Man they do amazing work got my car back looking better than ever and he even worked in some goodies for me 👍🏼

RCs is a horrible body shop that does not care about their customers vehicles. The shop is dirty, poorly organized, body panels from other customers cars are sitting on top of other vehicles, and their workmanship is lacking at best. The owner does not stand behind his work and told me that any issues I had I would have to take the car to another shop to have corrected. I literally had their paint work wipe off the vehicle with a microfiber wash mitt (see photos)They were contracted by a local Ford dealer for warranty paint work on my brand new vehicle and RCs caused in the neighborhood of $10,000 in damage. This included leaving the windows out of the vehicle while uncovered for 2 months coating the interior in body dust, scratching the dash (see photos) and the need to repaint 85% of the vehicle with a starting estimate of $7,400. In fact, they did so much damage Ford is replacing the vehicle!When I was in the shop and noticed damage to my vehicle I was told by Rene (the owner) that had I not been in the shop, they would have put it back together and I never would have known. Not exactly honest or of integrity.They dont pay vendors and dont take responsibility for any damages or poor workmanship. I had to pay a vendor they stiffed and when Rene cut me a check after months of waiting for $175 of repayment, it bounced when I tried to cash it.Stay away!

When your brand new black truck gets a deep scratch/crease on 2 doors its devastating. Im very particular about my vehicles and am extremely happy I read the reviews and gave them a try. My paint work is flawless and we got the vehicle back quickly. All ceramic coated and looking great again, check out my pic!

My wifes van was rear ended by a Honda Pilot. When the other insurance company was pressed for payment, they said that the Pilot driver, from Texas, denied that it ever happened!!! So, we were stuck with our deductible and our insurance record thanks to a rear-ending, phone-wielding Texan who left the state as soon as she could!Fast forward to RC Collision, who was recommended by my brother-in-law. Several hundred dollar lower quote than the other local autobody shop, and Rene worked within the allowance our insurance company gave, and even did extras, areas with scratches that pre-existed, all within the insurance companys allowance. Would definitely recommend RC Collision for your body work! The van looks great!

Rene the owner is very hands on and does great work!!! Extremely reasonable on price, gets the job done quick and efficiently.

Took my car here to have some dents taken out. Rene was so helpful and really went out of his way to take care of us and ensure my dents were removed. Also he didn’t over charge and the price seemed very fair. Very professional and nice as well. Highly recommend.

I have had several custom vehicles painted by Rene and his crew and they have always be on time with show quality results. We also send several of our dealerships cars to him for minor repairs and he always gets them out quick at a fair price and great results

RC’s did a complete restoration of my 1967 GT350’s body. I’m very pleased with the results. They were very good about the little things I added to the to do list as the restoration progressed. They definitely have my recommendation

A family member had them do work and in the process, the interior panels were damaged, the car was full-on debris and dust...to the point it still stinks some 4 months later. When it was sent to another vendor to assist, RCs failed to pay the vendor and when a check was issued to my family member, IT BOUNCED! Terrible work, poor communication, terrible service and a ruined car to boot!Stay away if you love your ride and are concerned abouts its care.We will never refer them to anyone!I had to give Them 1 star just to complete the review.Dont give them your money.....RUN LIKE THE WIND FRIENDS!!!

I had a Jeep break a winch line, and roll into my neighbor’s ride. Randomly, based on the circumstance, my insurance company told me none of it was covered. Rene and Spider took care of it, and saved me some.money, since I had to pay for it out of pocket. More importantly, they took the time to make my neighbor feel really comfortable and god about what all they did, which they didn’t have to do... they are great at what they do, and more importantly, great people. Spider can make any paint repair look better than factory. These guys are the absolute best...Thanks Rene and Spider!

This place is great! Rene provided a very reasonable cost estimate up front (cheaper than other places) and then the actual cost turned out to be even lower. The dents were repaired well with perfect color match and completed within a few days. The car looks like new again. Thank you for the great job!

My Mom needed her back bumper repaired and we called a few places to see how much it would cost. Rene offered to do it for less than half the price of the other places. The work was good and when we came to pick up the car he gave us another 100 dollars off as a bonus. He is a character and fun to interact with, cool guy; I would definitely bring one of our vehicles here again for body repair.

Was recommended by Ford in Beaverton to get my passenger side mirror installed. Called ahead of time to schedule it and the next day they installed it. It took them less than 10 minutes! Ive been here and there, on the west coast and the east and I swear on mommas that RC collision is unlike anyone Ive dealt with. We Got the car back early, and for considerable amount less than original estimated. We were even 15 to 20 minutes late due to having to detour on and off the hwy and there was no sense of irritation or him being upset. He empathized with our insurance deductible and even was co-vid safe whilst doing our formal introductions.Dont go anywhere else! Come see this guy should you need radiator work! Youll thank him first and then me!

Rene did a great job removing extensive clear coat scratches from my car. The body panels now look better than before my incident.

I got hit buy an unissued motorist and called my dealer and asked who they would recommend they gave me the name of another body shop but then said if you want to know where we take our personal cars it’s with Renee. My claim was handled super quick and easy and Renee and his staff bent over backwards to make sure I was satisfied ( it’s not always that easy with me ) my car looked amazing when it was done and I could have been happier. I have recommended personal friends to take their cars to him as well. Renee knows his stuff and as a man of his word. I can’t speak higher of him.

I was in an accident where my frame shifted but my car was still drive-able but started leaking water into my car. I took it to Rene to seal the leakage and he patched it up the best to his ability because the accident did such damage, the problem wont completely go away without a complete rebuild of the frame which would have cost thousands. Because of this, he didnt charge me but my car is significantly better at keeping out water. Thanks Rene!

Over the years Renee has done several repairs for us. Things as simple as touching up a scratch or pulling a dent. Currently my husband and I are restoring a classic vintage car, and we cant wait till its finished so Renee can do a custom paint job on it! Excellent Service, Renee quickly communicated with my insurance company. He even called the Car Rental company to ensure I had a comfortable ride. My car was fixed in 4 days! They even detailed my car inside and out. Attention to detail and knowledgable family business.

We currently have a leased vehicle so it was very important for all parts be replaced, not simply repaired because its cheaper. Renee assured us he would get it done right....and he did! RC Collision is awesome!Rene repaired my pickup after two separate accidents and it was like new. Even though the truck was nearly 20 years old, Rene was able to carefully blend and color match the paint and you could not tell it had any repaint. While it was in there I had the moldings replaced and the old, beat up bumper replaced too. Rene is fantastic to work with.

I recently backed my 2007 Hyundai Santa Fe into a short post. It was dark, but I swear it was the posts fault :)In any case, when attempting to extricate the car from the post, it pulled on the rear bumper. The result were gaps in both sides where the bumper meets the cars body. Thought I was looking at a very expensive repair. But Rene fixed it, including replacing a part beneath the bumper, for $250. The bumper is on tight, and youd need a very close inspection to notice any damage. In my experience, hes reliable, honest, and a master craftsman. Im very grateful.

Wow. Renee the owner is awesome. I stopped by on a Sunday for a minor car repair issue (rusted license plate screw). Every other place was closed or told me it would be a major, expensive repair. Renee came out and blasted those screws off for me, then refused to take my money. A true gentleman.

Reneee is an artist. My daughters brand new car was scratched severely. It was a particularly tricky color. I met Renee, he promised he would do his best. Very casual, in gym shorts. I was skeptical but he came highly recommended by another excellent car person, Ryan Lenz of Damerow Ford. Renee fixed the door, refused payment like an artist would. After several attempts to pay and some good humor Renee allowed me to pay. I could not tell where the scratch was until he pointed it out. My wife couldnt find it and my daughter could only find without a flashlight. A total success from a person who underestimates his value. I definitely will be back

This was one of the worst experiences Ive had with a business. I brought our van in to replace our front bumper and was given a price by the owner Rene. A few days later we called him to let him know we would like to proceed and to go ahead and order the replacement part. He told us it would take about a week to get in. So a week and a half go by with no word so I called him to get an update and he told me that he still hadnt received it yet but would check on it and get back to me. No call back for another week. So I called him again. This time when I talked to him and he told me he didnt have it yet I pressed him for more information. So he finally came clean and said he never ordered it and that he was so busy that he didnt know when he could get around to it. So we wasted 2 and a half weeks waiting for him to get our van in to fix it all for nothing!

I was so thrilled with the service Rene provided and the quality of the work. The accident I was in was a nightmare, and Rene made fixing the car the easiest part of everything I had to deal with.

Did not answer questions, did not work with outside courier service, made it virtually impossible to buy a part I needed to buy remotely, automatically deferred me to a department that only receives voicemail, quite trying after 4 unhelpful phone calls.

A bad service damaged the reverse sensors of my car were not repaired the insurance payment by parts that never put is a theft
