Terrific service!!! MVAs can be challenging. The staff at Carr made the experience easy, taking the hassle away by dealing with my insurance company. When I picked my car up upon repair completion, they were ready for me, giving me a delightful surprise.....they had detailed the carinterior and washed the outside. I truly felt relief and immense satisfaction. Carr gets five stars in my book.

All work was completed on time and looks like new...car was cleaned inside and out before I picked it up. The staff is very easy to work with and responsive to all requests.

Besides doing a fabulous job repairing my car, Scott and Mike courteously and thoroughly handled everything with the insurance company, explain to me what I should expect, told me not to worry :-), and handle the extending my rental car through the insurance company when needed, were very courteous at all times, and to top everything off when I picked my car up it was sparkling clean inside and out. I cant say enough good things about this repair shop.

Mike did a great job. My vehicle was ready on schedule and cleaned both inside and out.
