Found a groupon deal and they also offered the full synthetic for my 2010 Honda CRV. Honda Bellevue wanted $77 -_- The office is cozy and they had a price list for their water/coffee/snacks. The gal who helped me over the phone was friendly and knowledgeable. She honored the Groupon price without me purchasing it for $39. My oil change was 30 minutes along with lube of filter inspection. FYI - none of the staff wore masks.

Called for an appt and they were able to squeeze me in bc I was heading out of town with the car. Needed my oil changed, tires rotated, aligned and balanced. They were friendly and efficient, I believe they are a good value for the price I paid. Definitely recommend this place for your car needs.

Great service! Veteran run (who is also fluent In Español). Coffee delicious and ready. Bottles of water in the fridge. Seats in the waiting area are more comfortable than they look. Floor is cleaned a few times a day. Bathroom is spotless.

Called regarding a Groupon and they said they would price match and get me in the next day. They werent ae to completely fix the alignment because I need new tires. Honest company with fair prices! Will use again.

I had purchased a Groupon for an oil change on my prius . I went to website and set up appointment. The following day I got there right on time . There was a glitch with their website Groupon and so it never notified employees of my appointment . They accommodated me and were fairly busy and still squeezed me in. I will come back

Super dissatisfied with the service. The price is fair because they say they did the service, but they didnt. I was charged almost $300 to change the oil from the transmission of my truck, but I took it in another mechanic 2 weeks later and asked to check, they hadnt changed the transmission oil. I was deceived and Ill never go back there. I dont recommend it. Beware of low prices.

After my 2000 Celica GT broke down on the highway a couple weeks ago. I took my car here to get it fixed. Unfortunately the timing chain broke and destroyed my old engine that was already on the outs. Caesar and Brian were amazing. Brian found me a basically brand new engine with 50k miles on it. And the team worked fast to get me on the road again within a week! My babygirl is running better than when I first got her and I know she will last me as long as I want to keep her. Thank you guys so much for fast, professional and honest service.

Cm Auto is The Best Car Shop Ever

Service was okay, but I felt pressured to get work done that didnt really need doing (head gasket ... BARELY seeping a bit of oil, still is fine a year later). I would give three stars, but taking a star off for putting on my oil filter so tight that I spent over 2 hours removing it. I ended up putting an entire disc of adhesive sandpaper inside a filter socket for a 3/8 wrench and zip-tieing it on.

Went in to get a oil change and left pretty disappointed. I made an appointment for an oil change, but they scheduled another person at the same time as my appointment, but could only work on one car at a time so it took way longer then usual. When I called in i said i was going to use a groupon, but they told me not to buy the groupon and that they would match the price. When they were done and when i went to pay. They charged me tax and a fee to use my credit card, so i ended up paying $10 dollars more then the groupon price, which i thought was pretty shady. The guy before me used a groupon and they didnt charge him tax, and when u buy a groupon they dont charge u tax to begin with. Also the front desk workers werent wearing masks and were still going through a pandemic (covid 19), and to make matters worse the guy working at the front desk coughed multiple times and sneezed. I think it was Brian at the front desk.

Because of the shoddy work of this shop, my alignment was done incorrectly. I brought it back to them to which they charged me another $50 to look at it and tighten things up. Their tightening wasnt anything because it came loose while I was driving on the freeway and my 5 year old son and I were almost killed. DO NOT GO HERE!

I hope customer service was just off this day due to being down a mechanic, because the woman I spoke to huffed at me when answering my questions about an oil change availability, and was curt later at the shop.

Took my car here because of the other reviews and Venezuelan owners, but my experience was totally disappointing. Three mechanics tried to fix a simple belt issue and after multiple trips back I gave up and took it to another mechanic, who in 10 minutes discovered they put a pulley fitting on backwards shredding a brand new belt.Beware of Cesar who likes to keep recommending unnecessary services, and Brian who is incredibly disrespectful to customers. This place is an example of why people hate taking their cars to the shop. In the end I lost three days and $400 dealing with their nonsense and guesswork.They might be ok for basic work, but if your car needs service that requires troubleshooting, you might want to think twice before choosing C&M.

Even so, my experience is you drop off your vehicle very quickly and have it back just as fast.This place is owned by Cezar who manages and does a lot of the work as well, it seems.Pay with a debit card and there is no extra 3% credit card charge.Ignore Google Maps!! There is a LOT of construction in the area so enter on 134th, bare left, and a quick right to get into the entrance to the shop.

Don’t go to this place. Very unorganized people. Gives an appointment and don’t respond until an hour. They don’t have a waiting room, oops they don’t even have a proper parking spot. Never ever recommend anyone.

Was asked to come in at 3:45 or 4, and got there on time. But then, I had to wait for about half an hour to get an estimate. Another shop quoted just 600 and created a written estimate within minutes, this shop said it would be more than 1-2k and said the estimate requires making some calls, so I got nothing in writing.
