was also interested in configuring myaudi app with my car and couldnt get help on that. Service sent me to sales, sales asked me to talk to parts. In the end I felt folks were disinterested in explaining its features and selling it to me when I was half sold on it already. So dropped it eventually. I have two recommendations for Audi Bellevue. 1) Please make sure the car serviced is washed and vacuumed properly. The floor mats are clean. Its not a good feeling when you return to the car as if it wasnt touched. Also, top of engine oil. Its a service and oil is already half consumed.2) If theres a service I want to buy like Audi connect, please provide info and resolve it there and then. Instead of bumping a customer from service to sales to parts. Whole process doesnt make me feel valued as a customer. This should even be self service and should not require a trip to showroom.

I’ve owned my Audi for 7.5 yrs, and up until my last service visit, I was planning to buy another Audi from Bellevue because of the exemplary customer service. I love Audi’s and trying to find a respectable service department is challenging to find. I took my car in for the regular 85k service I was quoted 1600 after drop off. I said that’s not going to work, a new quote of 1k was provided. I asked for an itemized breakout of the costs, and the associate wrote them out by memory. Not checking against a pricing system appears as if there’s negotiation. After receiving pricing I excluded a service charge and paid 600. I was given a 10% discount because I had the same name. Got my loaner car and left. I dropped off my car at 9am for essentially an oil change. Didn’t get a call all day and finally called at 5-6 pm asking for update and didn’t get one till following day. Later that night I received email that they were extending a 25% discount on all service. Why wasn’t this shared when I was in earlier. When I picked up my car I had different associate who gave me 25% discount after inquiring. Hence the 2 stars and now unlikely to buy another Audi. I value a reputable dealership. All other visits have been very pleasant but I think it’s going downhill. When I was dropping, another customer was getting into it with service rep (somebody new and different quality I’ve seen from the dept over last 7 hrs).

My prepaid service expired the end of March, but Audi of Bellevue extended the deadline for three months due to the COVID-19 situation. This was much appreciated and my service was done last week. They also very nicely handled a new tire purchase, balance and rotation (at a fair price) at the last minute as I had just picked up a nail the day before my scheduled service. Thanks to Troy and the Audi of Bellevue service staff for their excellent customer service.

I had a really nice buying experience with them. I had called them to inquire about the hybrid Q5 which at the time wasnt out yet. When they arrived in the store I got a call from them the day the cars arrived.The salesperson I worked with, Matthew Link, was extremely helpful and patient without being pushy. He was happy to have me test drive the cars multiple times and allowed me to take a while dithering over decisions. He was responsive to emails and text and made the shopping experience extremely painless.The buying process went smoothly and everything felt straightforward and well communicated. The finance person was great to work with as well. Overall it was a really positive experience.

My husband had his Audi RS7 serviced here a few months ago. We were getting ready to ship his vehicle overseas to our next duty station with very short notice. The service department worked extremely hard to squeeze in his vehicle. They did an extensive maintenance package on the vehicle and got it done extremely fast. I just recently purchase a S5 from Audi Bellevue and feel extremely comfortable knowing there I have a superior service center to bring it to for any maintenance or issues.

Really poor service. They (Daniel) texted that the rolling sound (problem I had reported) has been resolved. When I went to pick up the car, they had no clue about it. The service technician clearly wrote that there is desire of longer time to diagnose the issue, however, they did not do anything beyond. This is the 2nd time I faced this. Last year they were supposed to replace the side cushions, which they ordered but never fixed it. The rolling sound I reported, started coming after my last service with them in 2020. This year its a door making weird sound now. Seems like these people introduce problems to vehicle than reduce.Go to Seattle (University one), they are really good. Audi bellevue sucks at least in service department.

Troy is an Awesome service manager. Several small things that add up - polite and courteous, excellent service-oriented attitude and demeanor. I was supposed to drop my car and pick up a loaner. However, i changed my mind and decided to complete some office work while at the dealership. Within an hour, my service job was completed (including spark plug changes) and I did not need to take the loaner. Overall, great experience. Audi Bellevue has always provided good service, Troy just made my last experience awesome. Thank you!

I have audi care and I go there once every year. Sometimes, they offer complimentary check and fluid top up, so, I usually go once (4-6 months after) for that too. They are very professional and get the work done before time.

The service and repair were completed in a timely manner with an acceptable result. The car was returned to me cleaned and shiny on the outside and dusted on the inside. However, the mats and floors on the drivers side were filthy - there is usually a paper mat on the floor for protection, but this was not present.

I just purchased four new tires from the dealership in March 2020. I was told there was a two road hazard warranty on all four ties. August 14, 2020 one tire was damaged by a road hazard puncture. Initially they were going to replace the tire for free, but then told me because the tread depth was going to be different I had to replace all four tires and offered me a 15% discount. One damaged tire ended costing me $2000. What they dont tell you about the road hazard warranty is that with the Audi quattro system the tire depth has to be almost identical on all four tires. While Discount tires can shave a single tire to match tread depth Audi forces you to buy four new tires and pay for mounting and balancing.

Completed my first year service for my Audi E Tron which I had purchased through them. Very poor experience, I am not sure what is going on with their service department. Dropped off my vehicle, and when i picked it up, it had not been washed and the trunk and doors were wide open. My 220V charger had been separated and in different places, instead of the front compartment. Two days later, I received a call asking if I had accidentally kept their charged, which I had not and placed in the front compartment. I was very unhappy, and would not recommend service here. I also would think twice about purchasing again from this dealer.

The Audi brand speaks for itself, so our opinion of complete satisfaction is directly related to the team that works at the Bellevue location. I have been going here to Audi of Bellevue from 2013 and I never had a problem with them, Ruben is the best and I’m sure others are just as good, but I like it to work with one person since I have two cars Q5 and A6 both TDI, I love it, and it’s always good to have that relationship, sometimes on short notice I will call can you do the service tomorrow I need it because I’m going out of town or long drive, always did, so for that and all others reason I definitely highly recommend Audi of Bellevue, all though I liked it more when it was “Barrier Audi”

Got two flat tires from a construction site. Called Audi Bellevue and was told by the representative that my extended warranty and full-maintenance package would cover the damages. Audi roadside services towed my vehicle there and it looked like everything was fine. Then I get a call saying that:A. Tires and wheels are actually not covered.B. I need to replace all 4 tires, despite only having 7000 miles on the car.C. The cost would be $2100.I call Discount Tire and they tell me there is no reason to replace all four tires with only 7000 miles and point ne to the Audi website, which confirms what they said. They also give me a much lower quote for the exact same tires. I call Audi back and they hesitantly agree that 2 tires will be OK and lower their price to close to that of Discount Tire.I call to check and see whether the vehicle will be ready soon and they say it is finished and they are just going to wash and vacuum it and it will be ready in 20 minutes. Great!I get there 50 minutes later and the guy I spoke to is away from his desk. I get the bill and it is $200 more than I was quoted. I have to wait for him to return and fix it. He apologizes and tells me it was an honest mistake. He fixes it, so Im satisfied.I get in the car and it is dirtier than before. There car wasnt washed. It wasnt vacuumed. I guess I just expected more from my Audi dealer. Headed to Brown Bear car wash. Next time I need something I will go to a different Audi dealership.

This is my first experience taking any audi anywhere. I only needed a recall done for the airbags on my 06 audi a3, yet they treated me like any other customer; Offering rides to and from during the work, to cleaning the car in and out, to doing a complimentary safety inspection.They also send you a video of the inspection so you can see it for yourself.I was treated really well and I will come back when I need anything for our audi : )

Will helped me out on my service. He looked at my car and told me about the problem with my tires being quite old. I liked how he was honest that I need to change them because it had been a while since buying the car. The service was done quite quickly. I appreciated how they finished something that day. I would recommend Will to other Audi owners.

I have been coming here for the last 10 years. While, different than when this location was Barrier, the people and the service level are the similar. I’ve had the same service advisor most of these 10 years. It’s all about customer experience at this dealership. I work from their office center when my car is in for half or full day service. Espresso, water, snacks and a ride to Bellevue Square if I need some lunch.

This is our 4th Audi and we choose to do business with this dealership over one just a couple of miles from our home because they are honest and trustworthy. Will was great at managing the work needed on my Q7 and I will definitely call him again. The reason Im giving them 4 stars instead of 5 is that the car wasnt finished as promised and I wasnt alerted. This was more a fault of the service coordinator not communicating with my service representative after I dropped my car off. But overall, they were accommodating and thorough.

The oil check and tune up was fine and the service technician was fine. My complaint is about the $30 Chevron gas card that was taken from the car. I usually take all valuables from the car but this just slipped my mind. I also didn’t think anyone would be so blatant about the theft. I reported it to the technician after I got my car back but all he said was that no one there would steal the gift card. It just left a bad feeling about the service there.

Had a great experience here. Was my first time visiting this location. The staff were all really nice and welcoming. Kirk helped me to purchase my vehicle and was very knowledgeable and professional. First, Eric did a great job of setting me up with multiple cars to test drive, then Matt (sales manager) stepped in to get me quotes on many different options, then Cole arrived to make sure I understood everything the car could do, plus he dialed me in. Im telling you, everything went smooth. By the time I made a decision on the right car, they (Eric, Matt and Cole) had everything wired in so that the closing on the car (with Christina) only took 20 minutes. Audi of Bellevue!!! Wahoo!! Enjoyed the rest of my Saturday driving my new Audi!!!!

I took my 2017 Q7 to the Bellevue Audi because there was a loud rumbling sound when turning the wheel all the way to either side and accelerating, like when parking. I researched a bit online and found that it was likely the center diff making the noise, and that it was a fairly common issue. Everyone at Audi Bellevue refused to listen to what I reported and immediately tried to divert my attention, suggesting that it was the tires rubbing causing the noise. Since I knew this was not the case, after they called me back and said everything is fine, I insisted to sit in the car with the tech to make sure we were talking about the same thing. The tech sat there and heard the awful noise and insisted it was fine and normal. Ive never heard a car make a noise like this and knew it wasnt normal. But they wouldnt do anything so I left.I made another appointment at Audi Lynnwood, and reported the very same issue. Turns out there is a TSB for this and should be fixed under warranty. Audi Lynnwood made the fix (replace the center diff fluid) and the noise was completely gone immediately.I could not be more frustrated with Audi Bellevue. I told them exactly what was wrong and they refused to acknowledge what I was saying. I really dont think they even checked the center diff fluid, they just told me some garbage to move me along my way. I am certain this is because I am still under warranty. If I was not I am sure they would have been happy to charge me a ridiculous amount of money to replace some fluid. I will not be returning there nor would I recommend anyone else go there. If you must go to the dealer, go to Lynnwood or another Audi dealer.

Sales people and service guys are great! I just think they are lacking in some of the basic knowledge of these newer operating systems. Which is understandable, I can hardly drive it with some much to learn.Few things were not working so we brought it down on a Wednesday morning and told it may take a few days so we waited for the call and never received it till the fallowing Tuesday from Enterprise asking when we were bringing the car back because our car had been done almost a week ago. I was confused seeing how the dealership never called us. Turns out they had my number wrong even after reverifying with me before I left dropping it off.This was frustrating but was more annoying when we got there to find out nothing was wrong with the car and all these issues were just part of the cars operating system that were easily explained within minutes but somehow couldn’t just be explained the day I brought it in. Which would have been easy to do in a few mins.Why do the back lights not going on?Because it doesn’t work when the car is running to avoid children flashing it.Why does are rear end not go up and down? Apparently you need to be on flat ground for that to work.Back doors don’t shut properly?No because they don’t have the same spring action as the front doors to keep vehicles weight down.Again all these things could have been easily explained with just basic knowledge of the vehicle. I get that ours is a 2020 SQ5 but still... for as much as we paid for this boujie money pit we should be able to get knowledgeable service on basic running operations associated with the model.Then to not try harder to get a hold of us, when they had my email, husband’s number too, car rental had my number, pretty much any other way to contact me but didn’t use it till a week later. It just sat there while we drove a pos rental waiting for their call... Makes zero sense.

After dealing with a salesmen over the phone I was told that today only I would get a very large discount on a vehicle I have had my eye on for a while. After confirming it with him, and asking to speak with his sales manager to verify (who was on lunch apparently) I against my gut believed him and canceled a sale I already had in place. After losing an $800 deposit on a vehicle I was in the middle of finalizing I made the hour drive to Audi of Bellevue only to be told that they didnt mean the vehicle I wanted, they meant the $100k RS6 on the showroom floor. Did I mention the salesmen sent me pictures of the car in question, confirmed the vin, and sent me the door sticker? Yes, I got bait and switched. Luckily the only saving grace was Riley who made my experience pleasant when I purchased a different vehicle. Will never do business with Autonation again, its all a lie to get you in the door. Oh, and I have text messages to prove everything but their customer service isnt interested in those.

The service was finished early and I was offered a ride to pick up my car. The car was ready and waiting for me. My advisor Dan Rubin explained the bill and identified concerns. I stopped by Audi of Bellevue as my keyless entry feature was not working on my 2015 Q5. Upon discovering that it was not a battery Issue I was told that the door handle needed to be replaced for $1185.00 plus the cost of paint, I was also told that my rear brakes needed new pads at $735.00! I had my car serviced at Roger Jobs Audi in Bellingham 4 weeks ago and my brakes pads were at 50%! I called Roger Jobs Bellingham and they said they could just replace the sensor in the door handle for $365.00! I picked up my car and had to pay $209.00 in diagnostics and two inflated diagnosis! I would NEVER take my car back to Audi of Bellevue and have told numerous friends about my bad experience. Two own Audis and both have moved their service to Seattle!!!

Lindsey took great care of us in our time of need. We popped a tire and needed four new ones mounted and balanced. We worked together to get tire delivered to the parts department in 24 hours and then within the next 24 hours I was driving my vehicle home with perfect alignment and brand new mounted/balanced tires. I managed to get an actual appointment for the work to be done, but if that had not panned out, the service department had offered to work us into their schedule. Communication was great throughout the process, and even when one person was out sick, others stepped up to keep all parties aligned on status.

In the past, I have had good experiences with the Audi Bellevue service center. Yesterday, my confidence in this group has gone down significantly. I had an appointment to get the 30k service on my Q5. I got to the dealer and dropped off my car. I had arranged for a loaner car. The service advisor walked me out to a running Q7. I started driving to work, but realized halfway that the key was not present. I looked at the FOB and noticed that it was for a different vehicle. I drove back to the service center through rush hour traffic and switched out to get the correct car. This was an honest mistake.The car was completed a few hours later. I went after work to pick up the vehicle, again driving through rush hour traffic. The car was ready to go. I started driving off, then about halfway home (again in traffic), the inspection reminder came on. This should have been reset by the dealer as this was the reason I was there. It shouldve been on the service technicians check off sheet. So now I have to make yet another trip back to have this reset because unlike the oil change reminder, this can only be reset by the dealer (or by using third party software which I dont own).Not impressed with the lack of attention to detail on this recent visit.

These people dont mess around! I came into the Audi dealer to test drive and check out the 2019 Q7 during a brief 2-hour window I had in-between appointments. The staff showed me options, kept my interests in mind, and really took the time to talk me through the process. From the manager, the sales consultant, finance experts, and technicians, everyone was amazing and expedient working within my time constraint. Fantastic Experience, which normally people do not say when purchasing a car. We worked with the Sales Manager Erik and he went above and beyond with the purchase of my Daughters first car. He was very attentive and explained in detail each part of the process. We needed to have my wifes signature on the registration for our trade in, and Erik followed me home ( where my wife was) from Bellevue to Puyallup....in rush hour traffic. Service was pretty good. Lady in reception helped me get the car key batteries and replaced them as well. Additionally, she also checked if there are any car recalls or not (even when I didnt ask for that). It was quite impressive! Thanks you Audi.

Had the recall done to replace the auxiliary heater. Left with the car after the work was done. Had to take the car back since the temperature control was not working anymore, was only blasting hot air. It took another 2 hours for them to fix it. As part of any quality check, you would expect the system to be tested before returning the car.
