Really friendly and honest place. I came in for an estimate and John was great. He said he could make it perfect for one price or they could pop it out for free. For now I am trying the free approach and if I decide it isn’t good enough I will definitely come back to get it fixed here.

Yesterday, I picked up my vehicle and Tina helped me with the process. At first, she was very helpful. She went over important details. We both forgot about the deductible fee. She called me and asked me to stop by, I didn’t answer my phone because I was at work. They were closed by the time I saw the missed call. She called me earlier today and left a voicemail stating that if I didn’t stop by, she will come to my work and collect the payment. Again, I couldn’t answer because I was at work. So she went ahead and called my work. That was very unprofessional on her part. I called on my lunch to make a phone payment and spoke with Jennifer. It seemed as if she didn’t care about what happened. I wasn’t hiding, I knew I had a payment pending with them. I just didn’t have the time because of work.

Staff were kind, professional, and very efficient in removing paint transfer and dents from a run-in with a yellow pole. My Buick Encore looks so much better. I’ll be recommending Beaverton Auto Body to my friends and family, and will definitely return in the future if needed. Thank you so much!

I damaged the paint in several places on the hood of my new car and needed an estimate. A friend highly recommended Beaverton Auto Body & Paint, having had a bunch of bodywork and painting done on two occasions.Tina D. was incredibly helpful and professional. She took a look and had one of their technicians do a quick evaluation. I assumed I would need to bring the car in for several days to get the entire hood repainted.Instead they were able to buff out all of the damage while I waited, doing a beautiful job restoring the paint to its original condition. Tina then advised me how to prevent future paint problems in a few other areas on the car where the tech noticed tree sap was present.Tina and the team were super friendly and knowledgeable. If I need more work done I’m definitely coming back. These folks do great work and they know how to treat customers.

I was rear ended and had never dealt with claims or rental cars or auto body shops. When I first brought Dally (cars name) in, Chris was able to assist me quickly with an initial quote. He explained the different common outcomes when working with the insurance company of an at-fault-driver, information I would never have been aware of had I went with one of State Farms recommended shops.Once I got State Farms estimate of how much it they think it should cost, I brought Dally in for repair (initially quoted 12 days or so due to the unfortunate crumple, there, on the quarter panel). They even went through the process of getting me set up with a rental car through Enterprise, paid for by State Farm. I barely had to do anything, and thank goodness for that because Id honestly have had no idea what I was doing. The same day I brought it in, they ordered parts and submitted a necessary request to State Farm, for more repair funds.State Farm eventually deemed my car as total loss, and cut me a check that would not cover the full cost of repair. Chris worked with me to find a more cost effective route that included replacing the tail light cover and bumper. In order to get the pieces to fit properly, they had to pull the dent out. In the back of mind, the whole time, I wasnt expecting any extraordinary measures. Dally is a 2003 Forester nearing 300K miles. And seriously, look at the pictures. I am in awe that they were able to pull out and straighten the damage, the way they did.Chris kept me updated regularly and answered every question that I had during this process. I gave them the go ahead for this repair on 1/28 and picked it up, repaired, about 24 hours later. As for the loaner, all I had to do was leave the key, and they took care of the return. This is not a shop that is after the most money they can get per transaction. They are honest and empathetic and incredibly informative. I am so happy with the service and work I received. I can say confidently, I will recommend this shop to my grave.

I came in to get an estimate because I got in an accident and I had the pleasure of working with Tina Delgado. She gave me an estimate and was so informative and kind. She also took my car to the back to help me adjust my fender just to help me out. Jr. and Sr. are the mechanics that gave me new blinker light bulbs and cut a piece of my bumper to stop my tires from scraping. This was all before I agreed to do service with them, they did it just to be kind! Do yourself a favor and come here for body work!

I had a loose undercarriage and it was scratching against every uneven surface since it lost a couple bolts on one side. I called Beaverton Auto Body on Friday morning and they said they could do an inspection that same morning and at least temporarily fix it. I got there and they checked it and fixed it on the spot. I waited maybe five minutes. It was an easy fix and they were really efficient and friendly. I’d come here again!

HONEST AND GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Brought my 2013 Altima in for a a quote for a paint job on the hood due to damage from someone trying to clean house paint off and a back bumper that was popped out slightly on one side. After looking at the car Tina didnt think we needed to spend money on a new paint job on the hood and recommended a couple of professional detailers in the area that could help with removing paint and buffing out the scratches. She also told us to come back when the technicians were there (it was almost closing time) and she would have them look at the bumper. Brought it back a few days later and the technician pulled the car in and about 10 minutes later he brought it back with the bumper fixed. He was able to loosen some screws and pop it back in. When I asked how much we owed for the fix, the customer service rep said nothing. The staff at Beaverton Auto Body and Paint are very pleasant and professional to work with and even though we were just there for advice and did not purchase a service we were still treated in a friendly and very courteous manner. We received a very honest assessment of the condition and were not advised or pressured to purchase services that were not needed. I will definitely be using this shop for any auto body work I need to have done in the future!

I had a giant scrape on my passenger side door. Upon arriving, they where very nice. They ended up polishing and fixing up my door. And the results where incredible! 0Its as if the scrape wasnt the to begin with. Im very pleased with the results.

The issues with my insurance company are not part of this review about my experience with Beaverton Auto Body and Paint. My truck had a dent in the rear door and cab. The work was completed and I received the call to come pick up my truck. I initially inspected the damaged area, on-site, and found the door and cab completely repaired and with perfectly matched paint. I was satisfied with the work and took my truck home. Once I was home I was able to get the truck in better light and noticed several paint flaws where the cab was repainted (around rear cab, rear window, inside and outside of door jam. There was dirt and smudges painted over with raised areas on the cab and door. The paint on the cab was already chipped and scratched. The molding on the roof was not installed correctly and was peeling off. I was able to bring my truck back the next morning to be inspected. The staff member agreed with my findings and stated my truck should not have been given back to me in that condition. He had a tech look at the work and found the whole cab had to be repainted and the roof molding replaced (three more days in the shop). The repaint was done correctly and the roof molding was replaced and installed correctly. Im happy the issues were addressed and corrected, although, Im not understanding why I received my truck initially in such disrepair. Doesnt seem like there was a good quality check on the work before I received my vehicle back.

I called Beaverton Auto Body and Paint about 40 minutes after I got into my first car accident. I told Chris what happened and that I had no idea what to do, but I needed a rental to get to work in the morning and my car fixed as soon as possible. Chris first asked if I was okay, he then asked if my car was drive-able which it was not. He sent a tow truck over and got a rental car reserved for me with no payment information, no insurance claim number, nothing other than my name. He told me that they would basically foot the bill until an insurance company accepted liability. He assured me that they would take care of everything, keep me updated and I didnt need to do or worry about anything. They ordered my OEM parts the next day and had my car done and returned to me within five business days, when the original quote said up to eight days. They took care of everything, kept me updated through every step, and did amazing work on my vehicle. My car looks better now than it did before the accident and they returned it to me completely detailed inside and out! I will be returning to this shop with any future accidents or problems and will recommend them to anyone that needs body work or has been in an accident. This shop is top notch and I am so happy I found them to help me through the process of my first accident.

I had severe metal fatigue on the door of my 2007 Silverado where the hinge mounts. John, the technician, told me the metal around the hinge was cracked. While I was making plans to get the truck in, the metal failed even further and the door was difficult to close. John made some adjustments to make the door work until my appointment, which was a huge help.Then, when I got the truck in for the repair, they completed the repairs quicker than expected, the workmanship was flawless and the cost was even less than what Chris had quoted me. I couldnt be happier. I will absolutely be going back there for any body repairs in the future!!

Really appreciated the level of customer service this place had. I worked with Chad and he was exceptional. I brought my car in on an insurance claim for repairs. They had to remove the front end of things and I asked if they could replace the bulbs in the headlights while it was off. I had just replaced them, but they were not strong enough and Chevy made it ridiculously complicated to get to the headlamp assembly. Not only did they change out the bulbs for me, they did it free of charge! I seriously appreciated that!I also had a scuff near a wheel well (not accident related) that I pointed out. They buffed out the scuff, also free of charge!When I went to pick the car up, it turned out the wrong wheel had gotten replaced. I had just turned in my rental, too. They were able to provide me with a loaner so I didnt have to fuss with insurance, and they got the problem taken care of swiftly. When the car was returned to me, it had been cleaned, inside and out, and sparkled. I admired Chads knowledge and ability to get things done in a quick and seamless manner. A+ representative, A+ auto body shop. If I ever have need for auto body work again, will definitely take it back there!

I read horror stories at a lot of the other places that were the insurance approved places. since this one had the best I checked it out. They did an outstanding job. After a minor accident, my car now looks better than new. Despite delays due to holiday and a screw up on ordered parts (not their fault), they kept me well informed and worked well with my insurance company and rental car company to keep things rolling along. The work hard to get OEM parts and push back against the insurance company trying to get the cheapest parts. They care about the customer and provide assurance against any issues down the road. Highly recommended, would use them again Ina heartbeat.

I could not possibly be more satisfied with the quality of repairs that this business delivered. Rod was extremely helpful and genuinely seemed to care about how best to restore my car after being on the receiving end of a collision. The end result was flawless - the areas that were damaged look as good as the day the car rolled off the lot. I was also pleasantly surprised that they gave the interior of the car a thorough cleaning which was greatly appreciated. Would 100% recommend this business, they are terrific at what they do.

Some great people work here.... very affordable and very courteous.I had some issue with automatic sliding door on my van. I took it to Toyota dealership and they were asking for $400 (after charging me $100 for diagnosis) and were not sure if that will fix the issue of not. Not happy with the response, I went next door to Beaverton Auto Body and spoke with David in the front office, very nice gentleman.... he quickly drove my car over to body shop and came back and explained me the issue in detail and gave me estimates, much lower than the dealership PLUS guaranteed that it will fix the issue. 2 days later I dropped my car and they fixed the issue as promised (in couple of hrs). I am one happy customer plus kids and wife are happy too (sliding door is working fine, as it was before).Thanks so much to the owners and all the employees at Beaverton Auto Body.Recommend this shop for any issues... very honest.

Reasonable price, quality work, and friendly staff! We went through price comparison and found this place for a body repair job. The part to be replaced was connected to the front bumper. We have got quotes all the way up to $2000 but they fixed it for $275 as they found bumper replacement is unnecessary. Even though their size is not big, they offer free pick up services. I would recommend it to all of my friends.

I recently scraped a concrete pole with the front fender of my car. There were bright yellow lines on the black paint and I was worried I had caused some serious damage. I paid a visit to Beaverton Auto Body & Paint because of their stellar reviews and let me tell you - they did not disappoint.Fearing the worst, I asked for a free estimate (as advertised). The staff member that performed the estimate had just walked in (first thing in the morning) and put his breakfast down to help me. He, and the other two staff members present, were both incredibly friendly and helpful, despite the flurry of incoming phone calls.He took one look at my car and told me he would have it buffed out in six minutes. I waited inside and about 4-5 minutes later, he was done. I asked him how much I owed and he said nothing.This shop and their staff will take care of you and your car and they wont nickel and dime you over it. Isnt that exactly what were all looking for?

Rob and the team there did a TOP NOTCH job repainting the cab and replacing the windshield after the ole Silverado lost a battle with a gravel truck. Due to Portland weather and other mistakes, Ive had the opportunity to work with Beaverton Auto Body & Paint frequently over the past couple of years. They make car repair easy. They are honest, easy to work with, and do great work. We also hired them to install some after-market accessories when we bought our car. They were more affordable than the dealer. While I hope to stay accident-free so I dont have to see them again for a while, I know exactly where Ill go if I need to.

My car was badly rear ended and I had it repaired at this business after basing my decision on the various reviews here on Google. And they definitely did not let me down. They worked directly with State Farm to take care of the liability coverage. Their estimates were reasonable and the quality of their work impeccable. They also delivered the car quite fast and on the promised date. They work well with Hertz which is on the street right behind, so getting a replacement car was fairly easy. In summary, though I would like to avoid going to an auto body repair shop if there is ever a need to visit one Id go back to Beaverton Auto Body again. And I highly recommend this business.

My experience is with Jeff Drake, business owner, as a Good Samaritan. I arrived to an appointment in West Linn yesterday morning with a completely flat tire. I have Roadside Assistance but they wouldnt be there for 90 minutes. Jeff changed my tire for me while his wife waited in their running car for him on a brisk Sunday morning at all of 32 degrees. A very kind thing for him to do as he was on his way to his granddaughters birthday party. I can only imagine that he runs his business with the same care and compassion. I will certainly come to Beaverton Auto Body should the need arise. THANK YOU JEFF!!

HUGE Shoutout to these guys! After getting 2 estimates they came in about $500 lower and they helped me with a couple simple things to get me back on the road until I could get my insurance & deductible squared away. Greatly appreciated their help. Really Good People. I would highly recommend them to friends and family.

They work for the insurance company. And do mediocre work. This is not repaired. They charged hundreds of dollars to repair this, however this isnt what I would consider quality work on a near new, expensive car. I attached a picture that shows that they left scratches not only on the hood above, but left a very visible paint imperfection on the fender.edit: Owner replied, and as you can see, they werent working for me, they were working for the insurance company, never bothering to ask me what I wanted.

Went there june 5 2020 5.18 pmgentleman who was there gave me repair estimate within 5 minutes while Caliper Collision took 45 minutes

Did a great job repairing my Subaru front bumper. Customer service was great, had the rental car all taken car of and ready for us. Called with updates while my car was in the shop and had it ready before the weekend for us. Great place.

Had repair work done on the body of my car 3 months ago and just went back to have a teflon coating applied to the new paint after it had had time to cure. David and the receptionist both gave me great service and customer service is right up there with excellent work which they also do. I would go there again, but hope I dont have to for any bad reason!

I brought my car here after I had been rear-ended. First off, its the only shop in town that had a reasonable timeline for repairs. (One place told me in June that they couldnt repair my car until NOVEMBER). Beaverton Auto Body bent over backwards for me, and could not have been nicer. I highly recommend taking your car here.

Great service, had very deep dent and they made it look like nothing had ever happen. Also the price was very friendly compared to others I asked, on top of this, they took only 2 hours to repair

Came for an estimate, everyone was nice, polite, I just wish this place had more availability for car body work, as they were weeks out from an appointment, which sucks for the consumer... I did feel a little ignored, and I didnt like how you didnt have privacy to speak to your personal body person, everyone could hear or chime in, also while there, my body person personally answered the main phone at least 4 separate times, answering questions for other customers by phone, what does the receptionist do?? If I come in and sit at someones desk to speak about my car, I want thier FULL ATTENTION, not phones calls interrupting us, or shouting to another colleague desks over from them, for a timeline on parts for someone else...I didnt use thia place, went to another shop...

Pretty disappointed with Beaverton Auto Body. I am pretty picky about my BMW and I selected Beaverton Auto Body because they had higher google reviews than other auto body stores around Beaverton. To my surprise and dismay, they didnt seem to care much about the final quality of the repair on my car..For example, the hood and front fender were obviously misaligned from the (fairly minor) impact on my hood. When I dropped the car off, I specifically pointed out the misalignment and also expressed how important it was to me that this repair be done right. When I returned to pick up the car a week later, the misalignment was just as bad as when I dropped it off. I told them that that was not good enough and left it with them for another week.. When I went to pick it up the second time (after another week), it was better... but still not up to my expectations. I took it anyway since I was very frustrated at that point and had already been waiting 2 weeks.There are other things about Beaverton Auto Body that disappointed me, but for brevity I will simply re-iterate that they did not seem concerned about the quality of repair on my car... even after I expressed to them how important the repair was to me.If you dont have high standards, theyre probably okay. But if you have a European car that you cherish, I would keep on looking.I am giving them 2 stars rather than just 1 star because the paint on the hood itself is not that bad, and they did a few things around the car to remove some blemishes that were unrelated to the accident. A nice gesture, to be sure, but Id rather have the confidence of knowing that my car was repaired correctly.

Very nice auto body shop. But they consistently give me the highest quotes of any other shop Ive been to for the same exact quote.
